Exchange UPP bp. The difference between “1C: UPP” and “1C: BP. Communication between production and purchasing department |
Having sufficient experience in implementing SCP, I would like to note that on every project, sooner or later it was necessary to transfer the accounting department as a department to work in the program. There are quite a few difficulties in this process. In particular, I would like to note the transition from BP 2.0 to UPP. Despite the fact that BP 3.0 has already been released, I think this question will remain popular for some time. So what is the difficulty? We must start with the fact that in 1.3 the accounting department is closer to the enterprise accounting department of edition 1.6 than to 2.0, although of course all the functionality corresponds to modern realities. Nevertheless, this is perceived as a return to something old, morally obsolete. And most importantly, there is a fair amount of truth in this. Of course, for accounting tasks, configuration (hereinafter referred to as BP) 2.0 has advantages and conveniences, but nevertheless, the highlight of the UPP is its production circuit, which has no analogues in any 1C solution (except). Unfortunately, it is difficult to reverse this particular psychological advantage; this can only be achieved by a strong-willed decision by management that those who do not retrain will be fired. Differences between 1C UPP and 1C AccountingThe main negative points that distinguish UPP from BP, which I encountered in practice:
Get 267 video lessons on 1C for free: Now we should talk in more detail about these and other technical possibilities that may affect accounting. And also, what alternatives does 1C UPP offer us? The most important difference in the principles of accounting in UPP and BP for an accountant, in my opinion, is the impossibility (perhaps a very limited number) of reflecting business transactions with “Accounting statements”. In some companies, half of the accounting is built on the use of “Operations”. This feature arises from the widespread use of accounting registers in UPP, and not just accounting registers. In UPP, the vast majority of operations are carried out using specialized documents.
It is worth mentioning separately that it is possible to use the Operation document, but only in conjunction with the Register Adjustment document, and this document can confuse any unprepared user. Further, it should be noted that there are differences in subconto accounting for some accounting accounts and the impossibility of obtaining the information of interest using standard methods. For example, account 60 does not have the third sub-account “Documents of settlements with the counterparty”, according to which the Registrar document is reflected in the BP; accordingly, it will not be possible to see these documents using the standard balance sheet. Part of the way out of this situation is to use the “Statement of mutual settlements with counterparties” report. The absence of some “off-balance sheet” accounts in 1C UPP, for example, MC accounts. Indeed, materials in operation are taken into account in the BP account in the MC account. In UPP, information about materials transferred into operation is taken into account in the “Materials in Operation” register; information about them can be obtained using the “Statement of Materials in Operation” report. The lack of a month-end closing procedure, which is so close and understandable. Yes, such processing is not included in the SCP. Closing a month is carried out using the “Month Closing Procedure” business process, which uses the “Month Closing Setup” directory element. Perhaps this point is a completely special case. Nevertheless, it is worth noting. Document “Movement of fixed assets” - the difficulty here is that the accounting department indicates from where and where the fixed asset object is moved, but the SCP indicates only the place where the object is moved. The real location of the object is determined by the register entry at a given time. The Depreciation Sheet report in UPP has a different presentation and does not reflect the movement of fixed assets; alternatively, you can use a modernized report. Increased number of details to fill out. Of course, the number of details has increased. However, thanks to user settings, the vast majority of such details can be filled in automatically. Ways out of this situationAs a rule, most of the problems we face have several solutions. In this situation, I can highlight, for example, this:
Although this option does not seem to be very effective, it does exist in life. A diametrically opposite solution would be a strict instruction from management to use only the existing functionality. By the way, it allows for complete accounting and has all the control mechanisms. This approach is optimal for the company! 16.12.2016
Among the differences between “1C: UPP” and “1C: BP” are the following:
Now we will turn to the technical capabilities that may have an impact on accounting, and the alternative method that is presented in 1C: UPP. One of the main differences in the accounting principles for an accountant in UPP and BP is the possibility of reflecting business transactions with “Accounting certificates”. Some companies use "Transactions" for record keeping. This feature appeared as a result of the widespread use of accounting registers in UPP, in addition to accounting registers. Most of the operations in UPP take place using special documents. For example, many accountants indicate the interest on loans issued using the transaction and at the same time indicating the correspondence Dt91 Kt76. However, in " 1C: UPP"This approach will not work. To fill out the register of mutual settlements with counterparties, you must use a document for the sale of goods and services. It should be noted that the “Operation” document can still be used, but in conjunction with the register adjustment document, which is quite difficult for a non-advanced user. There are also differences in the accounting of subcontos for some accounting accounts, and there is also no possibility of obtaining the necessary