  Winter perch fishing on the jig. Bass fishing in the winter - useful videos

Hunting for a perch in the winter with the use of artificial bait, in particular, mormyshki, differs incredible adrenaline and quality catch. Given that the striped predator is active throughout the entire winter period, its capture begins in November and ends in March. The intensity of the bite is not affected by weather changes (frost, wind, calm), which makes it possible to hunt perch in any weather.

The main thing is to have a clear idea of \u200b\u200bthe process of catching, to properly collect the tackle and choose the most catchy bait.

The advantages mormyshki when hunting for perch in the winter:

  1. Bait performancewhere an active nozzle game not only attracts the attention of a predator, but also provokes an attack.
  2. "Sports" way of fishingwhere the fisher is actively moving around the reservoir in search of prey, applying a variety of postings. Such actions significantly increase the interest in fishing and increase the chances of a good catch.
  3. Universal purpose bait:   unlike spinners and balancers, the mormysk shows its effectiveness throughout the entire winter season.

Tackle for fishing

The hunting of the striped predator with the help of the mormyshk should be carried out exclusively by gentle and supersensitive tackle. Before fishing, it is recommended to thoroughly test every component of the rig still at home.

Accessories tackle:

  1. Fishing Rod. You can buy the appropriate fishing tool in any specialty store. The rod is already equipped with a standard coil of small size. The reel in this version serves only as a place to store a spare line. The best version of the rod is the so-called balalaika, in form resembling a musical instrument. The coil is already mounted in the tool body. A more simplified version of the gear can be made with your own hands from thin branches of juniper and foam. Such a product was called "filly", where the foam handle performs the tasks motivated.
  2. Nod.   Especially good when catching on the jig work cone-shaped nods with medium hardness. The maximum length of the nod should not exceed 10 cm. When choosing a nod, it is recommended to opt for products from a metal plate, where there is a stiffener or polycarbonate. Products from Cpralon and Lavas, which have sufficient resistance to the side wind, have proven themselves well, and the additional rigidity allows high-frequency play of the lure.
  3. Fishing thread.   The fishing line for ice fishing on the mormyshk needs to be chosen especially carefully: the model must meet all the requirements of winter fishing, have high manufacturing standards, the optimum thickness of the thread is from 0.1 to 0.12 mm. It is the correctly chosen fishing line that can withstand the powerful resistance of the trophy specimen. Equipping the rod with a thin fishing line, the angler greatly expands the field of activity for the use of various mormyshk, moreover, it is almost invisible to the eyes of a predator. As an ideal option, use ultra-thin fishing threads. The length of the fishing line depends on the depth in a particular reservoir.
  4. Mormyshka.

Mormyshki perch

Among the artificial lures on the striped predator, mormyshk takes a leading position.   Thanks to the skillful actions of the fisherman, the bait perfectly moves in the water column, causing genuine interest in the prey. For greater efficiency, you can agitate sludge at the bottom, as a result an attractive cloud of turbidity is formed.

Winter versions of mormyshkas for catching perch can be absolutely any shape, but their size should remain within 4 - 5 mm. It is advisable to choose the bait depending on the mood of the fish, the nature of the reservoir, weather conditions.

For hunting perch use the following varieties of mormzhek:

  • with a nozzle (artificial or animal origin);
  • without nozzle (hook empty);

Popular forms of mormysk:

  • a drop;
  • diamond;
  • beans;
  • pellet;
  • ant;
  • pear;

Lures classification according to size:

  1. Miniaturewhere the diameter of the product does not exceed 1 - 2 mm, intended for fishing in shallow water in calm water. They work especially well at the end of the winter season, when the activity of a bite falls.
  2. Averagewhere the diameter is 3 - mm, give positive results in frosty weather.
  3. Large, they are used both at the beginning of winter and at its completion. Scope of large mormyshek: in reservoirs with a strong current and at great depth.

As for weight, the lightweight bait model should be applied at a shallow depth (ground) so as not to spoil the game. But weighty mormyshki placed with the burning of the depths.

