On August 19, 1995, Bugaev borrowed a Nissan minibus from friends and went with his friends to the Altai Mountains to buy honey and sea buckthorn oil. He took Tatyana with him.

On August 19, Bugaev borrowed a Nissan minibus from friends and went with his companions to the Altai Mountains to buy honey and sea buckthorn oil. He took Tatyana with him to show her the beauty of the Altai mountain lakes.

Two days later, on the way back, the Nissan collided with a huge MAZ truck, and all six people traveling in the minibus, including Tatyana and Sergei, were killed. There are two main versions of the disaster. According to one of them, the Nissan went to overtake and, due to the right-hand steering wheel, did not notice the truck rushing towards it. According to another version, the MAZ itself suddenly braked sharply, and its trailer skidded into the oncoming lane.

Tatyana Snezhina (real name Pechenkina) was born on May 14, 1972 in Ukraine in the city of Lugansk in a military family. When Tatyana was six months old, her father was sent to serve in Kamchatka. There Tatyana went to school. Then several more moves: Moscow, Novosibirsk. Tatyana began writing poetry early. Her older brother helped her with this, noticing Tatyana’s literary abilities; he unobtrusively offered her works by Tsvetaeva, Pasternak, and Heine. On them and many other talents, the flower of Tatyana Snezhina’s poetry grew.

After school, Tatyana enters the 2nd Moscow Medical Institute. Then Tatyana already writes poetry and music for them and performs these songs herself. At student evenings, where Tatyana performs her songs, someone discreetly records her voice, and the songs spread among friends and acquaintances. But in 1994, Tatyana again had to leave for Novosibirsk. She misses her friends, metropolitan life, and her poems are born with renewed vigor. For my short life Tatyana wrote more than two hundred poems, which are imbued with the bright soul of the poetess.
Friends write from Moscow asking her to record songs and send them to them. One such cassette with recorded songs radically changed the biography of Tatyana Snezhina. By the will of fate, quite by accident the tape ends up in Taganka, in the KiS-S studio. Within a day, Tatyana receives a call and is offered to record songs. Two hours later, having hastily gotten ready, Tatyana goes to the Novosibirsk airport, and five hours later she arrives at the studio. The most fruitful stage in the biography of Tatyana Snezhina begins.
Recordings of her songs begin, which she writes and performs herself. It is clear that the producers looked at the singer’s talent in their own way and tried to fit her talent into the framework of the show business that was being sold. It was difficult and happy time for Tatyana. Life does not give her a break - studying at the institute, choreography classes, vocal lessons, rehearsals, recordings... Soon after the start of recording in the KiS-S studio, her first album, “Remember with Me,” appears. But in February 1995, the producers of the KiS-S studio refused to work with Tatyana. Having met, Tatyana Snezhina and Sergei Bugaev fell in love. And they were already planning the wedding. But life had its own way. The presentation of the new production project took place on August 18, 1995. And at this concert, Tatyana performs two romances instead of the planned pop songs
“If I die before my time...” and “My Star.” Those gathered were shocked by the power of Tatyana’s performance:
