  • Cocoa powder 1 tbsp. l.
  • Refined sunflower oil 1 tsp.
  • Butter 25 g
  • Milk 125 ml
  • Wheat flour 250 g
  • Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
  • Coarse salt 1 tsp.

Step by step

  1. For marbled bread we need flour, dry yeast, salt, sugar, cocoa, milk, vegetable oil.
  2. First, dry yeast needs to be diluted in warm milk.
  3. Then sift the flour with salt and sugar into a deep bowl.
  4. Then pour milk with yeast and butter at room temperature into the dry mixture.
  5. Knead the dough and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour.
  6. The risen dough needs to be kneaded. Divide into 2 parts.
  7. Add cocoa and vegetable oil to 1 of them and knead the chocolate dough.
  8. These are the 2 koloboks we should get.
  9. We roll out our koloboks into 2 layers and lay them 1 on 1.
  10. Wrap the roll halfway up and halfway down.
  11. Place the bread on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and wait another 1 hour for it to rise. Then place it in a preheated oven at 180-200°C for 20-25 minutes. My bread took 25 minutes to cook.
  12. Cool the finished product on a wire rack and you can eat it. Bon appetit!

Bread is the head of everything. And when the bread is homemade, it is doubly honored. You can also fantasize about baking bread endlessly. And most importantly, you will not find such bread in the store. Marble bread contains wheat and rye flour. It is beautiful, very tasty and healthy.

We will need:

for white dough

  • water - 400 ml
  • wheat flour - 800 g
  • salt - 1 tsp with top
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • yeast - 1 pack (10 g)

for rye dough

  • rye flour - 500 g
  • water - 400 ml
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • yeast 1 pack (10 g)

In two pans, separately from each other, knead the rye and wheat dough. Heat water to 40°C. This is slightly higher than body temperature. Add salt, sugar and yeast. Mix well. Add half the amount of flour and knead the batter. Place in a warm place for the first rise. This is especially important for rye dough. It turns out denser and heavier and therefore should rise well.

Once the dough has risen, knead it once and add the remaining flour. Mix the dough well. The rye dough turns out a little sticky. It can be poured over the top with a tablespoon of vegetable oil and placed in a warm place to rise.

After the dough has risen a second time, it needs to be kneaded and each one divided into 2 equal parts. This way you get 2 pieces of wheat dough and 2 pieces of rye dough.

Roll out each piece of dough separately from each other on a floured table.

Then put rye dough on the wheat dough.

Then roll a layer of two types of dough into a roll.

Pinch the edges of the roll and make shallow cuts on top. So we get 2 loaves. Place the loaves on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and place in an oven preheated to 50°C to rise. The bread should increase 1.5-2 times. Then turn on the oven to maximum temperature and bake until golden brown.

Marble bread turns out delicious and very beautiful.

Onion bread prepared according to the recipe below turns out incredibly aromatic and appetizing. Onion bread is prepared in a bread machine without much difficulty. It can also be baked in the oven.

Ingredients:
- 250 milliliters of warm water,
- a teaspoon of dry yeast,
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar,
- 1 large onion,
- a teaspoon of salt,
- 550 grams of flour,
- a tablespoon of refined vegetable oil.

Preparation:
1. Place all of the above ingredients into the bowl of the bread machine, certainly in the following order: water, granulated sugar, salt, vegetable oil, flour, onions and yeast. Not all the flour needs to be added. You need to leave about fifty grams.

2. Put the bread machine into operation, setting the “White bread” mode.

3. While kneading the dough, add flour little by little. The finished dough should appear airy and smooth.

4. Close the lid of the bread machine and wait until the signal sounds, warning that the bread is baked.

5. The finished onion bread must be carefully removed from the bucket and left to cool on a wire rack. Do not touch the bread until it has completely cooled and hardened.

The taste of the finished onion bread is very unusual and piquant!

For example, this recipe for marble bread. At first, when you look, you see the most ordinary bread. Golden brown crust, toasted seeds on top and a pleasant aroma. - flour 400 g,
- salt 0.5 tsp,
- water 200 ml,
- yeast 30 g,
- vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.,
- tomato paste 1 tbsp. l.,
- sesame and flax seeds.

How to cook with photos step by step




In the bowl where you are going to knead the dough, collect together the flour, salt and finely crumbled yeast. Pour in water and knead the dough. This is done very simply. (If suddenly you are not very friendly with yeast dough or it scares you a little, I suggest leaving all this behind the kitchen door! I believe in you!)




When you have a fully formed piece of dough in your hands, pour vegetable oil onto it. Here I would like to linger for a moment and tell you one little secret. If you use some kind of aromatic oil rather than sunflower oil, the bread will taste better. I tried sesame oil in this recipe and didn’t regret it one bit. Just two spoons and the changes are noticeable!




When you add the oil, start kneading again. At first, the mass in your hands will not be very pleasant (slippery and greasy), but at least it will not stick to your hands. After a while, you will see how the dough absorbs the oil and becomes nice and elastic.
Divide the dough into two parts.






Add tomato paste to one of the halves and mix until the color changes. It's not easy to do this. Tomato paste doesn’t really want to penetrate the dough, but will we really pay attention to that? No! We will insist, step by step, that the dough and paste come together as one. And at some point we will see that we have achieved what we fought for in the beginning.




Place two parts of the dough into different containers. Cover with something (towel, cling film) so that it does not crust over from contact with air and finally leave it alone, in a warm and cozy place. Let it fit (it becomes twice the original size).




Now comes the fun part. Creating a spiral!






Roll out two parts of the dough separately into layers. Fold one on top of the other and wrap it up. Seal the seams by pressing them with your fingers and place the future bread in a square pan. Leave it again for the approach.




When the bread takes on a nice round shape, brush it with beaten egg and sprinkle with seeds. Then the only thing he can do is go to the oven. Bake until done, focusing on the golden crust and the aroma that will spread throughout all the rooms. As my mother used to say, as soon as the bread starts moving around the house, it is ready.

It turns out just as bright and tasty

I've been baking bread at home for almost 3 years now. My son is already so accustomed to a variety of homemade bread that he flatly refuses to eat store-bought bread. So we have to look for and invent new types of bread.

You know, the composition of bread is almost the same: flour, yeast, water, salt and sugar (honey), but the result is always different!

"Marble" is now one of our favorites!

We will prepare the dough 2 times: that is, white and dark. I kneaded the white part of the dough first, and then the dark part in the same bowl.

The basis is a glass of 250 ml.

To prepare “Marble” bread, we will prepare the products according to the list.

Mix flour, salt, sugar, yeast. Add warm water (about 38 degrees) and sunflower oil. Knead into a soft elastic dough. This will be a white dough.

Now we prepare the dark part of the bread. Mix both types of flour, salt, sugar, yeast, malt. Add water and sunflower oil. Knead soft dough.

Place both buns in one bowl, greased with oil. Cover with film and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

An hour later we see the following picture: the koloboks have increased significantly in size.

Using light twisting movements, knead the dough and form a bun. Cover the bowl with the dough with film and leave for another 30-40 minutes.

Here it is - beautiful, lush!

Knead the dough and form a loaf. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Cover with a towel and let it rest for another 30 minutes.

This is how the loaf increased after 30 minutes.

We bake “Marble” bread in an oven preheated to 240 degrees for the first 20 minutes with steam (put 10 ice cubes on the bottom of the oven), then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for another 30-40 minutes.

This is how brutal it turns out :-) Tanned and very big!

Let the bread cool completely, then slice.