Bait color:   yellow, red, silver, steel. It is possible to equip the mormyshka with additional bright beads, woolen threads, but without prejudice to the game.

The bait on the perch should be made of tin, lead or tungsten.

Hook for bait should be of high quality manufacturing with a rather sharp sting. For a guaranteed catch hook, you need to mount the hook at a slight angle.

The success of fishing in the winter perch is largely determined by the competent selection of fishing thread. Even the slightest deviation in the thickness of the fishing line can scare the striped predator. If there is no biting for a long time, the line must be replaced with a thinner thread. For such situations, it is desirable to have several rods with different thickness of the fishing line.

Bait and bait

Having come to the reservoir, you need to choose the right places for drilling the holes, observing the recommended distance between them - from 5 to 15 m. Having drilled the first hole, the first thing you need is a portion of complementary feeding, and after that you need to move on to drilling the remaining fishing places.

You should know that after the first perches are caught, the bite may stop, then another portion of bait rushes. As long as the next school of fish fits into this hole, the fishing is done in another prepared place.

Stern bloodworm as the main ingredient of the winter bait for the striped predator significantly increases the chances of a good catch. As a rule, it is lowered into the well in small portions, and one or several moth larvae are placed on the mormyshku. The perch is of particular interest in slowly descending feed, it reacts quickly and begins to rise from the bottom.

Here you need to be prepared for unexpected bites, if the depth in the pond is small, the fish attack the bait directly in the hole.

Fresh blood, by right, is considered the most effective component in perch feeding.   Its smell has a powerful effect on the predator, with this method (the blood of an animal, fish or bird is filled with a rubber glove, in which a needle is punctured, forming a cloud of blood dregs), you can hunt all kinds of fish.

As an option, you can use live bait in the aquarium (jar). This method will allow to collect around the banks of curious perch. Of course, it will not be able to strongly influence the result of fishing, but it is easy to keep the object of fishing in place.

Lure hook:

  • bloodworm;
  • moth larvae;
  • fresh fish pieces, fins;
  • red worm;
  • pieces of colored electrical tape;
  • colored wool threads;

Mormyshku technique

First of all, you need to decide on the place of fishing.

Depending on the nature of the reservoir and the time of year, the perch can be found in the following places:

  • in the windows among the reeds;
  • on the enclosed parts of the reservoir;
  • on differences of depths;
  • in the pits near the coastline;

Important point:   in the morning hours, the predator prefers to dwell in shallow water, in the afternoon, when the light level is maximum, the fish descends to the depth, and in the evening it rises again to shallow water. Only anomalous weather conditions, changes in atmospheric pressure, an abrupt change in the direction of the wind can make a difference in his behavior.

Having decided on the place of fishing, it is necessary to drill 8 - 12 holes, feed them. Each should be fished periodically, after making one place, you should go to the next. For greater efficiency, it is possible to flush the hole with snow, and after a certain time, go back and continue the fishing.

Most often, 2 - 3 holes covered with snow significantly increase the chances of a good catch.

To attract the striped predator, several variants of the game are used:

  1. The bait is lowered to the bottom, knock it several times and begin to lift it to a height of 30-40 cm from the bottom surface with different intensity, and then lower it to the bottom.
  2. Fast vertical movement   mormyskoy 10 cm from the bottom surface, with stops in 1 - 3 seconds.
  3. Uniform lifting gear   to a height of 15 - 20 cm from the bottom surface, where the whip should be positioned between the fingers of the left hand to limit the height of vibrations.

Thus, each well is examined for the presence of fish in a specific location. The main thing is to remember the bait cycle at the time of the first bite, in order to repeat such actions when throwing gear next time.

Secrets of fishing in the winter

An ice hunt for a deep enemy can be effective only if you possess the correct and verified information, namely:

  1. For catching deep water   It is advisable to use mormyshku large sizes.
  2. If a long time is not observed poklevok, it is necessary to use a fine mormyskoy small size.
  3. Jig weight   must fully match the nod.
  4. Equip tackle   you need only an even and sharp crochet in which a special hole for the fishing thread has been carefully made.
  5. Use tungsten   It is necessary with active fishing, and it is better to put tin with passive fishing.
  6. Well it is desirable to give time for a kind of rest.so it can increase its catchability.
  7. Feed mixture   should consist mainly of the favorite delicacies of a predator. Regular biting will be provided.

