  1. First, prepare the filling - grate the cheese, cut the tomato into pieces, mix crushed garlic and chopped herbs with mayonnaise.
    Pass the fish fillet through a meat grinder twice, add salt, seasoning and 1 egg. Mix well and divide into 5 round portions.
  2. We take two sheets of cellophane, put one portion of minced meat on one of them, and cover with another sheet on top. Using a knife, hand or rolling pin, smooth out the minced meat into a thin cake.
  3. In a deep plate, beat 5 eggs or you can beat each egg in a cup separately. Pour 1 beaten egg into a flat plate or from a common plate, the amount corresponding to it.
  4. Remove the cellophane layer and turn it over onto a plate with the egg minced side down. Remove the second cellophane.
  5. Place the minced meat and egg from the plate in a well-heated frying pan with a little oil. This is where the first damn thing was lumpy. The minced fish should slide off the plate onto the frying pan and it is very difficult to help it, because the minced fish is very tender and the cake tries to break. But somehow I got used to it. Fry on one side.
  6. Turn over and fry the other side, minced side down.
  7. Place the finished pancake on a plate with the egg down and the minced meat up. Grease with prepared mayonnaise, sprinkle with cheese and lay out tomatoes. Roll it carefully into a roll. I got carried away and forgot to take pictures of this process. Brizol is often filled with fresh and pickled cucumbers and fried mushrooms.
    Decorate the brizol with vegetables, ketchup, mayonnaise.

  1. So, to begin with, we thoroughly rinse the fillet under running water and cut it into two parts.

  3. First break one egg into a deep bowl and lightly beat it with a fork.
  4. Pour flour into a separate plate and roll the first piece of fillet in it.
  5. Then we dip it in the egg so that it is completely immersed in it.
  6. Transfer the fillet to a heated frying pan along with the remaining eggs.
  7. Fry the fillet over low heat on each side until golden brown, then transfer it to a plate.
  8. We also dip the second piece of fillet in flour and egg and fry it.

Ingredients:

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 2 tsp salt

Preparation:

Wash the tilapia and dry it with a paper towel. Cut into the thicker part of the fillet.

We unfold the fillet so that it becomes thinner and larger. You can lightly beat the fish through cling film, but I don’t do this.

Mix flour with salt. Dredge the fillet in flour on both sides.


Break 1 egg into a separate plate and beat with a fork until smooth. Dip the fillet in the egg on both sides.

Please note - one fillet and one egg, for the next fillet we take a new egg.

Heat a frying pan, pour a little sunflower oil. Carefully pour the egg straight from the fillet from the plate.

I draw your attention to the fact that the size of the frying pan should be approximately the same diameter as the tilapia fillet. I had a little more.

Fry for 2 minutes, turn over with a spatula to the other side and fry for another 2 minutes.

Repeat the procedure for the next fillet.
