Preparation:

We suggest you consider three basic options, which will differ in taste and “level of softness,” as well as shape. In any case, apples must first be washed and dried.

Option 1. Cut the apples in half and remove the stems. Remove the core with the seeds and make a small depression (this is convenient to do with a teaspoon or a small ice cream scoop). Place the apples in the dish in which we will bake them, cut side up.

Place a little honey or jam in the indentations in the center of each apple half. If desired, sprinkle with cinnamon or something else (we didn't do that now).
