I know a lot of big fans of brizoli, but for some reason it is very rarely prepared at home. I'll tell you how to cook brizol from fish, I just bought tilapia.

Ingredients:

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 2 tsp salt

Preparation:

Wash the tilapia and dry it with a paper towel. Cut into the thicker part of the fillet.

We unfold the fillet so that it becomes thinner and larger. You can lightly beat the fish through cling film, but I don’t do this.

Mix flour with salt. Dredge the fillet in flour on both sides.


Break 1 egg into a separate plate and beat with a fork until smooth. Dip the fillet in the egg on both sides.

Please note - one fillet and one egg, for the next fillet we take a new egg.

Heat a frying pan, pour a little sunflower oil. Carefully pour the egg straight from the fillet from the plate.

I draw your attention to the fact that the size of the frying pan should be approximately the same diameter as the tilapia fillet. I had a little more.

Fry for 2 minutes, turn over with a spatula to the other side and fry for another 2 minutes.

Repeat the procedure for the next fillet.

Today we invite you to cook a French dish with us. Brizol is not even the name of a dish, but rather a method of preparation. A kind of egg pancake with various fillings: meat, fish, mushroom, sausage, and so on. For our menu we chose brizol with fish.

To prepare we need

  • 4-5 pcs
  • 300 gr
  • 1 PC
  • 3-4 tbsp. l
  • 2 cloves
  • taste

To prepare

  1. When selecting products, it is very convenient to use ready-made sea fish fillets, but we had fresh frozen pollock on hand, which we have to thoroughly clean. We used medium-sized eggs (we also washed them thoroughly). We will process the onion and garlic cloves into minced meat, so we also don’t forget to peel them in advance.

  2. For minced fish, we will remove the skin and remove all the bones if possible. We will also need flour and (as mentioned above) onion and garlic.

  3. We will use a meat grinder and pass the resulting pollock fillet through it, and add onions and garlic there. Add one egg and flour to the fish mixture. Let's mix. Let's add some salt. The fish filling is ready.

  4. Break four eggs one at a time into a deep bowl. Using a whisk, mix them thoroughly into a homogeneous mass.

  5. Take a piece of cling film and spread it on a flat surface. Place about two tablespoons of minced fish in the middle. Cover the top with a piece of polyethylene that is exactly the same size. Using a rolling pin, carefully roll out the minced meat in all directions between two films - it should turn into a neat flat cake.

  6. We will place part of the egg mass on a flat plate. Let's try to carefully move the fish cake on top, freeing it from the film.

  7. It is very convenient to use a pancake pan with low sides. After we heated it over medium heat (of course, we didn’t forget about the vegetable oil and poured it into the frying pan in advance), carefully transfer the contents of our flat plate onto it. Fry until done.

  8. Roll the finished brizol into a tube. Serve this dish hot with vegetables and your favorite sauce.

And again we cook with seafood. This recipe should especially appeal to someone who doesn’t have an oven (those who need it, get it). This is a very tender and juicy dish that requires very little time and skill.

So, we take tilapia fillets or any other white fish, chicken eggs according to the number of fillets and flour for breading.

Prepare one serving. Stir the egg (but do not beat it) in a bowl.

Salt the fish and roll in flour

then dip it thoroughly in the egg

and together with the rest of the egg, place it in a frying pan with oil. Here our task is to ensure that the fillet is coated on all sides with egg - for this purpose you can use a fork - collect the egg around the fish.

Fry the brizol on both sides and serve with fresh vegetables and rice.

  1. First, prepare the filling - grate the cheese, cut the tomato into pieces, mix crushed garlic and chopped herbs with mayonnaise.
    Pass the fish fillet through a meat grinder twice, add salt, seasoning and 1 egg. Mix well and divide into 5 round portions.
  2. We take two sheets of cellophane, put one portion of minced meat on one of them, and cover with another sheet on top. Using a knife, hand or rolling pin, smooth out the minced meat into a thin cake.
  3. In a deep plate, beat 5 eggs or you can beat each egg in a cup separately. Pour 1 beaten egg into a flat plate or from a common plate, the amount corresponding to it.
  4. Remove the cellophane layer and turn it over onto a plate with the egg minced side down. Remove the second cellophane.
  5. Place the minced meat and egg from the plate in a well-heated frying pan with a little oil. This is where the first damn thing was lumpy. The minced fish should slide off the plate onto the frying pan and it is very difficult to help it, because the minced fish is very tender and the cake tries to break. But somehow I got used to it. Fry on one side.
  6. Turn over and fry the other side, minced side down.
  7. Place the finished pancake on a plate with the egg down and the minced meat up. Grease with prepared mayonnaise, sprinkle with cheese and lay out tomatoes. Roll it carefully into a roll. I got carried away and forgot to take pictures of this process. Brizol is often filled with fresh and pickled cucumbers and fried mushrooms.
    Decorate the brizol with vegetables, ketchup, mayonnaise.