information in the usual way. For example, account 70 does not contain the third sub-account “Documents of settlements with the counterparty”, where the registrar document should be reflected in the BP. Therefore, a balance sheet is not suitable for displaying these documents. A way out of this situation may be to use the “Statement of mutual settlements with counterparties” report. “1C: UPP” does not have some “off-balance sheet” accounts, for example, MC accounts. Indeed, records of materials in use are kept in the BP account on the MC account. The “Materials in Operation” register contains information about materials transferred into operation, information about which is available in the “Statement of Materials in Operation” report. The UPP does not have a procedure for closing the month, which is usually carried out using the business process “Procedure for closing the month” and the elements of the directory “Setting up the closing of the month”. As a special case, we can highlight the feature of the document “Moving the OS”. Usually, accounting records the path from where and where an object of fixed assets is moved, but in the SCP only the final destination is indicated. The current location of an object can be determined using a register entry at the current time. There is also a difference in the depreciation statement report. The Fixed Asset Transfer Path is not presented in the SCP; a modernized report can be used as an alternative. Using the above rules, the following documents are downloaded from the UPP database towards the BP through universal data exchange in XML format: Return of goods from the buyer as well as almost all reference books that are used in these documents (Nomenclature, Units of Measurement, Contractors and others) The exchange is carried out through the processing "Universal Data Exchange in XML Format" Instructions on how to transfer information from UPP 1.3 to BP 2.0 IMPORTANT!!! First of all, I recommend that all testing of exchanges be done on copies of the database. Especially when you are a user without data transfer skills. Data transfer is divided into two stages: Stage No. 1. Uploading information from the source "UPP" 2. Go to processing "Universal data exchange in XML format" Main menu \ Tools \ Other data exchanges \ Universal data exchange in XML format
Upon completion of the unloading, a corresponding warning will be displayed, and the service message window will display information about the number of unloaded objects.
After transferring data, you can go to the log of those documents that were transferred and see the documents that were transferred during the exchange process Additionally, I am posting the conversion rules for one-way exchange between UPP 1.3. and BP 2.0. via exchange plan (UPP1.3.95.1_BP2.0.66.39_via exchange plans) The rules were developed so that documents reflecting the movement of goods through the warehouse would be uploaded to the accounting database of one of our organizations. Upd 01/04/2018 Added conversion rules from UPP 1.3. (1.3.95.1) in BP 2.0 (2.0.66.42) via Universal Data Interchange in XML format The exchange is performed through the built-in processing "Universal Data Exchange in XML Format". Documentation ( only with the sign "Reflect in accounting" ):

On the "Upload Options" tab, if necessary, indicate the organization for which you want to upload documents; 4. SCP. On the "Uploaded data" tab, indicate the upload period and mark the required types of documents. Unloading. 5. PSU. Open the “Universal Data Interchange in XML” processing (All functions... - Processing - Universal data exchange in XML format); 6. PSU. On the "Data Loading" tab, load the generated data file; 7. BP. Once the download is complete, a list of downloaded documents is available, where you can see whether the document was successfully processed or whether it was completed with an error; Synchronization:
The exchange was tested on UPP 1.3.96.1 - BP 3.0.61.47, UPP 1.3.96.1 - BP 3.0.67.67, UPP 1.3.116.2 - BP 3.0.67.67 and may not work correctly on other releases. Adaptation to the desired release is possible. Update 07.18 bugs fixed, search fields changed. |
Transferring data from the 1C UPP ed. program. 1.3 in 1C Accounting 8 ed. 3.0 Transfer information base is carried out using rules for uploading and loading data, i.e. by exchanging data. Transition from 1C Manufacturing Enterprise Management on 1C Enterprise Accounting It is recommended to perform at the beginning of a new period (year, quarter, month) after completion of routine operations of the previous period. Transfer rules can also be used for regular data transfers. Attention. Everything described in the article Transferring data from 1C programs Comprehensive automation to 1C Accounting 8 fully applies to data transfer from UPP. During the process of downloading data from 1C Manufacturing Enterprise Management Various errors may occur. The migration rules presented here look for some errors during the data upload stage. Zero quantity and non-zero amount of inventory items. Entering the balance in the recipient Configuration in such a way that the quantity of inventory items is equal to zero, and the valuation of the inventory items is not equal to zero, is impossible and pointless, because this is an error. Therefore, when transferring balances, such positions (with a zero quantity) will not be included in the balance entry documents. Consequently, if errors are not corrected before data transfer, then the amounts in the source and destination of the data when transferring balances will not match, which will cause additional reconciliation difficulties. Therefore, in the process of downloading data from 1C UPP Messages about encountered errors are displayed. The check is performed when the parameter is set Check for zero quantity of non-zero amount. When the parameter is set Check compliance of OS accounting registers the register balance will be checked for consistency CostOSAccounting and accounting data. If the balances in the registers do not match, messages are displayed about this. The most common discrepancies are in the amounts of accumulated