The whole truth about Zemfira: why she lives in an empty apartment and for whom she cooks cheesecakes. Singer Zemfira: biography of a unique artist Zemfira city of birth |
The singer is dating a man and went on a protein diet The singer is dating a man and went on a protein diet The other day, the Express Gazeta paparazzi photographed Zema leaving a cool cafe in the capital. The singer was with a guy in the establishment. The couple behaved relaxed and playful - as if this was not their first date. We are sincerely glad that Zemfira RAMAZANOVA has finally put things in order in her personal life.
To the capital's cafe "Fresco" Zemfira Ramazanova and her companion arrived in the star's BMW. They did not reserve a table in advance, but the staff, recognizing the famous singer, immediately provided them with best places. The cafe was not chosen by chance - it is the most fashionable establishment in the Frunzenskaya embankment area, where Ramazanova lives. It happens regularly in local eateries and shops. I immediately remember scandalous story, when Zema insulted an employee of the Dixie grocery store, where the singer continues to shop as if nothing had happened. She also prefers nearby hairdressers when she needs to get her hair done before concerts, and other service services. Sea reptilesZemfira seemed to know the “Fresco” menu by heart, so she immediately ordered seafood soup, baked sea bass (she chose the fish from a display case where seafood delicacies brought from all over the world were displayed in ice) and Pu-erh tea. The guy studied the menu for a long time and eventually chose tongue salad, veal medallion in Parma ham with porcini mushroom sauce and a cup of espresso. In total, the couple paid about four thousand rubles on the bill. The young man paid. In general, it was interesting to observe their relationship from the outside. The guy very touchingly stroked the 35-year-old singer’s hand, entertained him with jokes, she, in turn, kissed him on the lips a couple of times, pulled the sleeve of his sweater and coquettishly showed photos on her phone. Restaurant workers say that during the meal Zema sang an ode to seafood and a protein diet. When the waiter offered the couple a drink, Zemfira refused even a glass of wine! We managed to find out that the protein diet and abstinence from alcohol in Zema’s life are not accidental. Thanks to a specific diet, Ramazanova, who had recently lost a lot of weight, has now gained noticeable weight. It turned out that the singer strives in every way to become a mother. Donor or husband?Following the example of my colleague and friend Diana Arbenina, the lead singer of the Night Snipers group, who recently gave birth to twins, Zema decided not to delay motherhood. The singer will turn 36 in August, so the best birthday present would be a positive pregnancy test. By the way, in 2005 and 2009 the media already wrote about Zemfira’s interesting situation (it was even indicated that the singer was trying to get pregnant through IVF), but in both cases something did not work out. Over the past few years, the singer’s name has been associated only with the name of the eccentric Renata Litvinova. And as you know, aspen trees will not produce oranges. Therefore, a man is needed. By the way, the same Arbenina assures that she gave birth not from a sperm donor, but from a real man, but for some reason she has not yet presented him to the public. So Zema, apparently, decided to find the only one who is capable of becoming the father of her child. After the meal, the couple did not linger in the cafe; while talking, they went out into the street, got into Zemfira’s car and sped off into the evening Moscow. And the most important thing. We have identified Zemfira's companion! This handsome young man - Andrey Gagauz, musician from Donetsk, now living in Moscow. Plays bass guitar in the bands Underwood and The Maneken. What connects Zemfira and Andrei Gagauz, I have no right to reveal, because this is their personal business,” the press attache of “The Maneken” told Express Gazeta. Denis Kozlovsky. - I think that Zemfira’s favorite drummer introduced him to Zema Dan Marinkin, and maybe the former guitarist of her band Roots. Gagauz and Zemfira have many mutual friends. She is the face of youth music of the late 90s and the standard of a new style. A singer who quickly burst into the world of Russian music and became the idol of millions. It is with her name that the birth of “female rock” in Russia is associated. She still does not allow the media and people who are eager to know at least something about her orientation and connections into her personal life. All this is about the singer, the outstanding musician Zemfira, whose biography is filled with a rocker mood of protest, seriousness and not at all rocker-like subtle female feelings, resulting in songs that have not lost