We should get a homogeneous thick dough with the consistency of a charlotte. We leave it aside for a while, but for now we’ll prepare the apples.

Step 4: prepare the apples.


We thoroughly wash the apples under running warm water and place them on a cutting board. Using a knife, peel the fruit and cut it in half. From each part we cut out a stalk and a box with seeds. Next, if desired, grind the components either into thin slices or just pieces. In fact, the shape does not matter, since during the cooking process the apples are well baked and become very soft and tender. Transfer the chopped fruit to a clean plate.

Step 5: Prepare a quick apple pie.


Grease the bottom and walls of a deep baking dish with a small piece of butter. Then put the chopped apples here and fill them completely with dough. Attention: You can put a few slices of fruit on top, decorating the pie. The dough will slightly cover them during baking, but we will still get beautiful baked goods.

Now turn on the oven and preheat it to temperature 180 degrees. Immediately after this, place the container on the middle level and bake the pie for 20–30 minutes until a golden crust appears on the surface. After the allotted time, use oven mitts to remove the pan and check the baked goods for doneness. To do this, use a toothpick and pierce the pie with it in several places where there are no apples. If wooden stick will remain dry and without lumps of dough, which means everything is ready and you can turn off the oven. If not, then extend the baking time further. for 7–10 minutes. At the end, leave the cake aside for a while to cool slightly.

Step 6: Serve the quick apple pie.


When the apple pie has cooled slightly, use a knife to cut it into portions, transfer to a flat plate and serve to the dessert table along with tea or coffee. During this time, grate the apples.

Combine all ingredients and mix. We try to make sure that every piece of fruit is coated with dough. I mix with a whisk.

Now let's select the form. I have a round leaf with a diameter of 24 cm. I lubricate it with oil and a silicone brush. I coat the sides well.

And pour the dough into it.


Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the dessert for 40-45 minutes.

Check readiness with a toothpick or the tip of a knife. We pierce our pie in the middle. And let's see what's left on the toothpick. If there is raw dough on it, it means it’s too early to pull out the dessert. If it comes out dry, then it’s time to drink tea with dessert.

Quick apple pie in a slow cooker

I never tire of praising this assistant. And it’s also great for making apple pie. Moreover, the top remains a little pale, which means it can be beautifully decorated.


You will need:

  • sugar - 1 glass,
  • flour - 1 cup,
  • vegetable oil – 7 tbsp.,
  • butter,
  • 2 apples,
  • 2 eggs,
  • soda – 0.5 tsp,
  • vinegar - a couple of drops,
  • salt - a pinch.

Preparation

Break the eggs into a bowl and mix them with sugar. Beat with a whisk until foam forms.

Pour flour into a separate cup. We extinguish the soda into it and mix our dry ingredients.


Pour a pinch of salt into the eggs and add flour little by little.


To make the dough elastic, add 7 tbsp. sunflower oil. We're done with the dough, let's move on to the fruit.


We clean the apples from peels, damage and seeds and cut them into slices.


Place melted butter in the multicooker bowl and brush the edges with it. Pour some of the dough inside so that it covers the bottom.


Lay out the slices and cover the top with dough again.


Close the lid, set the “Baking” mode and wait for the end of work. The mode can automatically set the cooking time from 40 to 90 minutes.

If you have a multicooker menu in English, then you need to select the “Cake” mode. For example, my baked goods take 50 minutes to prepare.

  • sugar - 200 g,
  • kefir - 250 ml,
  • ginger - 1/2 tsp,

Preparation

I prefer that kefir and eggs go into cooking at room temperature. I think the dough rises better this way. That's why I take them out of the refrigerator in advance.

Beat the eggs into a deep cup. Add sugar and stir until smooth.


It should be the same color and without unnecessary lumps. It’s even better if the sugar is completely dissolved in the protein.

Pour in warm kefir and add a pinch of salt.

Separately, add ginger to flour. And sift the dry ingredients directly into the bowl. Stir until smooth.


If your kefir is not old and not very sour, then you need to quench the soda with vinegar and immediately pour it into the dough. If kefir has high acidity, then you can do without vinegar. And immediately pour soda into the kefir. It is extinguished by lactic acid from kefir. Mix well, the dough is ready.


Cut the apples into 4 parts and remove the core.

Cut into thin slices.

Grease the mold with butter and pour some of the dough into it. Distribute it evenly along the bottom. I find it very convenient to do this with a silicone spatula.

