For example, if you approach two acquaintances and they turn to you only with their bodies, keeping the position of their feet, they are clearly not disposed towards you. Similarly, the toes of the interlocutor's shoes or boots turned away from you indicate that he wants to leave as soon as possible.

5. If you want to get an honest answer to a question, and the interlocutor shirks, pause, as qualified psychotherapists do. Be silent for a while, continuing to look into the eyes of the interlocutor. As a rule, a person becomes embarrassed and he seeks to fill a pause.

FIRST LEVEL. Working out dualities, techniques.

Solving problems and going beyond the duality mind

First level goals:
1. Give a person simple and effective techniques for independent work.
2. Teach how to use them to solve psychological problems.
3. Lead to some understanding of the dual (dual) structure of the human mind.
4. Get a good result of applying the techniques, removing at least the acuteness of their main problems.
5. Improve the ability to take as is.

Theory: Dualities

Duality (duality, dichotomy)is a pair of opposites (polarities, poles) in the human mind. For example, good and evil, love and hate, good and bad. There are a huge number of dualities, and each has its own set. There are more general and abstract ones, like those that I have listed (they are relevant for most people), and more individual, specific ones, which are very relevant for one, and do not matter at all for another.

All dualities exist solely in the human mind. One pole of duality (polarity) is opposite to the other (complements it, balances it) - but only in the human mind.

The whole mind (including the subconscious) is built on the basis of dualities. Every concept in the human mind has its opposite. Often this is expressed simply by negation. For example, “buy a newspaper - do not buy a newspaper”, “get married - do not get married”, “hot - not hot”. The last duality demonstrates that a particular concept can have several opposite poles, polarities. That is, “hot” already has two opposites: “not hot” and “cold”. Someone will agree with this, someone will not - because everyone has their own set of dualities with which a person has agreed in the process of life.

It should be understood that if any duality is real or relevant for you, then this is because you once created it yourself, or agreed with it (agreed that it takes place). To accept duality is to create it for yourself. It is also your creation, even if you were forced or persuaded to create it. Therefore, never forget that the creator of dualities is yourself. This will speed up the work. When you process duality, you go beyond the duality mind.

Everything that exists in the mind (and subconscious) is held there solely by the existence of dualities. Dualities are the foundation on which experience is layered. This is how the mind works (hereinafter, by the word mind, I will also mean the subconscious, because it is also built on dualities).

By working with the extreme points of duality (with polarities), you affect all the material in between! This is the most efficient. Less effective (but justified in some cases) is to work with single episodes from life.

Actual dualities

An actual duality is a duality that worries or interests you.People don't usually see this as a duality because a person is usually only interested in one pole of the duality. For example, a person wants to become free (from something) and, accordingly, the polarity “to be free” is relevant for him. He understands it. But he does not see the reverse side of the duality (which he creates unconsciously) - "to be not free." After all, in order to move towards freedom, you need a pole, from which, in fact, you need to move. It is created automatically (subconsciously); and the more a person wants freedom, the more he makes himself (subconsciously) unfree. Otherwise, he could not move to the opposite pole. The charge (voltage, negative) between the poles grows, and the influence of duality on the consciousness intensifies, suppressing common sense, from which a person subsequently suffers. (By the way, various religions, organizations, sects, etc. profit from this.) Thus, in this example, the duality “to be free - to be not free” is actual for a person.

Both poles must be worked out.Working with just one pole is less efficient because you don't touch both extreme points that hold everything together. The raw pole holds its opposite.

You cannot remove just one pole and leave the other, because they hold each other. Therefore, while working on one polarity, work on the opposite as well. This is the principle of working through dualities.

In the above techniques, work with the poles is carried out, as a rule, in turn: 1,2,1,2, etc. Such work with the poles gives a stronger effect than the study of the poles separately. This is due to the fact that you constantly change points of study (your position), and do not dive into one thing. This gives more space to see the situation, and going beyond the mind is faster.

When the material that was between the polarities is erased (discharged), the duality disappears. It ceases to be important to you. At the level of understanding, both poles, of course, remain, and analytically you can distinguish one from the other, but now there is no material that was between the poles and negatively influenced you. This is the expected end result of polarity work (described in more detail below).