popularity for more than 17 years. Zemfira still attracts huge audiences; she is interesting to her fans, who unconditionally accept their idol without a modern, fashionable appearance or details of her personal life. She is who she is: alive, sincere and feeling. The beginning of the wayThe future rock star Zemfira Ramazanova was born in the capital of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the city of Ufa, at the end of August 1976 into a family that had nothing to do with music. Her father was a historian, and her mother was a specialist in physical therapy. In addition to her, there was another child growing up in the family - son Ramil, with whom Zemfira was very close. It was her brother who instilled in her a love of rock; they listened to the bands Queen and Black Sabbath together. In addition, as a child, the girl loved to listen to the songs of Viktor Tsoi, whose work influenced Zemfira’s development as a singer. The singer’s nationality is not Bashkir, as many people think, but Tatar. At school, Zemfira was an excellent student. Studying came easily to her. That is why the girl had plenty of free time and hobbies. Except secondary school she also studied at music school in the piano department and sang in the choir. The girl also had achievements in sports, as at school she loved to play basketball. Despite her short stature, she became the captain of the Russian junior team. However, when the time came to choose what to connect her destiny with after graduating from school, Zemfira decided to plunge headlong into music. And she entered the Ufa Music College in the pop vocal department. Of course, like most students, the girl worked part-time during her studies. Her main source of income was performances in restaurants, where Zemfira did not sing, but played the piano, and her friend Vlad Kolchin accompanied him on the saxophone. In addition, the girl worked for some time in her hometown at radio Europe Plus, where she voiced commercials and was a sound engineer. Her first songs were written during that period. A work colleague helped her record her first demo disc, who encouraged the singer to create a group. This is how the Zemfira group appeared. The tracks recorded in the mid-90s “blew up” the youth of Bashkiria. They not only began to sing about Zemfira, but they also began to write about her. Many local newspapers wanted to interview the young musician, whose songs captured the youth. And a year later, Zemfira decides to leave to conquer Moscow. Path to the topZemfira conveyed her first works through familiar journalists personally to the lead singer of the Mumiy Troll group Ilya Lagutenko, who was delighted with the young, few famous musician. And soon, thanks to Ilya and the producer of his group, Zemfira’s debut album of the same name was recorded. This happened in 1998. And two months later, her songs were in rotation on many radio stations. The first video was shot at the same time. Thus, the country has a new idol with a female face. And six months later, Zemfira went on her first tour of the CIS countries. True, the singer did not want to reveal her soul to journalists even then. She conveyed all her feelings exclusively through music and symbolic objects at concerts: a daisy, a guitar, a butterfly. A year after the presentation of the first album, the second, “Forgive me, my love,” is released. The girl once admitted that it is especially difficult for her to give names to her songs, which is why it often turns out that tracks have two names. Songs from this disc again topped the country's charts, and some became film soundtracks. At the end of 2000, singer Zemfira, after another concert in Yakutsk, was accused of riots that occurred in the city square. So many people gathered to look at the idol that a stampede began, as a result of which many people were injured. The singer was accused of this incident, but Zemfira said that the organizers should be blamed. After this, Zemfira disappeared from the stage for some time and did not contact anyone, including the press. In the same year, the singer received her first prize in her native republic of Bashkiria for her significant contribution to art. However, by 2002 the singer returned again with a “bomb”. The third album, entitled “14 Weeks of Silence,” was released, which sold a record number of copies – more than a million copies. Zemfira has seven albums in total:
