Regulated reporting. Regulatory reporting Transfer of regulated reporting in electronic form

Creation of regulated reporting is the responsibility of any enterprise. Sets of reports should be regularly generated, the rules for completing which are regulated by regulatory documents. The application greatly simplifies solving this problem.

financial statements;

IFRS reports;

tax calculations and declarations;

reports to extra-budgetary funds;

The 1C company promptly monitors these changes and provides the opportunity to timely update regulated reporting forms in the configurations used. Updates are carried out through a highly efficient in-house mechanism.

To gain access to regulated reports, use the “Regulated and Financial Reporting” form or you can use the directory of regulated reports. The “Regulated and Financial Reporting” form is more focused on generating ready-made reporting documents, while the reference form is more focused on generating a list of reports.

The process of filling out the report is controlled in the dialog area at the top of the screen form.

The completed report can be partially edited.

In accounting regulated reports, a decoding mechanism is implemented that allows you to view the algorithm for calculating the indicator or run a standard accounting report for a more detailed analysis.

Selecting a report form

The system supports all reporting forms for previous reporting periods. When you select a specific period, the system will automatically download the corresponding edition of the reporting (new or old). If necessary, the user can select the form manually.

Recording completed reports into the information base

Once completed reports are saved in a special log in the infobase. These reports can be edited, reprinted, or downloaded electronically. Each report can be generated and recorded in the database in several versions.

Interactive filling methods

The system provides improved mechanisms that correct completed reports. For example, final and related values are recalculated throughout the report automatically, and not just within a specific section of the report.

Working with multi-page reports

Working with multi-page reports has now become much more convenient. The ability to add rows and entire pages is available. The print management mechanism has become much more convenient and flexible. When preparing a document for printing, the report is automatically divided into pages and numbered.

Working with a list of reports

To configure the list of regulated reports, you can use the directory of regulated reports, opened from the “Regulated and financial reporting” form.

The directory contains a list of regulated reports. All reports are divided into reporting groups (accounting, tax, statistical, etc.). Initially, the list includes all reports included in the software product delivery.

To update regulated reporting, the standard configuration update mechanism is used. The user can arrange reports in the list according to his liking and move them from group to group. And if the company does not submit any reporting forms at all, then they can be removed from the list by clicking the “Hide” button. To display previously hidden reporting forms in the list, use the "Restore" button.

Clicking the "Refresh" button restores the list of reports in its original form - as it was presented in the 1C:Accounting 8 package, taking into account subsequent updates.

You can add a new report to the list, which is not provided in the standard configuration and was developed by partners or in-house specialists. Such a report is generated by an external processing file.

The results of changing the list of reports will be displayed in the "Regulatory and financial reporting" form.

Generation of regulated reports

The “Regulated and financial reporting” form is generally intended for working with regulated reports.

Starting form

At the beginning of the procedure for generating a regulated report, the starting form opens.

The starter form is intended for:

  • choice of organization and period for generating a regulated report;
  • automatic determination of the form of a regulated report corresponding to the selected period.

If a regulated report can be compiled using different forms, the “Select Form” button becomes available in the start form. This feature may be useful in cases where the period for putting the form into effect is not clearly established and the regulatory authority requires the submission of a non-latest version of the reporting form.

After clicking the "OK" button on the start form, the selected form of the regulated report will open.

Regulated report form

The form displays a report form, above and below which is the report generation dialog area. In this area, you can specify the report parameters and click on the “Fill” button, and the system will fill out the form with data obtained from the information base and calculated on their basis.

Filling individual cells

The report form contains cells of different colors. Cells with a white background are an analogue of printed paper report form elements - accordingly, the data in these cells cannot be adjusted by the user. Cells with a different background color are filled by the system or user, but:

  • cells with a yellow background are intended to be filled in manually;
  • cells with a light green background are filled by the system, but their data can also be adjusted;
  • cells with a green background are calculated automatically based on data entered in other cells, but they are not available for correction; that is, when correcting data in light green cells, data in green cells will be recalculated automatically.

The user can partially change the order in which the report is filled out. In the report form, you can manually change the properties of any light green cell by selecting one of the following options:

  • do not fill automatically - the cell will change its color from light green to light yellow; in this case, when the report is generated again, this cell will remain empty;
  • fill automatically with adjustment - the cell will change its color from light green to dark yellow; in this case, the cell is filled in jointly by the system and the user: the system calculates its value based on the information base data, the user adds his adjustment value, and the cell itself displays the sum of these two values;
  • fill only automatically and do not adjust manually - the initial state of the light green cell.

Selecting a value from a list

To fill groups of cells with related data, the system provides the user with an effective mechanism for selecting a value from a list. By double-clicking on a cell belonging to a group, the user can bring up a list of predefined values.