The difficulty is that all dualities are interconnected (associated) with each other. This delays the processing of a particular duality because "nearby" dualities will be activated. But in the end, it's not a big deal, as those nearby also release some charge (negative, tension) and will be easier to work with in the future.

So the beginning of working with dualities can be a little unpleasant and long - a lot of different material will come up that is not very related to the duality being worked out. These can be unpleasant emotions, thoughts, pictures, whole episodes of life, etc. This is to be expected and no one says it will always be easy. And in order to finally go beyond the duality mind, you will need to go through all this.

I repeat. When working with dualities, unpleasant material of any kind should be expected to come up.Once in the area of ​​your consciousness, it is discharged (erased, disappears) and ceases to influence you, either explicitly or implicitly. The effect of releasing it all is cumulative, and the further you go, the easier it will be. The initial stage is the most difficult. At the first level, many people will be eliminated - lazy or those who are afraid of difficulties; they will find a simpler but less effective practice. Well, that's the way it should be. This path is not for everyone.

Yawning, drowsiness, clouding of consciousness are signs of the release of negative material to the conscious level.The material itself is not always recognized as specific cases from the past, but this is not required. There may be simple sensations, such as heaviness or discomfort in the body, there may be unpleasant emotions, thoughts, etc.

There will also be pleasant sensations that usually occur at the end of working through a particular duality. They may or may not last a long time. It depends on various factors.

Expected Result

Expected result from the study of duality -you no longer feel any tension when you consider duality, any of its poles.There is peace, ease and relaxation. Ideally, you can keep your attention on both poles at the same time, without discomfort or preference at the moment for any of them (however, this is not always the case at first). Often, but not always, laughter arises at the end of the working through of duality (as one of the indicators of the discharge of negativity). There may be various other pleasant sensations and emotions, such as joy, a surge of energy, a feeling of release, emptiness (where a problem was previously felt), a comfortable neutral state, a "zero point" state, etc. There may also be a new understanding of the situation or a solution to the problem. After achieving the expected result, you should finish the work with the developed duality.

Rule: ALWAYS WORK WITH ACTUAL DUALITIES ONLY!

How to find your actual dualities.All you have to do is answer some questions like:
- what is important to me?
- what do I want?
- what am I afraid of?
- what worries me?
What do I want to change in my life?
- what do I think of myself?
- what do I think of others? (about any person or groups, organizations, etc.)
What do I think about my own life? (and other people's lives, if that matters to you)
- what do I think about the past?
Etc.
In these questions, the word “think” can be replaced by the word “feel” or “attitude”.

By answering a specific question, you will find one pole. The other, the opposite (opposing), will have to be chosen in order to get the whole duality. Both poles of duality must be relevant, they must "cling", cause a reaction! Any kind of NOT-acceptance as it is can be called a reaction.

An example of finding duality.Suppose, to the question “what do I want?”, I find the answer “to have my own business”. Thus, "I want to have my own business" is half of my current duality. Now we need to find the other half, opposite, opposing. Often it is formed by negation, with the help of the “not” particle. As a result, I get a ready-made duality "I want to have my own business - I don't want to have my own business." Before putting it into operation, you need to make sure that the duality is formulated in the most correct way. Perhaps it would be more correct to say: "I intend to have my own business - I intend not to have my own business", or like this: "I should start my own business - I should not start my own business." Semantic shades are different, so you need to choose the most appropriate. Make sure that the second pole is absolutely opposite to the first. "I want to have my own business - I don't really want to have my own business" - this is the wrong wording, because. the second pole is not completely opposite (it is somewhere between the extreme points). An incorrectly formulated duality will yield fewer results, or none at all.

Everything that is relevant to you can be formulated in the form of two polarities and worked out.

By answering the above questions, you will find many of your beliefs. Any belief or judgment has its opposite, forming a duality, and is processed like any other duality. You cannot completely deal with a belief without touching its opposite.

Preparing to Use the Techniques: List of Dualities

So, after answering your questions and writing a list of your dualities (highly recommended), choose what is most relevant (concerns or interests) and start working with it. Over time, the list will be replenished with new dualities, and the old ones, worked out, will be deleted. Choose the most relevant duality each time and work with it.