Personal lifeAs already mentioned, Zemfira does not let strangers into her life. Therefore, little is known about her relationships with men. However, some facts did leak to the media. Her first love was a musician, with whom the girl was still in student years performed in restaurants. However, their relationship cannot be called romantic - rather, there was passion between the young people. Would Zemfira and Vlad have brought their union to marriage? No one knows this. The reason for their separation was the guy’s departure to St. Petersburg. This may seem strange, but the rock singer was also associated with Roman Abramovich. Rumor has it that the oligarch was the sponsor of the then aspiring singer. Whether this is true or not is not known for sure. Renata Litvinova is of great importance in Zemfira’s life. Although the girls claim that they are just friends, their frequent appearances together give the media a reason to talk about more. There is a rumor that Renata and Zemfira secretly got engaged in Sweden. Despite her age of 41, Zemfira has no children. 2009 became a tragic year for the singer’s family. The girl lost her father, who died of a heart attack. However, this was only the beginning; a year later her dear and beloved brother Ramil drowned. And in 2015, not recovering from the loss of her husband and son, Zemfira’s mother died. Since then, the singer herself has been trying to take care of her twin nephews left after death sibling. Together with them, the singer created music project"Uchpochmak." Today Zemfira does not like to appear on television and tells practically nothing about herself to the press. She places the main emphasis on her lyrics and music. Her wardrobe contains only black and white clothes and a permanent short haircut, symbolizing minimalism, seriousness and steadfastness. Author: Anastasia Kaykova Now, probably, there is no person in the country who would not listen to the singer, composer and poetess Zemfira. Many are interested in her personal life. Brave, daring, more like a guy than a feminine girl, she became the creator and personification of a new trend in music called “female rock.” Her songs are like herself: free, bold and daring. Her life will be discussed in the article. Zemfira Ramazanova is one of those people who hides her personal life. Her biography began in 1976 in Ufa. The girl was born into a Tatar-Bashkir family. Her parents are intellectuals. My father taught history at school, and my mother was a therapeutic gymnastics coach. Zemfira had an older brother, with whom they were very friendly. The girl started studying music early. At the age of five she already attended music school and was a soloist in a children's choir. Once she even appeared on local television. At the age of seven, the future celebrity composed her first song. During her school years, the girl was fond of the works of Viktor Tsoi and Thom Yorke. This significantly influenced her further development as a musician. The future singer learned to play the guitar and performed songs by the Kino group right on the street. Along with music, Zemfira was fond of basketball. She was the team leader, despite the fact that she was shorter than the other girls. This passion for sports was so strong that after graduating from school, the girl chose her future path between music and sports. Music won! Zemfira entered the music school in the pop and jazz department. She was accepted straight into the second year. While studying, the girl began to earn extra money, performing songs in Ufa restaurants. She was accompanied by a classmate on the saxophone.
The beginning of a creative careerAfter receiving a honors diploma from the College of Arts, Zemfira went to work as a sound engineer at the Europe Plus radio station. At the same time, she sings in the group “Spectrum Ace” as the second vocalist. At night, Zemfira composed her songs and recorded them on the computer. In her personal words, she went to a friend in Moscow and took her songs recorded on CDR. Here for the first time in her life she showed her songs. In the capital, she ended up at the Fili recording studio. But they refused her, saying that they only accepted cassettes. Zemfira left, but left the notes with her friend. A few days later, her friend showed the recordings to the producer of the Mumiy Troll group. He liked Zemfira’s songs so much that he called her in Ufa. I had to go back to Moscow. The singer arrived in the capital with her newly formed group. How she collected it is a different story. They rehearsed in the building of a teenage club (Zemfira persuaded the director). The only thing missing in the group was a lead guitarist. It was Yuri Tsaler from Mumiy Troll. Producer Leonid Burlakov gives the aspiring talented singer to record her first disc, which was called “Zemfira”. In her personal words: “I have so much music in my head that there’s nowhere to go!” The singer's first disc was released in 1999. The only song not included in this album is “Don’t Let Go!” It will be included in the second album. It was a real success in creative biography singers! Video clips were shot for many songs. Rise of popularitySoon after this, the newly formed group went on tour. The concerts were completely sold out! Zemfira was simply covered by a wave of sudden popularity. On March 24, 1999, the