To increase the quantity and quality of the bite, you can use the bite activator, which attracts prey from the entire reservoir, and the pheromones (natural biological active substances) present in its composition will stimulate its appetite.

  1. Catch gear   should be light and with a sensitive nod.
  2. Lure   for winter fishing perch is required.
  3. Experiment with the game   bait can and should be.
  4. For vyvazhivaniya   large predator is recommended to use the hook, hooking the gills.

Perch fishing in the winter is popular for several main reasons. The first is that perch is a fairly common fish in our waters and often makes up the lion's share of the fish population in general. The second - the striped predator in the winter practically does not lose activity and responds well to the wide variety of baits that anglers offer him. One of these effective baits is a jig.

Catching perch in the winter on the mormyshk will not have any particular difficulties even for an inexperienced angler. It is enough to know the basics - how to find a perch in the winter, how to lure it and, in fact, what kind of bait it should be. These and some other issues related to winter perch fishing on the mormyshka, we will look at this article and you will get a complete picture of this method of perch fishing in the winter.

Which mormyshku catch perch in the winter

The choice of bait is one of the most important components of successful fishing, therefore we will begin to analyze the topic with this very question. As you know, mormyshki come in various shapes and colors, as well as nozzle and nozzle. Let's see what kind of mormyshka offer perch, so that he could not swim past.

First of all, you should know that in your box for baits there should always be a variety of mormyshek perch. Always need to have handy jigs of different sizes, shapes and colors. Despite the fact that during the active bite the perch eagerly grabs any bait, you should still understand that the perch at the perch does not happen every winter day and you should always be ready for a bad bite when you need to attract something special to the predator.

Types of catchy mormyshek

Catchy mormyshkami on the perch can be safely considered as:

This is not the whole list, but using such mormyshki you can safely count on a good bite and catch. Naturally, for a good bite, other factors should contribute, such as weather, pressure, good location and perch mood. Let us examine in more detail some jigs.

Fuck (goat).   This bait is not the best choice for beginners, but ideal for experienced fishermen. This lure requires a special game and a special, more rigid nod. There are a lot of varieties of devils, they can be with two (goats), three or four hooks, hooks can be both soldered and suspended, and, of course, the variety of shapes and colors is also impressive.

It is desirable, even if you have little experience in winter catching perch on your mormyshk, still have this bait in several variations. With the right feed, it is simply indispensable and often catching a large perch on the boat in the winter most successfully with this bait. Get the basic knowledge that will help you successfully catch perch on devil helps video.

How to catch the "yo-yo" on the mormyshka, video:

Uralka.   Classic mormyshka under imitation mormysh. Ideal for beginners - simple game and excellent catchability, just what a novice fisherman needs. This mormyshku can be used with a planting moth on a hook or without it. But, if you catch animal bait without replanting, be sure to cling colored cambric hooks to your hooks. Red, white, yellow colors or their combinations work very well.

The main rule that every angler should know is the obligatory pauses when posting! The perch grabs the bait exclusively during pauses, therefore, if you continuously pull the mormyshka, you can gather a whole flock of perch near it, but you will not wait for a bite. Always take breaks in the game for 1-3 seconds.

Carnation. Great jig that will work fine even for a beginner. The peculiarity of this jig is that a brass ball is mounted on the forearm of its hook, which freely slides along the shank during posting. This technique very well attracts the perch, which makes this mormyshku very catchy.

Other mormyshki also have their own characteristics and advantages. In order to understand all you need to experience each of them. And, by the way, these mormysk are not limited to catching perch, and you can also successfully catch other fish that are active in the winter, such as roach, bream, ide, grayling, etc.