In itself, compiling and adding to the list has a therapeutic effect, as it allows you to see the picture as a set of dualities, and not separate poles. You will immediately feel the difference and it will be beneficial. Also, this list will remain in your mind; and in life, when you deal with any pole from the list, you will also see the opposite pole, which will keep you from plunging (introversion) into one of the polarities a little.

To find your actual dualities, you can use ready-made lists of dualities that are available in various practices. Sometimes this is useful. However, remember that you need to work only with what is relevant to you, and not with everything in a row. There is no point in working through someone's endless lists of dualities, and even more so in the sequence, as supposedly "should be". All people are different, and there is simply no single correct list. More about actual dualities.

Practice: Duality Processing Techniques

Before you start using duality processing techniques, read the materials on the site, especially the rules on the page Warning and the article "Accepted AS IS".

And here I will give a couple of effective techniques (exercises, processes), successfully tested on myself and others. They are enough for the purposes of the first level. These techniques are fully adapted for independent use, and relatively quickly take consciousness beyond the duality of the mind - at least in relation to the problem being worked on.

To work through each duality, you will need to choose the most appropriate technique. If it seems to you that a particular duality can be worked through by any technique, choose any. Each technique has its pros and cons. Understand.

POLES SIMULATION

The essence of the technique is to alternately create and hold the attention of the poles.
1. Create the idea that ________ (pole 1) and hold it.
2. Create an idea that ________ (pole 2) and hold onto it.

"Create an idea" means to make that idea exist or to think that thought. It is advisable to hold it for at least a few seconds, which at first can be a very difficult task - since material from the past will come up, connected in some way with the held pole. By the end of the study of duality, it will become easy to hold the poles, without unpleasant sensations - nothing disturbing will come up.

While holding the idea, try to feel it as much as possible!
We do alternately 1, 2, 1, 2, 1, 2, etc., accepting AS IS any rubbish that falls out of the mind, and continue to the final result.

This is a very simple technique for working out polarities, but at the same time quite powerful. In my practice, I have used it often, and always with good results. For most dualities, it fits perfectly.

Duality examples:
1. Create the idea that you are the cause of everything in your life.
2. Create the idea that you are the effect of everything in your life.

Or:
1. Create the idea that you are special.
2. Create the idea that you are the same as everyone else.

Or:
1. Create the idea that there is a destiny.
2. Create the idea that there is no destiny.

Etc.

Note. When creating an idea, try to endow it with absolute certainty, as much as possible for you - this is more effective. That is, for example, if you create the thought “there is a destiny”, then let this thought sound confidently, without any doubts. Then just as confidently "there is no fate."

You work on the first pole, then the second, again the first, again the second, and so on until the final result.

SIMPLIFIED POLE MODELING

(For those who find it very difficult to do the above technique)

1. Create the idea that ________ (pole 1).
2. Create the idea that ________ (pole 2).

Just alternately 1, 2, 1, 2, 1, 2, etc. No need to hold on to an idea, no need to try to feel it. You create one thought, then immediately another, and so on until it becomes much easier.

Then you need to return to the original version and work with dualities properly.

POLES DESCRIPTION

To perform this technique, we take a sheet of paper, divide it in two with a vertical line. From above in the first column we write one pole, in the second another. We draw a horizontal line under them.

Below, under each pole, we describe it - as detailed as possible. It's like you're trying to explain to a child what each polarity means, what it means to you. How important, wonderful, grandiose, disgusting or undesirable, etc.

We draw another horizontal line under the description of the poles.

Further, under each pole, we write absolutely everything that you have connected with it: emotions, thoughts, plans, decisions, expectations, surprises, goals, successes, failures, experiences, people, awareness, etc. As a rule, at first the material pops up by itself, just take it and write. There is no need to filter anything, no one will read it.The challenge is to exhaust EVERYTHING related to each pole.

Try to fill both columns as evenly as possible. Do it until the end result. Having exhausted the material, the sheets can be destroyed.