singer gave a press conference at a Moscow club. Moreover, she answered questions only in Bashkir. The audience immediately fell in love with the unusual, strange star. In May, the presentation of the group's album took place. There was grass scattered on the stage. The singer herself wove a daisy into her hair and used it to tell fortunes during the song “Daisies.” It was unexpected and amazing! In December of the same year, the group began preparing to record a second disc. The singer admitted that song titles were always difficult for her. It's like naming a child! At the beginning of the new year, stunning news swept across the country. Zemfira and her group won in the OM magazine categories: “Best Performer of the Year”, “Brawler of the Year”, “Breakthrough of the Year” and “Album of the Year”. In March, the group's second album, “Forgive Me, My Love,” premiered. He still had greater success. The singer gave a big solo concert, which was also sold out. Her song “Iskala” was performed in the new film “Brother 2”. But popularity tired the singer more than it pleased her. Therefore, she took a short vacation, taking part in only one project dedicated to Viktor Tsoi. There she performed his song “Cuckoo”. Glory was not without victims and sad incidents. During one of her concerts, a tragic incident occurred. People were injured as a result of a stampede at the stadium where the singer performed. The authorities and police blamed Zemfira, but she did not understand what was her fault if more tickets were sold than the stadium could accommodate people. This tragedy greatly upset the singer. She said that fame prevents her from working normally. She would like to cancel her popularity, that there is no need to make a guru or idol out of her. This prevents her from working. The singer's creativityThe singer's creative style can be called rock or pop rock. Some have dubbed it "girl rock". In this style, recognizable different trends that existed in different time in music. This is Tsoi, and Susan Vega, and Alanis Morissette, and Bjork. Her singing is close to Aguzar's vocals. Sometimes you get the feeling when listening to her songs that they were recorded in the 80s. The singer owns many musical instruments, this makes it possible to diversify her performances. As for the lyrics of her songs, that’s a separate topic. It raises topical issues of the time. Therefore, they are relevant and find a wide response in the hearts of listeners. For example, sometimes the problems of teenagers are visible in songs (lack of money, desire for love and self-realization, etc.). Then the singer raises the topic of the terrible scourge of time - AIDS. The following conclusion suggests itself: sometimes you have to pay for love with illness and death. Unusuality, brightness, creativity, courage, audacity - these are the characteristics in a few words creative direction, created by the singer. It can’t be said that no one sang like that before. But something about her catches you, leads you into ecstasy, makes you think. Version 1 Zemfira was born in Ufa. Her mother is a doctor, her father is a history teacher. At the age of five she began studying piano at a music school. Under the influence of her older brother, she became interested in rock music, already in preschool age listening to Black Sabbath and Queen. At the age of seven she composed her first composition. At school I managed to study in seven clubs and sections at once, emphasizing Special attention on music and basketball. Possessing a purposeful character and sporting anger, Zemfira achieves considerable success and in 1990 became captain of the Russian girls' national team. By this time, her passion for rock music acquired an “applied” character. Right on the street she performs songs from “Kino”, “Aquarium”, “Nautilus” with a guitar. She sings not only in Ufa, but also in St. Petersburg, where she often goes to visit friends. Soon Zemfira is faced with a choice: rock music or basketball. Zemfira chooses music, enrolling in the Ufa College of Arts, from which she graduates with honors with a degree in pop vocalist. At the same time, she became interested in jazz, folk and blues. Since 1996, Zemfira has been working as a cameraman at the Ufa radio station "Europe Plus", and at night she records her first real songs in the studio: "Snow", "Forecaster", "Rockets". At the same time, she performs as a singer-keyboardist (in a duet with a saxophonist) in small nightclubs, performing soul, blues, reggae and "quality pop music". At the end of 97, she organized the group “3emfira”, with which she performed in front of an audience of thousands at the City Day celebration in Ufa. The composition is stabilized; Zemfira (vocals, guitar, percussion), Alexey Mirolyubov (keys), Vadim Solovyov (guitar), Rinat Akhmadiev (Bass), Sergey Sozinov (Drums). In the summer, the group records