Now, “Carnations” have appeared in various modifications and instead of a brass ball any other material can be used, but the essence lies in the same thing - the sliding of the attracting element along the end of the hook.

The color and shape of the jig on the perch

The color of the jig on the perch can also play a role in the success of fishing. Each reservoir and fish in it can have their own tastes, but there are some general recommendations that work almost always.

Silver Mormyshka   will work best on cloudy days when visibility in the water deteriorates.

Dimmer and darker bait colors   work better on sunny winter days: black, green, gray, yellow, etc.

Each reservoir needs to be researched and tested in practice to find the most catchy color of the jig on the perch.

As for the form, here, too, you need to experimentally pick up the mormyshka, which will like the perch. It is only necessary to take into account the period of winter and the depth of fishing, in order to more correctly choose the size of the jig.

Catching perch in the winter in the mormyshka in the deaf zone will be successful in small mormyshki - pellets, oatmeal, cloves. The same rule applies to fishing in shallow water. At the same time you need to pick up gear as thin as possible.

On pervoledy and last ice the perch can well take on larger mormyshk, it is possible to use the same devil or a goat. During these periods, the probability of biting a large perch increases significantly.

Tackle for catching a perch on a mormyshka

Udilnik.   The most important requirement for udilniku is ease, convenience and non-freezing handle. That is, udilnik should be light and sit comfortably in your hand. And since it will work in the winter in constant contact with water, there should be no metal parts on the handle. Optimally, if the handle is from some kind of foam or foam rubber, then even with bare hands it will be comfortable to take it in a minus temperature.

It is advisable to have several winter fishing rods, each of which will nod from which will be designed for a different weight of the jig. If you have 2 fishing rods, then you can easily change from the lightest mormyshk to heavier ones. Although, now in stores there are winter fishing rods and nods towards them with the ability to adjust sensitivity.

Fishing line   If udilnik and nod pick is quite simple, because mostly in stores selling standard options that do an excellent job with their task, and the rest is a matter of taste and personal preferences. That line must really be chosen correctly.

Fishing line for catching perch in the winter on the mormyshka should be in the range of 0.08-0.12 mm. You should not use a thicker fishing line, otherwise the game mormyshki lose its appeal to the perch and the number of poklevok drastically reduced. My personal recommendation is a 0.08 mm fishing line from a trusted manufacturer. Such a fishing line will not adversely affect the game of bait and scare the perch, and its strength is quite enough to pull even a very solid perch on the ice.

Perch search in winter

The outcome of fishing often depends on the successful choice of fishing place. In general, perch fishing is a constant search for fish. In this case, we will need a certain tactic, now let's talk about it in more detail.

First of all, you need to consider promising places on the reservoir. The echo sounder can help a lot with this, but not every angler has this device. So, first of all you need to find such places:

  • a crowd of fishermen (fishermen often gather in groups exactly where they bite well);
  • thickets of reeds (especially attention should be paid to the so-called windows, vegetation-free zones and depressions in the reed);
  • drops in depths (if you find a hole, the perch is usually kept at the exit from it, so look for the place where the hole ends and catch it);
  • indentations in shallow water;
  • often the perch pecks in shallow water, where the depth is only 20 cm (since perch does not lead to all reservoirs, but you can often meet anglers near the shore, successfully catching minke whales. Usually, if it takes a perch on such a shoal, it takes very well).

When you have found a suitable place in your opinion, start drilling holes. You need to drill at least 8-10 holes before you begin fishing. The holes are drilled in a staggered manner, from the coast to the middle of the reservoir, the distance between the holes is 4-8 meters (usually about 6 meters). We feed each drilled hole with a small zhmeny of fodder moth.

When the holes are drilled, proceed to fishing. Go back to the first hole drilled and fish it. Make up to 8 postings and, if there are no pokёvok, go to the next hole. When the perch is found and biting has begun in one of the holes, catch until the bites have stopped. If there are no bites within 10 minutes, feed this hole again and move on to the next one, in order to return again.

