You were born in the city of Sukhumi (Georgia), but later moved to Moscow. Tell us about your move. Was it difficult to adapt to a foreign city?

No, it’s not difficult, because before that I often came to Moscow to visit my grandmother. It was hard only because my beloved aunts and many relatives remained in Georgia, for whom I really missed.

What did you dream of becoming as a child?

A seller of Coca-Cola and chewing gum (laughs). By the way, Coca-Cola is still my weakness.

You graduated from the Plekhanov Academy with a degree in marketing. Was it your personal choice or the will of your parents?

Due to the fact that I was born in a Georgian family, my parents always decided everything. This choice was no exception.

What do you consider your main occupation in life - running your own business or raising children?

Of course, children always come first for me, because the key to a happy old age and, in general, the most valuable thing in life - these are kids.

Do you think it is difficult for a woman to run a business on an equal basis with a man? And has the role of women in the modern world changed, in your opinion?

It depends on what kind of business, of course. Although, you know, I have a personal example of a successful woman - My mum. She will give any man a head start. In her work, my mother surpassed many men and has been in first place for many years. Of course, the role of women, as well as women’s priorities, have changed a lot in recent years. I think this is due to the rapid development of technology and complete accessibility in the world.

Why did you want to open your own business in the beauty industry, namely, at the Swiss Beauty Institute “Beauty of Lake”?

I have always been interested in everything related to hair. Very often I looked at women and thought how much this or that haircut or hair color did not suit them. I wanted to give advice, but I always tried to hold back in order to avoid misunderstanding. And in general, I love beautiful and well-groomed women.

In addition to providing high-quality services, what else should a company have to be competitive?

I believe that the whole secret of a successful beauty business is - this is a clear understanding and correct application of technology (especially when it comes to coloring and cutting). Today there are a lot of improvising stylists who understand little about coloring, but very often finish off their hair in order to achieve a cool shade (very fashionable nowadays), forgetting that hair tends to break and turn into a washcloth. And there are a lot of nuances of this kind, they are all important. I made every effort to improve the qualifications of my masters as much as possible. In addition to regular services, we provide a variety of advanced hair treatments and treatments.

What salon or home treatments do you use?

I have been going to Beauty of lake for many years, since its opening. I do all body procedures in it: laser, endosphere and all other new generation procedures. Before opening the hair salon, I went to Aldo Coppola for 13 years.

Do you have any daily beauty rituals?

Everything is absolutely standard, except that I recently switched to the wonderful Swiss Juneva facial.

How would you describe your style?

It's hard to do. All kinds of bell-shaped skirts or floor-length dresses with rhinestones and 17 cm heels and bright colors in clothes - definitely not about me. I like everything simpler, without unnecessary accessories and huge earrings in my ears. I also prefer to dress casually.

Are you more of a shopaholic or do you still think about your purchases?

I think that I think through all my purchases. My sister always argues with me because I am completely unoriginal in my purchases and all my things are similar. But I’m not attracted to these newfangled things, for example, sandals with socks or colored straps with fluffy keychains (laughs). I always buy a Chanel 2.55 bag, a regular cashmere sweater, simple jeans or a regular shirt.

You have a huge collection of bags and shoes, are there any favorites among them?

Yes, I adore my Cossacks (laughs). In general, I love shoes with elongated toes. And, of course, my favorite Balenciaga bag, bought 10 years ago.

You are the owner of a successful business and a mother of two children, how do you manage to combine everything?

All this is thanks to my nannies, who have been working with us since the birth of our children. I am very grateful to them and simply adore them. I am very lucky that these two wonderful women met me, I trust them completely.

Looking back, would you like to change anything about yourself or your destiny?

Looking back, I realize that I wish I had the same intelligence in my 20s that I have now. But at the same time, I don’t regret anything and no matter how strange it may sound, at the moment I am in complete harmony with myself, which is what I wish for all young girls. I wish everyone complete harmony with themselves, have their own opinion and move only forward, without looking back.

I wish myself more children, because children are the only absolute joy in life.
