Country house of Dmitry Malikov. Dmitry Malikov and his home secrets. Personal life of Dmitry Malikov
0 August 9, 2009, 12:00

Hello! Magazine came to visit Dmitry Malikov and photographed the singer surrounded by his wife Elena and daughter Stefania. The conversation, however, practically did not touch on personal life.

About why there are no awards behind a glass display case in his house:

It is enough that there are two pianos in the house to understand that a musician lives in it. Thank you, by the way, for the hidden compliment; I really don’t publicly display my achievements in the form of statues, prizes, diplomas. The best reward for me is recognition of my music.

About vanity:

Vanity is vain glory. I'm not vain.

About the new tour:

The new project is called "Symphonimania" - a grandiose show with the participation of an orchestra, dancers led by Gediminas Taranda and Cirque du Soleil artists. And this is the beginning of my journey as a classical concert pianist and conductor.

Now it seems that the prophecy of Andy Warhol, who once said that in the 21st century everyone will be famous for only 15 minutes, is coming true. Today, the appearance of large real stars practically does not occur, because the very status of a star is being eroded and devalued. Yesterday's stars of karaoke bars perform on stage, non-professional writers write books, and so on.

Is it when a person goes to all the social events, doesn’t miss a single TV program, and makes up dirty stories about himself, which he later refutes? My question is: when do these people work?

About the image:

I'm far from perfect, I just hide it well. Can Bad mood take it out on loved ones, lose your temper, inadvertently offend. But, thank God, my wife, like a wise woman, always says in such cases: “They don’t take offense at fools.”

About vacation:

To bring joy back to a relationship, you need to get bored. I’m packing my things and going to Mongolia for 10 days. This will not be my first trip without my family. For several years now I have been vacationing with a group of like-minded people: in jeeps we discover different countries not as tourists, but as travelers.

In October 2016, Malikov answered questions in the program, openly talking about many mysterious pages of his personal life. The performer, popular in the 90s, admits that it is difficult to remain in demand for decades.

In the spring of 2017, Malikov visited the studio of a journalist and blogger, where he talked about his play “Turn the Game” - the author’s project of Dmitry Yuryevich. The main character of the production is a young girl. The singer communicates with her through stories about the lives of great musicians - composers of the past and stars of the present. The singer demonstrated how representatives of classical, rock, pop and rap coexist on the same stage.

National artist, famous composer, pianist, singer, actor and producer - Dmitry Malikov was born in 1970 in Moscow.

The artist grew up in musical family: father is the creator of the Gems ensemble, popular in those years, mother is a music hall soloist.

From the age of five, the future composer studied music. Graduated music school, school and conservatory (piano class).

From the age of fifteen, he actively wrote songs that were loved by pop stars. The long-awaited popularity came in 1988. At the end of 1989 and beginning of the 1990s, he was recognized as “Singer of the Year” and a year later he began giving his first solo concerts.

The musician has implemented many interesting projects in his field. Over the years of his creativity, he has created more than a hundred lyrical compositions, many of which have become popular with audiences of different ages.

Personal life

He was in a relationship with Natalya Vetlitskaya. For a long time he lived in a civil marriage with Elena Isakson. The couple has a common daughter, Stefania (born in 2000), and Elena’s daughter from her first marriage, Olga (born in 1985). After the birth of their daughter, the couple legalized their relationship.

Sister Inna Malikova (born in 1977) is a singer and producer.

House of Dmitry Malikov

Mansion in the village of Barvikha famous composer and the musician bought it back in 2010. By the standards of Rublyovka, the house is quite modest, but with sophistication.

A well-thought-out heating system made it possible to install a large number of windows Due to their size, it is always very light and warm here.

At the entrance to the house, a magnificent chandelier strikes with its beauty, gracefully hanging from the ceiling, creating the impression of floating feathers. There are many large and small plants placed throughout, the space seems to be shrouded in tropical greenery.

One of the pianos is also located here (the singer has two of them), the second is also on the first floor, but in a different wing. This tool is made in black with an original transparent cover. A chair and a chest of drawers in a transparent design are ideally matched to the instrument. On a raised platform there is a relaxation area with one of the fireplaces (there is more than one here) and soft armchairs.

The spacious lobby is separated from the dining room by a transparent partition. Everything here is very beautiful, everything is decorated with taste and even solemnity. A large table is surrounded by elegant chairs. Everything is designed so that those entering do not see who is sitting at the table. On the walls, decorated with warm Venetian plaster, there are many paintings and portraits of various subjects, and niches are filled with rare items.

There is also a kitchen here, from which you can access the terrace and the owner’s office. The design is designed in a purely masculine style using dark wood and antique furniture. Along the entire wall there are shelves with books, which are read not only by Dmitry, but also by his daughter Stefania.

The living room, designed in a round shape, resembles a music salon. Against the backdrop of large windows, there is a cream piano that fills the entire space. The piano is the central figure of the interior, and in addition there are upholstered furniture and huge pots with plants. The entire interior suggests that the owner of the house is a professional musician and loves to play for friends and family.

On the second floor there are classically laid out bedrooms and children's rooms. The entire basement is dedicated to a studio, in which the owner works on creating new compositions and rehearses current concerts.

A fairly large garage was built in the courtyard, its architectural design reminiscent of a guest house, since an apartment was built directly above the garage compartment. No one lives in it and the owners have not yet come up with a purpose for it.

In addition to ornamental trees and shrubs, apple trees, pears, plums and a variety of berries grow on the site.

Prices for living space in the Barvikha village vary greatly. According to CIAN, a similar cottage can be purchased at a price of 200 million rubles and more.

Two years ago, as a gift for her fifteenth birthday, Malikov bought his daughter Stefania a three-room apartment in the center of Moscow, but so far the girl does not live in these apartments.

The decoration of the apartment was done by the musician’s wife Elena. The interior is designed in classic style: antique furniture, expensive things, carpets. The living area is decorated in soothing pastel colors.

Dmitry Malikov is a public favorite. He has been delighting us with his wonderful voice for a long time, but his years do not reflect on his appearance. This forever young romantic is an exemplary family man. By 2000, Dmitry bought a house in Borvikha for his family.

Finding a house on Rublyovka from a developer was not easy. Having spent a lot of time, Dmitry Malikov settled on a modest one by Rublev standards. The first floor is made in the spirit of villas on the Adriatic Sea: a lot of light, space and marble. The walls in the hall are covered with modern Venetian plaster in beige tones. It was cloudy outside, but inside the room there was a complete feeling of a sunny day. A well-designed heating system allows you to open the windows even in autumn.

The lobby is circular in shape and topped by a small balcony. Inlaid tiles here create the complete feeling of a marble floor. The stones are laid out using purple mosaic. The light falls from a square frame that forms the perimeter of the ceiling. The frame itself is covered with a simple water-based emulsion. The bay window is filled with a chic cream-colored grand piano. As a result, the living room turned into a real music salon.

A glass partition separates the wide entrance hall from the dining room. I would even like to say that this is not a dining room, but a refectory. Everything looks so solemn. A long table is surrounded by a row of chairs. Moreover, those entering from the lobby do not see those sitting at the table.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen, from which you can access the terrace, and a library. Since childhood, Dmitry's parents instilled in him a love of good books. On the second floor there is a bedroom and two children's rooms. There is a garage in the yard, which could easily be mistaken for a house. The fact is that there is a real apartment on the second floor of the garage. True, the owners did not figure out how to use it. The owner set up a whole studio in the basement of the house. The premises are maintained in
