  6. Heat 1/2 cup of heavy cream well in a small container.
  7. Pour 100 g of sugar into a saucepan or small saucepan. This is about half a glass. And pour 3 tbsp. l. drinking water. Set the heat to slightly higher than medium.

  8. Stir vigorously and bring to a caramel color. It is necessary to dissolve all the crystals and be sure to remove them from the walls of the vessel.

  9. Remove from the stove, add 2-3 tbsp. l. hot cream and stir until smooth.

    If you pour in cold ones, the whole mass will simply harden and form a lump.



  10. Pour in the rest of the cream, mix and put on the fire again. Bring to a smooth and homogeneous state. In this case, you need to stir all the time.

  11. Remove from heat. Add 30-40 g of butter, sprinkle in a pinch of salt and mix thoroughly.

  12. Place a couple of ruddy banana halves on a plate. Cut a slice of ice cream or form a ball using a spoon. Drizzle with a thin stream of caramel and sprinkle with sesame seeds. All.