From this list you can select a value to substitute into the cell group.

Adding and Removing Rows

You can add and, conversely, delete lines of the report form. In this case, the system will monitor the placement of data on printed pages and, if necessary, automatically add an A4 page.

Multi-page reports

If a regulated report consists of several sections, then its form will contain corresponding bookmarks. The user is given the opportunity to make additional settings for such a report; for example, you can disable the display of some bookmarks in the form.

For some sections, it may be possible to add a set of entire pages - in cases where the user may need it and does not contradict regulatory documents. To implement this feature, there is an "Add" button at the bottom of the form.

Checking reports

"1C: Accounting 8" provides the ability to automatically check completed regulated reports for the interrelation of report indicators specified in different sections of the report or for different periods, as well as with other regulated reports.

Reports for which such checking is provided contain a "Check" button on their top panel. The test results are displayed in the form of a detailed report.

Printing regulated reports

To print the report, use the "Print" button, located at the bottom of the regulated report form. When you click it, you can select one of the following actions from the drop-down menu:

  • "Print immediately" - prints the report immediately on the printer, without previewing.
  • “Show form” - displays the report in the form of a prepared printed form for the purpose of preview and editing.

When you select the “Show form” item, a preview window of the printed form of the report will be displayed on the user’s computer screen.

When preparing a printed form, the application solution automatically breaks the report into pages and numbers them, and also de-colorizes cells. The printed form of the report is available for viewing on separate sheets.

In the dialog area, located to the left of the form area, you can control the viewing of sheets. Here you can mark the report sheets that are supposed to be printed (all sheets will be pre-marked). You can specify the number of copies to be printed and change the order in which sheets are printed.

During the preview process, you can edit the generated report and save the files of the marked report sheets on disk - using the "Save" button at the bottom of the form. But to store generated reports, it is more convenient to use the journal of regulated reports.

Saving and reusing regulated reports

A completed regulated report can be treated as a spreadsheet document in the 1C:Enterprise 8 system: it can be edited as a separate spreadsheet document and saved on disk as files. But it is much more convenient to store once generated regulated reports directly in the information base.

If, after generating a regulated report, you click the “Record” button at the bottom of its form, the report will be saved in the journal of regulated reports.

You can work with the journal of regulated reports as with a regular document journal of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system. The log displays a list of all previously generated and saved reports, and if the log contains too many reports, then for ease of viewing you can select by type of report and by period.

From the log, you can open any previously generated report, make changes to it, and save it again with the changes already made. Moreover, if the form of a regulated report has changed over time, then the report will be opened in the corresponding “old” form.

You can reprint the report, download it electronically, or delete old or incorrectly completed reports.

Regulated reporting in electronic form

Regulatory documents provide for the possibility of submitting accounting and tax reporting both in paper and electronic form.

To generate reports in electronic form, the “Download” button is located at the top of the regulated report form.

By clicking on the "Upload" button, the system will check the prepared report for completeness and correctness in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents. If any requirements are not met, the system will display appropriate messages and offer an effective error navigation mechanism.

A special navigation window contains a list of errors that allows you to interactively move from an error record directly to an incorrectly filled (or blank) cell in the report table - by double-clicking on the error record. After correcting the errors, you can try downloading the report again.

If the test result is positive, the system will prompt the user to select a location to save the report file.

Some reports may have several different file formats. The file format is selected automatically by the system, but it can be changed using the "Upload Format" button.

Reporting on individuals

An actively operating enterprise has to fill out especially large volumes of regulated reporting for individuals in order to provide them to the tax authorities and the Pension Fund.

The configuration makes it as easy as possible to fill out reporting sets for individuals, both in paper and electronic form. Output sets are generated directly from the screen form of the regulated report.

Integration with the Sprinter software package

Taxcom's Sprinter software package allows you to submit tax returns, financial statements and other documents necessary for the calculation and payment of taxes and fees to the tax authorities in electronic form without duplicating them on paper, using regular Internet access. The reporting received by the tax office using paperless technology has legal force, and the taxpayer who submitted the documents electronically is considered to have submitted the reporting and is exempt from duplicating it on paper.

If the Sprinter software package (PC) is installed on the user’s computer, then it is possible to transfer files for downloading accounting and tax reporting data to the Sprinter software package for subsequent transfer to the tax authority with which the organization is registered as a subscriber of the reporting transmission system via communication channels . If the organization’s settings have set the exchange parameters with the Sprinter PC, then at the bottom of the document form “Uploading regulated reporting” a button “Encrypt and send to the Federal Tax Service” appears.

  • to the Pension Fund of Russia.
  • The mode of reporting via the Internet allows you to directly send from the programs of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system to the server of a specialized telecom operator, as well as track the passage of the report through all stages of electronic document management established by regulatory documents, up to the receipt of the result of report processing by the relevant regulatory authority.

