    For the roll we will prepare:

    • 500 g fillet and 500 g beef;
    • 4 chicken eggs;
    • egg white - 1 pc;
    • onions - 2 medium heads;
    • black pepper, salt, herbs - to taste.

    First of all, boil three eggs and cool in cold water: they must be perfectly cleaned for a beautiful cut of the future roll and the integrity of its structure. We twist the meat in a meat grinder, add beaten egg white, carefully beat off. Achieving a dense consistency is simple: we take lumps of minced meat and sharply throw them on the bottom of the container, and we do this with the whole amount of meat.