The perch is a schooling fish and is constantly in search of food, so waiting for it in one place is unprofitable - it may not go there. If you actively look for him, then success is much easier.

Note to a newbie! Leave all your equipment at the first hole, taking with you only the drill and bloodworms for bait. Boer leave right in the last hole, then it will be easier to navigate how far it is.

If there was no bow in any of the holes, then either you are doing something wrong, or the bait is not the same, or there is no perch here. If you have tried different baits and wiring, then it is optimal to change tactics and, if you caught at depth, go closer to the shore (and vice versa).

Very rich in perch areas of the reservoir:

  • the presence of snags, flooded tree or branches at the bottom;
  • depth differences, relief bottom;
  • soil rock change - shell, stones at the bottom, sandy area in the middle of silt.

Any terrain anomalies attract perch, especially if they constitute a kind of shelter. A submerged boat or drowned snake - all this is a promising place for catching perch on the boat.

Mormyshka game for perch fishing

It is very important to choose the correct wiring. Sometimes the perch responds better to the languid play of the jig, and sometimes to the active one, and even aggressive. Any wiring starts by lowering the mormyshka to the bottom.

Try several variations: just touch the bottom and start the game; 3-5 mormyskoy hit the bottom, and then start the game. Very often the perch grabs the jig after it hits the bottom, apparently because it reminds him of a bug that swarms in the mud.

And sometimes, on the contrary, the perch bites better at the mormyshka, which hardly touches the ground.

Here are some effective posting methods:

  1. You lower the mormyshk to the bottom (with or without tapping, you can try different variants) and start lifting the mormyshk from the bottom with slight fluctuations. The height of the climb can be adjusted - try and 5 cm, and 20 cm. But, at the top point, be sure to pause for 1-3 seconds. It is during pauses and wait for a bite.
  2. After the mormyshka was at the bottom, with sharp jerks, with a large amplitude (about 20 cm) you play with the mormishka several times, followed by a pause. Small fluctuations return mormyshku to the bottom. Repeat the wiring about 6 times, if not working, change.
  3. Fluctuations mormyshki on one level. Try different depths - at the very bottom, at the level of 5 cm, 10 cm, 20 cm. Oscillations are carried out by tapping a finger on the whip.
  4. Just a uniform lift mormyshki 20-30 cm from the bottom and return to the opposite point. At the top and bottom level - necessarily pause.

Catching a perch on a mormyshka in the winter will be quite simple for you if you carefully read this article and understand the basics of this catching ... Good luck in catching perch on the mormyshka and neither you nor the scales!

Perch is one of the most popular catches of fishermen in the winter on rivers and lakes in Russia. It is unpretentious and suffices, under certain conditions, everything that is “dipped” in water.

It is a lot of methods of its catching, catch of a perch on a mormyshka belongs to the most widespread and catching. The abundance of their structures, forms allows you to experiment, finding the most suitable and catchable in a particular place and conditions.

The time of catching perch on mormyshku winter

Winter mormyshki perch

The most catchy and sought-after fish for catching perch in the winter mormyshki:

  • traditional, with a crocheted hook (“drop”, “pellet”, “ant”, “lentil”, “Ural”);
  • with pendant, movable hook ("devil", "jellyfish").

Each angler has his own preferences. Common are the requirements for the material (superiority to tungsten), to the presence in the arsenal of products of different colors, weight.

Mandatory requirement - the presence of a sharp, thin, well-sealed hook. The hole for the fishing line should be chamfered with machined edges. The latter is necessary to exclude quick rubbing.

The best products are those that have a small, flat surface above the body (“bald”). Its presence affects, and positively, the change in the game mormyshki in areas of recovery. For example, a sharp lift upward leads to movement of the nozzle slightly to the side, complicating its shape of movements. The latter contributes to the active attraction of fish, provokes it to attack the bait.

Which is better: traditional jigs   for fishing perch   or with a movable hook?

Ways of mormyshka

On the type of posting mormyshki affect the conditions of catching perch. The most universal - giving the nozzle the greatest possible frequency of oscillation. They can be from jitter to sweeping shaking. Specific is chosen experimentally during fishing. The main thing - do not be lazy and pick up.

