If the cottage cheese is dry and crumbly, then more milk can go, sometimes up to 100g. add milk. Here it is better to underfill than overfill, add milk a little at a time. You should get a rather thick mass, the spoon should not stand in it, but the curd mass will also not drain from the spoon.
  4. I indicated 2-3 eggs in the list of ingredients, why? Of course, with two eggs, the casserole will turn out well, but with three it turns out to my taste - better, juicier and taller. This question is not fundamental, proceed from your preferences, try to do this and that.
  5. Be sure to beat the egg whites! You need to beat them to medium peaks, and it is the whipped proteins that give airiness and juiciness to the finished cottage cheese casserole. Please do not neglect this point, you will be very pleased with the final result.
  6. Important! Bake the casserole at low temperatures, I bake at 160 C, I set the maximum to 170 C (if I’m already very impatient) it depends on whether your cottage cheese casserole will be juicy or not.