depreciation. Depreciation in UPP is calculated taking into account register data CostOSAccounting, and not according to the data of the BU registers. Due to the described discrepancies after the transfer, the depreciation calculation at the source and destination may not match. Operating procedure. In its most general form, the process looks like this: data from the source database SCP are uploaded to an intermediate file (see Fig. 1 Data file name), and then loaded into the receiving base BP 3.0. Uploading and loading data is carried out using processing Universal data exchange in the formatXML, which is available in all standard configurations of the company without exception 1C. You can open it in Menu - Service - Other data exchanges. Fig.1 Data upload To upload, you must use the exchange rules UPP_ACC8.xml, which must be indicated in the input field Rules file name. When you select a rules file, they will be read and the tree will be populated Data upload rules. If necessary, you can re-read the exchange rules using the button located to the right of the input field. When reading the exchange rules, the upload parameters will be filled in with default values (see Fig. 2); if desired, they can be changed before uploading the data. Fig.2 Data upload parameters 1. First of all, I recommend transferring the accounting policies of organizations. But you can transfer all the data at once. IN SCP on the bookmark Upload options You can set various parameters, thus controlling the process. At this point it is useful to set the parameter to Yes. In this case, when loading data, accounting parameters will be configured in the receiving database BP 3.0. Press the button Upload data and get the data file in the specified folder. Then the data needs to be loaded into the receiving database. Loading data into 1C:Accounting 8 done using processing Universal data exchange in XML format, which can be accessed from the All Functions menu. If this menu item is missing, you can add it by clicking the "Main Menu" - "Tools" - "Options" button and checking the "Display the "All functions" command" checkbox. On the tab, specify the same file name for downloading as when uploading (see Fig. 3) and click the button Download data. Important! Loading in BP 3.0 must be processed using version 2.1.8. This is exactly what is included in the standard configuration. This is important, in particular, when recording documents Operation(and sets of register records in general). In version 2.1.7 the line is missing Motion.Record = True, and document metadata properties Recording movements while performing in the Configurator it is set to Record selected. Therefore, version 2.1.7 will not record movements. During the download process, if the parameter was set during download Synchronize program settings and accounting parameters in meaning Yes, accounting parameters will be configured in the BP 8.3 receiver base. If the setting in the receiving database does not match the setting in the source database, it will be adjusted, and entries will appear in the service message window (see Fig. 4). Compare the contents of the message window with the parameters shown in Figure 2. It is clear that in the future, when transferring the remaining information, there is no longer a need for such synchronization. Fig.4 Messages about changes in accounting settings settings Thus, the transfer of accounting policies and setting up accounting parameters in the receiving database are completed. Preparations for transferring basic information have been completed. 2. Next, you should transfer the remainder to the receiver base BP 3.0 on the transfer date. The exchange rules in this case work exactly the same as with any data transfer to any other database: documents are generated Entering initial balances. When unloading, you should specify the rules in the Incoming balances section (see Fig. 5). Fig.5 Exchange rules for transferring balances When loading into the receiving base BP 3.0 documents will appear Entering initial balances that need to be carried out. They will create all the necessary movements in the registers. During the process, the service message window may contain error messages. They need to be corrected and problematic documents must be processed. Posting errors arise from errors made in accounting. Figure 6 shows an example of such an error, which leads to problems in the formation of residues. The quantity of material is equal to zero, the sum collapsed by material and by warehouse is also equal to zero, but for the third subconto there are non-zero balances with the opposite sign. This is a fairly typical situation. Such balances will appear in the document Entering initial balances, but it will be impossible to carry it out. Fig.6 Example of an accounting error In this case, both lines of the document Entering initial balances with incorrect balances in the receiving database 1C 8.3 should be deleted. Then the document will be processed. There are errors associated with the lack of mandatory analytics. For example, accounts for settlements with counterparties have a subaccount Documents of settlements with the counterparty, but in practice there are no such subcontos in the balances. This will also make it impossible to post the document for entering balances. Such errors will have to be corrected manually by creating new settlement documents. When generating balances on the transition date, not only balance entry documents will appear in the receiving database, but also some documents transferred via links. For example, these are documents that represent sub-accounts on accounts of settlements with counterparties. Such documents with a date earlier than the transfer date will not be posted and should not be posted. 