For example, one of the catchable postings: high-frequency oscillation of the mormyshka with a small amplitude and a uniform rise with a small speed. Sometimes it all works when lowering the nozzle. Useful microscopes, mini pauses in the game nozzles. But too strong a frequency of oscillation often just scares the perch.

With a strongly active kleve, a simple quick lowering / lifting of the jib is sufficient to give it a small oscillation frequency with a large amplitude.

For frogs with good, wiring with short, sharp, rare twitches gives a good result.

If you adore winter fishing, then catching perch in the winter on the boat is sure to be part of your fishing program. After all, the perch is one of the most numerous and active representatives of the fish kingdom in the winter stage. It retains its activity throughout the year, but catching a perch from the ice is something else, significantly different from catching perch in open water. In order for perch fishing forever to end effectively, it is necessary to be able to select the right bait for perch. And as you know, it is possible to catch a perch from the ice successfully with the help of such attacks: In this article we will analyze the most catchy winter mormys on a perch for winter fishing. Mormyshki, folded in this article, were selected in a very strict order and only those that deserve the most positive feedback and received the most recommendations of anglers please list. Now you do not have to worry about the besklevye. If you have in the arsenal would like to part of the perch mormyshek listed below, then the catch is provided to you. And best of all, keep all these mormyshki in your fishing box and then you just will not be equal to the winter perch fishing. Mormyshki perch in the winter - a serious weapon of any angler. These mormyshki suitable for catching perch on the first ice, in the deaf and on the final ice.

The best winter mormyshki perch

Mormyshek for catching perch exists in our time a great many. And each angler has his favorite models. For a novice fisherman, for the development of muzzle fishing, you can use a no-pit muzzle.

The angler does not need to search for attachments, think about how to keep them, not only at home, but this is especially true when fishing, when frosts can reach -20 degrees or more.

TO the simplest catching of which is easiest for a beginner angler to master perch is Zeresena in photo 2. Over the years of fishing, it has perfectly established itself as a jigging copying game, very similar to a natural prototype. Perfect for learning the basics of winter fishing in ponds where perch live. The weight of this bait is usually from 0.5 to 0.7 grams. In many regions of the country, “Dreissena” is considered the best mormushka for catching perch in the winter, and this is not an exaggeration.

When fishing at depths from 2 to 5 meters, the optimal diameter of the fishing line is 0.10 mm. You can start catching this mormyshkoy with light tapping on the bottom. Then we give the bait small fluctuations with a simultaneous rise up. For this jig is not required to perform a high frequency of oscillation. Most often successful is a slow game with a frequency of oscillations of one to three per second. And with a good bite of perch, the whip of the udilnik is kept in a position parallel to the ice.

So it is more convenient and more efficient to achieve the maximum frequency of oscillation. After lifting a distance of about 60-100 cm from the ground, a pause of 1-3 seconds is made, after a pause it is advisable to make a control hook-up just in case, since the perch attacks the mormyshk at this time.

In specific conditions, it is necessary to calculate the optimal game, and in the absence of poklevki, you can gradually increase the frequency of oscillations with a simultaneous decrease in amplitude. The easiest way to do this is to lower the tip of the whip to an almost vertical position. And at the same time, the vibrations will be carried out more in the horizontal plane, and the shaking is given to the bait.

With a different method of posting "Dreissena" periodic stops are made and small pauses are made in 2-3 seconds - it is in the pauses and biting of a large perch occurs. It is not bad to perform the wiring with a sharp lowering of the lure from a height of 40-50 cm and stop the mormysh without reaching the bottom of the centimeter 2-3 with pauses and stops.

This method is great if the sliding glass bead moves along the bait during a sudden movement, it continues to provoke the perch to bite even during a pause. Often, biting a perch looks like an abrupt halt or a nod of a nod, less often there are unexpected strikes; they are just characteristic of medium and small perch. If you feel any failure of the nod, it is necessary to undercut it with lightning speed, since there is no natural bait on the hooks, and the perch can spit it out, feeling the snag.

