Cut the remaining tomatoes with peeled cucumber into small cubes and add to the soup.

Borscht with nettles

Cooking time 20 minutes

Take:

  • 100 g nettle
  • 100 g sorrel
  • 10 g rice
  • 1 tbsp. l. margarine
  • 25 g sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste

  • one egg
  • small bunch of parsley

Okroshka with kvass