Note. Not all dualities will be 100% “cleaned out” by these techniques, but they will clean out the negative well. Some of the dualities will have to be "finished off" by techniques of higher levels. SECOND LEVEL

paths of enlightenment

Short description:

Main second level technique is my own development, and at the moment (fortunately or unfortunately) I do not know more strong, deep And fast way of handling dualities. This is both good and bad.

Why is good - it is clear. And it’s bad because everything starts to happen pretty quickly, sometimes too much. It's like moving from a Moskvich to a Formula 1 car.

If you are not ready for such a speed of processing dualities (in a unit of time, whole mountains of mental rubbish will fall on you), then you will have to return to the first level enlightenment techniques.

Another point, even if you do not mind such an intensity of work, you will have to manage to rake up "heaps of garbage", and this skill and ability develops, in fact, at the first level. It's about the ability to accept AS IS.

In addition, second-level enlightenment techniques lead to more dramatic (quick) changes in well-being and life. The same analogy with a car applies here. This point should be considered in more detail.

Why do the most powerful enlightenment techniques sometimes fail to work? The answer is very simple. A person is not ready for such an intensity of changes - the state of mind, emotional state, physical, worldview, beliefs, etc. are changing. Everything is changing too fast. There are instant enlightenment techniques, but they do not work on an ordinary unprepared person. A person is not ready to change so quickly, and subconsciously does not allow changes to occur. There are simply no other reasons. That is why the first four levels are needed.

The dualities “I must change - I must not change”, “I must become better - I must become worse” and any similar current dualities I recommend working out at the first level.

On the other hand, do not try to get more from the first level than it can give. It is not intended to solve all problems: not all problems are successfully solved by duality processing. The first level should smooth out the sharp moments in your life and give you the skill of working with dualities, as well as the ability to work with emerging material - not resist it, but simply let it go (take it as it is).

When you can do it, get a good result and want to speed up your way - welcome to Level 2.

For basic enlightenment techniques of the second level, I give a list of dualities (relevant to almost all people), which are so familiar and therefore hidden from the ordinary view that their relevance is often not realized. Working through these dualities alone gives an effect that is simply unattainable in most existing practices! I guarantee this, and you yourself will appreciate the result.

At the second level, in addition to the main one, there are additional techniques, which in themselves are no less powerful. As you complete them, you will become more and more aware of yourself, your behavior, as well as the behavior of others. But most importantly, you will be able to relax more and accept yourself for who you are. You will also find the dual structure of the ego (mind), all these contradictions in itself, these oppositions, the splitting of the mind. And these phenomena will disappear!

Also additional techniques of the second level remove:

Subconscious reasons not to take care of yourself;

Barriers that prevent you from enjoying life and living in the moment now;

Problems, including in relationships with other people;

Bindings to the past (returning to the individual freedom, self-sufficiency and independence);

Undesirable character traits and other negative parts of yourself.

Why are all other levels paid?- ask sometimes. I will not list the answers, you can come up with them yourself in unlimited quantities. Speaking personally, ten years ago I was ready to shell out an amount much higher than the cost of all these levels, but no one offered me anything like that. Therefore, I had to look for all sorts of techniques myself, test them on myself and others, often be disappointed,look further and experiment a lot. My journey took about 10 years.

The result is such a collection of the best techniques in terms of efficiency, arranged in the optimal sequence. Now you can go all the way quite quickly: from several months to a year, subject to intensive work on yourself. Of course, the passage time depends on many factors, and the amount of accumulated negativity in a particular person, as well as the degree of selfishness, plays an important role in this.

Are all these techniques available on the Internet?- Not everyone. Some techniques of my authorship, and they are not found anywhere else. Many other techniques currently used in the levels have been modified as the originals proved to be less effective. But, nevertheless, on the Internet you can find a lot of good techniques. So, in essence, you have a choice: save money, or save effort and a few years of earthly time :)

This article is intended for those who have already reached the understanding that resentment by itself will not disappear anywhere if it is not worked out, and has matured to concrete work with resentment. So, we explain without “water” how to work out an insult.

The study of any psychological problem consists of two stages. The first is writing out the mental material associated with this problem, and the second is the use of one or another technique for processing the mental material, aimed at removing the emotional charge from this material. After the emotional charge has been neutralized, you will no longer react to this mental material, and as a result, you will stop its possible occurrence in the future. In addition, the elaboration of any mental material contributes to an increase in awareness in relation to one's psychological state, which only simplifies the elaboration process.