In places with great depths and strong currents, you will need a jigger heavier, preferably from tungsten, the weight should be such that the jig can touch the bottom. In areas with a powerful current wiring should be performed with a small amplitude and high frequency of about 5 oscillations per second. On rivers with moderate currents, smooth play is more appropriate. "Dreissena" can be completed with beads.

Every fisherman has his own approach and preferences. But more often, a universal combination of white with red works well on perch, and the yellow tone in combination with black is also good. It is advisable to pick up beads lightweight, it can be made of plastic, the weight here is also designed to effectively stabilize the play of the jig.

The unforgettable “Uralka” mormysk (photo 3) is also good for a perch, especially during the hours of sluggish perch biting, when even a trifle and that “strikes”. If no wiring is successful, you can equip the bait with a small burdock or maggots. On each well, on average, up to five postings are made; if no bites have followed, then it is worth moving to the next.

The main purpose of the wiring is to achieve the minimum amplitude when performing the maximum oscillation frequency. Rises are made smooth and slow. On the holes, where there is a nibble, it is better to continue to catch the glue mormyshka, but without any attachment. In case this bite calms down on this bait, but without a nozzle, then you need to change the game, use the tapping of the jig one, increase the pauses, acceleration, change the frequency and amplitude of oscillations.

But this should be done not randomly, but systematically, trying to remember in which game should be the most bites, and to focus its attention on such a game. “Uralka” can be of different proportions and sizes, but for many anglers with considerable experience this is an absolute favorite. It is appreciated by fishermen for its versatility. Works great with or without nozzles.

It catches almost all fish, very much and perch. He is especially crazy if you draw an oval spot on the jig with white paint and a small red dot on it. It is made both from lead, and from tungsten. Weight can be lightweight from 0.3 grams, length from 2.5 mm. Hooks are most often No. 14. A good game is shown complete with a lavsan nod of 70 mm and soft fishing lines 0.08 - 0.1 mm.

Considered important by many anglers and the selection of combinations of beads for this winter mormyshki, especially for perch. They claim that often “Uralka” without beads does not catch at all. The classic combination is red with white. But a lot depends on the weather conditions and the conditions of the reservoir itself. Often, the combination of white with orange or white with yellow is often catchy, it brings good luck and the combination of white with black (and vice versa); the tandem beads of yellow tone with black are well suited. Praise winter roads and replanting one bead with a color "under the watermelon."

But still, on a particular pond, every angler selects under his “perch” both the wiring, and the dimensions, and the colors of the beads on the mormyshk.

The honors of wintering fishermen and the already well-known “Ant” little jig (photo 4). Now, in every fishing store, almost half of the range of all the proposed mormyshk is just "ants". What says first of all about their high demand among fishermen.

The shapes and sizes of this bait are various. But for the perch, the most common size is a mormyshka with a body length of 10-12 mm from the head to the end of the abdomen. The most catchy option is the model, where the deviation from the straight axis, in the working position is 45-50 degrees.

It can also be used with or without natural replanting. The most frequently put "ant" on the line 0.08 -0.1 mm. Like all windless hoops, it is advisable to equip the ant hook with cambric or beads. For the perch, the hook is most often equipped with a yellow or white cambric, which slides freely along the hook forearm. The color of the jig is often black, although anglers often catch the copper "ant".

Good luck in catching perch brings the speed of the game with a small amplitude of oscillations. But sometimes they catch and sweep, smoothly. For example, when in a strong wind a nod chats from side to side, they move to a slower, even lift, lowering the line at the edges of the hole, and even without any shaking, the perch is peeking well. Since when braking the line on the ice edge, the bait transmits its unusual game.

But since “ants” are all very different in form, weight, and even suspension method, a specific game for a particular “ant” should be sought by the selection method.