    In addition to reporting, programs of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system allow you to exchange informal documents (letters):

    • between the taxpayer and the tax authority,
    • between the policyholder and the Pension Fund branch.

    Programs of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system also allow you to send requests for information services (ISS) to tax authorities and receive the following types of documents from tax authorities as responses to requests:

    • certificate on the status of settlements with the budget,
    • extracting transactions from the "Calculation with the budget" card,
    • list of accounting and tax reporting,
    • Act of reconciliation,
    • certificate of fulfillment of tax payment obligations.

    Using the Internet reporting functionality built into the 1C:Enterprise 8 system programs does not require additional programs on the user's computer.

    Reporting to the Social Insurance Fund of Russia

    The programs of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system include a mechanism for submitting reports according to Form-4 of the FSS of the Russian Federation in electronic form with an electronic digital signature. The mechanism allows you to directly from the program of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system perform all steps to transfer a report on Form-4 of the FSS of the Russian Federation to the portal of the FSS of the Russian Federation using the technology approved by Order of the FSS of the Russian Federation dated February 12, 2010 No. 19. Detailed information about the reporting technology can be obtained on the FCC website - reporting gateway at http://f4.fss.ru/index.php?service=1.

    List of trusted certification centers of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, authorized by 1C

    The ability to submit tax, accounting and reporting on insurance premiums in electronic form via communication channels from the programs of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system is provided when using signature key certificates issued by the following trusted certification centers of the Federal Tax Service of Russia:

    Attention!

    The procedure for using the exchange mechanisms included in the 1C:Enterprise 8 configurations is given in the Guide located on the configuration page of the 1C:Enterprise 8 user support site http://users.v8.1c.ru.

    To use an electronic digital signature and encrypt reports before sending, one of the certified cryptographic information protection tools (CIPF) must be installed on the computer. 1C:Enterprise 8 supports work with CIPF CryptoPRO CSP (CRYPTO-PRO) and with CIPF Domain-K (InfoTeKS).

    The 1C: Accounting 8.1 program includes a set of regulated reports. Regulated reports are those whose form, procedure for completion, timing and procedure for submission are determined by various government bodies. Regulated reporting includes:

    Accounting reporting forms;

    Tax returns and other documents serving as the basis for the calculation and payment of taxes;

    Reporting to off-budget social funds;

    Statistics forms;

    Various references.

    The regulated reporting includes the previously discussed reporting of the organization on individuals to the Federal Tax Service inspection (form 2-NDFL) and to the Pension Fund of Russia (personalized reporting).

    To work with regulated reports, the processing “Regulated and financial reporting” is intended (menu “Reports” - “Regulated reports”).

    The “Regulatory and Financial Reporting” processing form consists of two main parts. The left side of the form displays a list of types of regulated reports. On the right side of the form there is a report log and a log for uploading reporting forms in electronic form. Switching between magazines is done by selecting the appropriate tab (Fig. 3.206).

    Reports in the report log can be filtered by various criteria:

    By types of regulated reports;

    For the organization on whose behalf the report was compiled;

    By reporting period, etc.

    Setting selection by type of reports is done using the checkboxes located to the left of the names of groups and types of reporting forms in the list of reports. Checkboxes can be checked and unchecked in any order.

    Alternative access to regulated reports is provided by the “Regulated Reports” directory. The list form of this directory can be opened by clicking on the “Report Directory” button on the “Regulated and Financial Reporting” processing command panel. In this directory, each regulated report is presented as a separate element of the directory. The directory elements are grouped into groups by reporting type.

    We will draw up a balance sheet (form No. 1) for our organization.

    To enter a new regulated report, you need to find in the “Regulated Reports” directory the line with the name of the desired report and double-click on it or click on the “Add list item” button on the command panel of the directory.

    A start window will be displayed on the screen, in which you must indicate the organization for which the report will be compiled, select the frequency of reporting - monthly or quarterly, and the period for compiling the report (Fig. 3.207).

    If a regulated report can be compiled in different forms, the “Select Form” button becomes available in the start form.

    After clicking on the “OK” button in the start window, a regulated report form will open, containing a report form and dialog areas for managing the completion and printing of the report. Initially, the report form contains only information about the organization and the responsible persons of the organization.

    For those reporting forms for which it is possible to automatically fill out the information base data, there is a “Fill” button in the command panel of the report form (for reports filled out without calling the start form, there is a “Generate” button).

    After clicking it, a calculation will be performed based on the data available in the information base, and the report form will be filled out (Fig. 3.208).

    Clicking the “Clear” button clears the report.

    The completed report is a table, partially editable. The availability of cells for editing is indicated by the background color.

    Some table cells are colored white - such cells cannot be edited.