The mental stuff associated with resentment

First, let's talk about the kind of mental material associated with resentment that you will need to consider. The first category is your memories of episodes of your life in which resentment appeared. Some of the fattest episodes are your personal relationships, parting with a partner, quarrels, etc. Your task will be to write out - preferably in the form of a list - your memories, emotions associated with this episode, thoughts about these episodes, etc.

Take as an example the resentment associated with parting with a loved one. Your list might start something like this:

  • he cheated on me and it hurts me
  • Maybe I just got bored of him?
  • for sure he found himself another, and cheated on me
  • I tried to be the perfect girl for him - I catered to him in everything, and he ...
  • I expected so much from our relationship - love, happiness, but received only pain
  • I was advised by friends not to have business with her, but I did not listen - and who should be offended now?

The list that you get is the very mental material that you will then work through with the help of special equipment. If it’s hard for you to write about it, then start it - write “it’s hard for me to write about it”, “I don’t know where to start”. Already after 5-7 such sentences, the emotional block will disappear, and mental material will flow out of you. The main thing is to be honest with yourself and do not try to express it logically, do not bother about punctuation, and do not strive to write coherently and grammatically correctly - write out the material in the form in which it appears before you.

Once you've written down a few pages of resentment-related material in a personal relationship, move on to other relationships - relationships with parents or children, relationships at work/boss, etc. In the same way, write down all the material that flashes before you when you direct your attention to specific episodes in your life that caused offense. After you have written out this material, proceed to the next step.

Children's grievances

We have already mentioned the relationship with your parents - now you will need to turn your eyes to your childhood. Few people had a really happy childhood, most people's childhood memories contain deposits of negative material in the form of resentment, hatred, fears, anger, disappointment and other things.

Resentments from the past - and childhood in particular - largely determine your response today, so it is necessary to work out the resentment from childhood. Take school with its poor grades and punishments from your father, take gifts that you were not given (although they promised), take the attitude of your parents towards your brother or sister (if they are not the only child in the family) and go ahead - write out all your memories in the same way and emotions associated with negative episodes until you feel like there is nothing more to say.

Aspecting resentment

This is the most difficult part of the work, as it will require you not only to delve into your painful memories, but also to break down the mental material associated with resentment into aspects, that is, to consider the resentment from the point of view of various psychological concepts.

One such psychological concept is the "benefit" of mental material. Roughly speaking, every mental material that you have exists not only due to its emotional charge, but also due to the benefits that this mental material provides you. You may ask - what other benefits can I get from resentment ?? Very simply - people who often feel resentment like to be in the position of a victim - they use their resentment to relieve themselves of responsibility for their lives and blame circumstances for their misfortunes, instead of solving their problems. In addition, people can successfully find comfort and support among their friends by telling them about their episodes of resentment. That is, no matter how absurd it may sound, resentment can improve your communication with your friends - which is not a benefit ...

There are many such concepts, and therefore this part of the work is quite difficult - you may not have enough knowledge in psychology and you may simply not know what to start from (perhaps that is why you got to this page). Secondly, we will go a little ahead and say that by studying using a special technique for working out mental material, which we recommend below, you yourself will figure out in a couple of months what aspects you need to break down any mental material, and you will be able to successfully do it yourself no worse any psychologist! Now let's move on to the technique itself.

How to work through resentment - Technique for working out the mental material

This technique is called Turbo Gopher. It represents a high-speed system of total processing of all mental garbage that you managed to accumulate in yourself during your conscious and unconscious life. It differs from other techniques in its unique approach to processing, which consists in batch processing of material, which allows loading a huge amount of material into one protocol for processing and instructing the subconscious mind to process this material in accordance with a certain algorithm.

It should be noted right away that the material that was written out after doing all the above actions will not be enough for a total study of the offense. Because resentment is so intertwined with other emotions, you will need to process those as well.

Let's explain what is meant. Resentment is closely intertwined with many things, such as jealousy (in the case of personal relationships).