Apple slices are used for the dough.


Sprinkle them with sugar and cinnamon. And pour out another layer of dough.

Decorate the top with the remaining slices with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.


Bake our pie at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. For example, in a mold with a diameter of 22 cm, it is baked for 35 minutes.

A simple recipe with sour cream

Another very quick option, which is also prepared from the most affordable products. You can use sour cream of any fat content. And also from any manufacturer. The pie turns out equally tasty with both a village product and store-bought sour cream.


Compound:

  • 4 medium apples,
  • glass of sugar
  • a glass of flour,
  • a glass of sour cream,
  • 1 egg,
  • 1 tsp baking powder,
  • 0.5 tsp soda

Preparation

Let's start by preparing the form. We will use a round baking sheet with a diameter of 26 cm. Line the bottom with parchment paper, which we grease with butter. Also don’t forget to coat the sides.

Cut the apples and remove the core. Immediately cut the halves into thin slices. Let's lay them out in a circle.


Separately mix the egg and sugar. Beat them with a mixer until they turn white and only then pour in the sour cream.

In another bowl, mix flour with baking soda and baking powder. Sift it into the egg-sour cream mixture.


Quickly knead the dough. So that the baking powder does not have time to finish its action ahead of time. And pour them fruit slices.


Preheat the oven at 190 degrees and bake the pie. Set the timer for about 30-40 minutes.

How to make apple pie with milk

No sour cream and kefir? Let's quickly knead the dough with milk. There is a simple recipe for this.


Let's take:

  • 4 eggs,
  • 150 ml milk,
  • 75 ml vegetable oil,
  • 180 g sugar,
  • 10 g baking powder,
  • a pinch of salt
  • 350 g flour,
  • 7 apples.

Preparation

Beat 4 eggs into a deep container. Add sugar and a pinch of salt. Shake a little with a fork to combine the mixture.

The base is well-brewed tea. You can take any one - black, green or white. It also tastes delicious when brewed with the addition of mint, lemon balm or thyme.


Ingredients:

  • tea leaves (it is better to take green fruit tea) – 250 ml,
  • sugar – 1 glass,
  • any jam - 4 tbsp. spoons,
  • sunflower oil – 2 tbsp. spoons,
  • flour - 3-4 cups,
  • 1 teaspoon of soda (quench with vinegar),
  • apples 4-5 pcs.

Preparation

Immediately turn on the oven to warm up. During this time, we will quickly prepare everything.
In a deep bowl, mix warm tea leaves with sugar. We make sure that we don’t get any tea leaves.

Add 4 tbsp. any jam.

Pour in odorless sunflower oil.

Add sifted flour. We extinguish the soda with vinegar. It may take more or less flour. It all depends on its variety and amount of gluten.


Add chopped apples to the dough.

Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Very fast and affordable, don’t you agree?

Apple pie with semolina without eggs

Well, we’ll also consider an option if you suddenly didn’t have enough flour for baking and forgot to buy eggs. By the way, I even had a situation where there was a snowstorm outside, and the child really asked for a sweet pie. Don't drag your baby to the store in the cold. And in this case, there is a way out and an excellent dessert recipe.

But the pie itself is not quite ordinary, because we will pour the dough onto the fruit. Let me tell you more.


Ingredients:

  • 200 g flour,
  • 200 g semolina,
  • 200 g sugar,

Apples– 500-700 gr (3-4 apples)

For the test:

  • Butter - 150 gr
  • Sour cream - 100 gr
  • Wheat flour - 200 gr

Sour cream filling:

  • Sour cream - 200 g.
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc.

  • Vanilla sugar – 1.5 spoons, optional

Let's start cooking:

Wash the apples. Warm the oil to room temperature. Sift the flour in advance.

Making the dough:

Melt 150 grams of butter in the microwave or in a saucepan and let it cool slightly.

In the meantime, add 2 cups of flour (200 g) to the container.


Add 1.5 tablespoons of baking powder and mix.


Pour in warm butter.


And add sour cream.


Mix. From the resulting mixture, begin to knead the dough with your hands.


You should get a soft, homogeneous dough.

Wrap the resulting dough in film and place it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.


In the meantime, we’re making the filling for our Tsvetaeva apple pie.

Fill:

Break the egg into a clean container.

Take a full glass of sugar (approximately 150 g), if you want a sweeter pie, you can add a little more.
