Wrap it in a carrot cake so that it is hidden on all sides in an orange coat. We will do the same with the rest of the blanks. Decorate the tangerines with fresh herbs and serve chilled.

  • a little ground pepper

Cooking method:

  1. In a fondue pot you need to boil milk with boiled water, unless of course it is cast iron or covered with glaze. Then rub half the garlic inside the pot.
  2. Take Emmental and Swiss cheese and grate them on a grater (large) and mix them in the pot. Add a little wine, lemon juice, potato starch to the cheese and simmer it all over low heat until the cheese is completely melted.
  3. To make the cheese melt faster, it is better to add freshly squeezed lemon juice; it gives the dish a wonderful smell and unusual taste. Stir the resulting mixture thoroughly so that the cheese does not become completely stringy and fibrous. You need to add spices to taste, and one grated nutmeg, to the fondue, and leave to simmer for 10 minutes, until ready.
  4. It is advisable to serve it with small cubes of any bread, and on a separate plate, arrange beautifully with herbs and a few sprigs of mint.

Ingredients:

  • chicken liver- 500 grams;
  • chicken eggs - 2 large eggs (if not very large, then it is better to take 3);
  • milk – 100 ml;
  • wheat flour – 200 grams;
  • large onion - 1 piece;
  • garlic – 4 pieces;
  • mayonnaise - to taste;
  • fresh cucumber - for decoration;
  • greens - for decoration;
  • spices and salt to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. First, you need to soak the liver for 24 hours, changing the water as often as possible, and after that you need to cut it into pieces, while simultaneously cleaning out all the films, veins and other places that will interfere with the meat grinder from grinding the liver.
  2. After this, we send the liver in pieces into a blender, or into a meat grinder, and turn it into a semi-liquid mass. Once everything is ready, pour into a bowl in which you will prepare the liver “dough” for baking the cakes.
  3. Mix the eggs, pour in the required amount of milk, and after that you need to take the flour and add it a little at a time so that there are no lumps. Knead very carefully. The mixture will be thinner than pancake batter, but not by much.
  4. As for the onion, it is first peeled, cut into half rings, after which the half rings are sent to a frying pan to simmer until transparent. The onion can be put through a blender or meat grinder after you fry it. Mix the onion into the liver mixture. Your dough is completely ready.
  5. Now you will need a pancake frying pan - with low sides so that the liver cakes can be easily removed. Everything is very simple here - you need to pour a sufficient amount of mass into a heated frying pan with oil - a ladle - quickly distribute it over the entire frying pan and fry until done, first on one side, then on the other. The liver cake for chicken liver cake is fried very quickly - you just need to wait for it to turn gray.
  6. Now take a plate and push the finished cake onto it. If you try to remove it with a spatula, the cake breaks easily. And it’s better to turn it over using a plate - it’s very convenient.
  7. The finished cakes are coated with mayonnaise, to which garlic has already been added. But as for the fillings for the liver cake, here you choose to your taste. The simplest thing you can put in a liver cake that uses chicken liver is a filling of fried carrots and onions.

  • 2 lettuces, cut in half

  • 1.5-2 tbsp. chopped green onions

Cooking method:

  1. Toast the bread on the grill or in the toaster. Mix cream cheese and green onions, season with salt and ground black pepper. Spread cheese on bread. Add lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet - 200-300 g.

Prepare the fruit, wash and dry, peel, cut into cubes

We cut the cheese with a mold, if it is Dutch, if there is no mold, you can cut it into plates or small cubes

Place cheese on a skewer, greens on the cheese, and your favorite fruit on top of the greens

When buying caviar, be sure to pay attention to its quality; the taste of such a snack largely depends on this

I suggest a more economical option, but no less appetizing and tasty, replace the caviar with herring