3. Now you need to transfer the documents with a date later than the balance date. After downloading, they should also be carried out. When uploading, you need to note the upload rules in the section Documentation. The rules for uploading data for documents are shown in Fig. 7. Fig.7 Rules for uploading documents Important! After uploading, all documents with a date less than the start of the upload period should remain unposted or marked for deletion. This must be monitored in the future when working in BP 3.0. In particular, you need to be careful when updating data. 4. Now about transferring directories. In the previous paragraphs, we did not note the rules for transferring directories; this does not mean that they were not transferred. Directory elements were transferred via links, i.e. which participate in the formation of balances for a given date, in other words, are present in documents for entering balances, as well as those contained in other documents. This means that most of the background information that will be required for further work has already been transferred. Therefore, as a rule, there is no special need to transfer reference information. But if such a need nevertheless arises, if the directory element is not found in any document, but will be needed in the future, then for this purpose the exchange rules grouped in the section Directories(see Fig. 8). The rules for downloading data for directories are shown in Fig. 8. Fig.8 Rules for uploading directories Directories do not have to be transferred entirely; you can limit the uploading by various filters. To do this, in the right half of the window you need to configure the selection (see Fig. 9), the simplest one: in Field indicate the selected directory in Comparison type- Equally, in Meaning- a link to a directory element. This is what allows you to transfer missing elements of reference books that were not downloaded via links from documents. You can create more complex selections using various directory details and different types of comparisons. Fig.9 Installation of selection during unloading 5. Transfer of information registers(hereinafter RS) is also part of the transfer of reference information. There are independent information registers, i.e. not related to documents in any way. Accordingly, they cannot be transferred via links, so they are transferred independently. Rules for uploading data for such registers are grouped in the section Information registers. This does not mean that all information registers specified here must be transferred. For example, some can be transferred, or they can be loaded into the 1C 8.3 receiver database using the program itself. Some information registers are already filled in before the transfer. Tip: Use the default settings that are set when loading the exchange rules. If the settings are lost, this means that you save automatically and use your settings. Uncheck Use when opening and the settings from the exchange rules will be restored. If the information register is periodic, then the unloading is performed during the unloading period (see Fig. 9). Whether or not to transfer such a register and, if transferred, then for what period is up to the user to decide. The work procedure described above is divided into several stages. This is done for clarity and better understanding of the algorithms. You can combine several stages into one, for example, transfer balances and documents at the same time. It is even preferable to do this in order to reduce the time of uploading and loading data. But you also need to understand that, if necessary, you can break the process into as small components as you like. For example, to localize a particular transfer problem. Features of transferring production accounting documents. These include: document Shift production report, document Output and document Nomenclature complete set with the type of operation Output. All of them are converted to BP 3.0 into the document Shift production report, in all cases it is necessary to determine the planned cost (planned amount), since in BP 3.0 this detail is required. If the SPP uses cost accounting mode Party, then the planned cost is determined according to accounting data based on the postings of the UPP document. In the case of the RAUZ advanced analytics mode, the planned cost is determined based on accounting data for the month in which this document is reflected. The planned cost is the turnover to the debit of the inventory account (10, 21, 41, 43) from the credit of account 20. Moreover, if a constant is set in the accounting parameters MaintainPartitionAccountingWarehouseRegl, then the planned cost of the item is determined for each warehouse. Otherwise, it is consolidated for all warehouses. When transferring a document Nomenclature complete set with the type of operation Output the tabular part is filled in Materials and accordingly when carrying out the document Shift production report V BP 3.0 materials are written off. When transferring a document Shift production report V 1C Accounting 8 The tabular section Materials is not filled in, since in this case there are documents of the form Request-invoice. Features of document transfer Requirement-invoice. If the enterprise accepts customer-supplied raw materials for processing. In this case, in the tabular part of the document Request-invoice in the UPP for materials, accounting account 003.01 is indicated (see Fig. 10), and you need to indicate them on the tab in BP 3.0 Customer materials. Fig. 10 Transfer of customer-supplied raw materials to production There are restrictions when transferring such documents. Since the customer is BP 3.0 one per document, the correct transfer will be provided that the order is in SCP also the same for the entire document. Lines where there is an account 003.01 , are recorded in BP 3.0 to the table Customer materials(see Fig. 12), and the field Customer is taken in the UPP from the field Costs - Buyer's order - Counterparty. Those documents with mixed materials are divided into two tables. The customer is taken from the first line that contains the invoice 003.01 . Fig. 12 Result of transferring the document Request-invoice with customer-supplied raw materials Principles of data synchronization described Advantages: Comparison of versions: The rules are suitable for SCP releases starting from 1.3.62.x. If you need porting rules for earlier releases, please contact the author. Loading must be done into the BP release for which the rules were created.