It is quite popular in winter fishing for perch and cobra mormyshka (photo 5). As the fishermen say: "The cobra is metal, and it bites the perch as if it were alive." It is somewhat reminiscent of a "goat", but with one crochet, and the belly of the cobra is usually ribbed. The colors of this jig are various brown, black, dark green, dark blue, etc.

For greater catchiness, some put a white or yellow speck at the base of the exit of the hook from the body of the bait, and in the middle of it they put a red dot. According to the fishermen, such a combination increases the number of large-sized perch bites by an order of magnitude. But there are also fishermen who think that it is better and easier to hang a bead on a hook.

On each fishing trip, one should try to find the best “shaking” for the capricious perch, because there is simply no one universal game for different fishing conditions. But at the same time, a small amplitude of oscillations with a high frequency most often works, here whoever can achieve what he catches. Metal nods are best suited, 10-15 cm long.

Usually they play so that the whip rod is at right angles to the main line, which goes into the hole. Some "shake" completely differently, holding the rod vertically, with a nod down, while working in circular motions. And such a kind of game often rescues perch in the periods of complete “perch calm”. Often, perch "cobras" are small - the main options are 5-7 mm long, rarely more.

At the time of deaf-weather, even smaller ones are used, with hook number 18. It has been observed that it is difficult to weed out small shoals from a decent perch at such a time, putting a larger cobra on the gear, you just have to drop the other mormysk to the inactive perch: light knocks on the bottom , lift a little, pause - and the perch immediately attacks.

More and more anglers wanting to catch good perches are used in winter fishing for the nymph mormyshka (photo 6). This lure is somewhat different from the usual look of most mormyshkas and set on a hook with a set of various plates and cambrets. Such a little unusual jig shows under water a rather original game.

Thanks to the hooks mounted on the hook, the mormyshka oscillates in such a way that its rear part is constantly in motion during the posting, and the hook remains in place and only “nods” a little. Often, “nymphs” for catching perch are equipped with yellow cambric and have their own black and yellow color, but other variants are often encountered.

Such a mormyshka should always hang strictly down, and not at an angle, like many other bait. It is desirable to choose a nod such that it can evenly bend under the weight of the "nymph" by about 25-30 degrees. The oscillation frequency of the nod lies in the range from 60 to 120 per minute.

Good for “nymph” wiring “herringbone”. The rod is tilted at an angle of 30-35 degrees - the nod at this is fully bent down, then gently lifted with the least amount of vibrations (1-2 per second), and at the same time the line is mixed from one edge of the hole to the opposite edge, then back, and so do throughout the climb.

Experienced fishermen sit on the mormyshku not classic beads, and his invention. From a thin foam rubber, a needle from a medical dropper knocks out miniature cylinders, which are used as a hook on the hook. Such a replanting (slightly reminiscent of a burdock) easily withstands one or two fishing trips, and if the perch hits it, there is no problem, replace it with a new one.

To improve the bite, such “larvae” are impregnated with a crushed bloodworm and the effect is striking, the perch rushes at the jig after each other.

Effective mormyshkom for catching perch remains to many well-known "Bug" (photo 7). It is slightly different from many analogues - winter mormzhek. It is attached to the ring protruding at the top of the bait. There are a variety of colors, but for the perch is best suited to the dark color of the lower part, and a golden or copper top. The hooks on the perch "bug" are relatively small (No. 3 according to the Soviet numbering).

The hook itself protrudes slightly from the body of the mormyshka. Attachments on the hook are different, but most often not beads are used, but a small foam ball with a matchstick floor. But when fishing is not going well with foam plastic, they will try to catch larger and heavier mormyshkoy, although in most cases the fishermen prefer to put a small bait, 5-6 mm long, for the perch.

Here the main rule is to make the game small and fairly high-frequency. The amplitude of the oscillations may remain small, and the frequency should be about 3 oscillations per second. For such wiring, lavsan nods, 7-8 cm long, are the best suited, with them it is much easier to carry out an active game.

The lines most suitable for the “bug” are 0.08 mm, maximum 0.1 mm. With thicker fishing lines, a small snake, small in size, has already lost a lot in its game, and the perch is negative about this.