    Cells colored yellow are intended to be filled in manually: additional information can be entered into such cells.

    Green cells are calculated automatically based on data entered in other cells.

    Those report cells that are filled in automatically based on infobase data are colored light green. Using the dialog controls located at the bottom of the report, you can control the filling of such cells. To do this, you must select one of the following options:

    Do not fill in automatically – when filling out the report, this cell will not be filled in and the value in such a cell must be entered manually;

    Fill automatically with adjustment - in this case, the cell is filled jointly by the program and the user: the program calculates its value according to the infobase data, the user either adds his own adjustment value - in this case, the sum of these two values is displayed in the cell itself, or edits the value in the cell - in in this case, the adjustment value is calculated automatically;

    Fill only automatically and do not adjust manually - the initial state of the light green cell: the value entered manually into such a cell will be cleared when the report is automatically filled.

    For reporting forms that can be filled out automatically using information base data, it is possible to show the algorithm for generating report cells. This mode is called “deciphering the value of the report indicator.” The mode is not available for all reporting forms: a formal sign of the ability to decrypt for a specific regulated report is the presence of the “Decryption” button on the command panel of the report form.

    To fill in individual cells or groups of report cells (for example, a budget classification code), the program provides the user with a convenient mechanism for selecting a value from the list. By double-clicking on such a cell, you can call up a list of predefined values.

    If the report consists of many sections, then its form contains the corresponding bookmarks, and the “Settings” button is present on the command panel. Clicking this button opens a settings dialog in which you can specify which sections of the report should be shown on the screen and printed.

    If the number of lines in any part of the report is not agreed upon in advance, then additional lines in the form may be required when compiling the report. For such cases, it is possible to include an unlimited number of additional groups of rows in the report: when you select a section of the report where this option is available, the “Add” and “Delete” buttons appear in the lower area of the dialog - respectively, for adding rows and deleting them.

    Regulated reports do not provide automatic generation of transactions. Therefore, in cases where the generated reports must be reflected in tax and accounting (for example, when generating tax returns for a number of taxes), the corresponding entries should be entered manually.

    To print regulated reports, use the “Print” button.

    When preparing the printed form, the system automatically breaks the report into pages and numbers them, and also removes the color highlights of the cells. The printed form of the report is available for viewing on separate sheets. To control viewing, use the dialog area located to the left of the form area. In addition, in the dialog area you can mark report sheets that are supposed to be printed (all sheets will be marked by the program first).

    Let's draw up a profit and loss report in the program (form No. 2) (Fig. 3.209).

    We will also fill out a tax return for corporate income tax in the program (Fig. 3.210).

    Tax accounting registers (for income tax) can be generated by opening the menu item “Reports” - “Tax accounting registers (for income tax)”. Registers are reporting forms generated based on tax accounting entries. In the 1C: Accounting 8.1 program they are divided into four groups:

    Registers of accounting of business transactions;

    Registers of intermediate settlements;

    Registers for recording the status of a tax accounting unit;

    Registers for generating reporting data.

    "1C:Accounting 8" includes a set of regulated reports. Regulated reports are those whose form, procedure for completion, timing and procedure for submission are determined by various government bodies. | Regulated reporting includes:

  • Working with a list of regulated reports

    To work with regulated reports, the “Regulated and financial reporting” processing is intended (menu “Reports - Regulated reports”). | The processing form “Regulatory and financial reporting” consists of two main parts.

  • Preparation of a regulated report

    To enter a new regulated report, you need to find the line with the name of the desired report in the list of reports located on the left side of the “Regulated and Financial Reporting” form and double-click on it or select the name of the report and click the “New” button in the command panel of the list of reports.

  • Mode for checking the ratios of report indicators

    A number of tax reporting forms include a mode for checking the ratios of indicators: | calculation of advance payments for the unified social tax; | calculation of advance payments for insurance contributions for compulsory pension insurance; | value added tax declaration;

  • Printing a regulated report

    To print the report, use the "Print" button located in the lower command bar. When you click it, you can select one of the following actions from the drop-down menu: | "Print immediately" - prints the report immediately on the printer, without previewing it in accordance with the print settings in the "Settings" dialog.

  • Explanation of report indicators

    For reporting forms that can be filled out automatically using information base data, it is possible to show the algorithm for generating report cells. This mode is called “deciphering the value of the report indicator”.

  • Storing regulated reports

    The report log is intended for working with saved regulated reports. The reporting journal is located on the right side of the Regulatory and Financial Reporting form. | You can work with the journal of regulated reports as with a regular document journal of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system.

  • Uploading regulated reports in electronic form

    Regulatory documents provide for the possibility of submitting reports to the Federal Tax Service and the Pension Fund of Russia in electronic form. | To generate reports in electronic form, there is an “Upload” button in the top command panel of the regulated report form.