a promotional tape of 15 songs, which several Moscow producers are interested in at once. One of the tapes ends up with Ilya Lagutenko and Leonid Burlakov, who help Zemfira record her first record. This session of the Zemfira group takes place in October 1998 at Mosfilm. Sound engineer - Vladimir Ovchinnikov, art producer - Ilya Lagutenko, metaphysical producer - Leonid Burlakov." Guest musicians: Oleg Pungin (Drums), Yuri Tsaler (guitar, double bass in the song "Zemfira"). The album of the same name "Zemfira" is being brought to perfection in London in the winter of 1999. The final sound cosmetics are carried out within the walls of Beethoven Street Studio by sound engineer Chris Bandy, who recorded all the albums of the Mumiy Troll group. The radio single for the song "Speed" instantly becomes one of the main hits of the season, causing a storm of conflicting emotions among listeners. Zemfira's debut album was released on May 10, 1999 by Decade Music International with the support of Real Records. His presentation took place at the Moscow club "16 tons", which was attended by almost all the sharks of the domestic show business. On the same day, the premiere of the video clip for the song “Arivederchi” took place. During the summer, “Zemfira, who became the main discovery of the season, as they say, kept a pause. She ignored all the major rock events and festivals, performing only once in her native Ufa. It was during this concert that the third video “Why” was filmed, which will be released aired in August. In the summer, Zemfira concentrated all her attention on preparing her second album. “Out of forty compositions, I had to leave more than half overboard,” the singer admits. “And this problem of choice depressed me and put pressure on my consciousness.” In September, Zemfira, together with the musicians of her Ufa group, goes on a solo tour to the cities of Russia, Ukraine, the Baltic states and Belarus. Will an impulsive girl destroy guitars at concerts, break cameras, pour water on spectators and tear her T-shirt? On the eve of the tour, the 23-year-old singer is determined - although not without a touch of self-irony: “We will be performing concerts for about six months, and then, at the peak glory, let's retreat into ourselves... During these performances there will be no slides shown or any pyrotechnic excesses used. I have to get the audience going myself - warm it up, burn it and leave." Creation Zemfira is one of those few representatives of the fair sex on the modern pop scene who “made themselves.” It is clear that now a team of image makers is working on her, bringing her appearance closer to “European standards”; that to “mix” and “master” the group goes to London, where the best sound specialists work. But as far as the initial things are concerned - music, emotional depth, energy - Zemfira did not need any special “promotion”, only support. And for this self-sufficiency she is appreciated and loved by many thousands of fans across the country. “Zemfira, you proved that you don’t have to be smart and sleep with your daddy to achieve something.” Many of those girls who saw her on the first day of April on the stage of the Olimpiysky Sports Complex, who sang her songs with her, danced to her music - many, perhaps without realizing it, identified themselves with their idol. A native of the “city on the mountain” sung by Yu. Shevchuk, a graduate of the Ufa music school, Zemfira Ramazanova left her native “harbour” and, turning the clocks back exactly two hours, began to conquer space. The space of our hearts. She burst into our lives, and we were all stunned. Songs from her first self-titled album were played everywhere a person could set foot. They are still spinning. She left no one indifferent - even those who see in her another “caliph for an hour” with immensely inflated popularity. Teenagers and their parents, rock musicians and ordinary listeners of both sexes and a variety of professions - everyone you ask has their own opinion about it. From the branding “impudent” and “hooligan” to the jubilant: “Zemfira, you are the best!” Journalists are unanimous: “Yes, this is a talent of extraordinary strength and significance.” Dozens of interviews and articles have been published. There is a growing number of sites dedicated to it on the Internet. All details about the star’s life have already become available to the media. The details of her life in Ufa, her breakthrough in big stage with the help of Leonid Burlakov and Ilya Lagutenko, her friendship with Slava Petkun from “Dancing Minus”, her illness associated with hearing impairment, her often provocative behavior on stage and in everyday life... The public is interested in everything. Today Zemfira is an idol. We haven't had a cultural leader of this caliber for a long time. Perhaps from the moment the “old guard” of rockers began to retire. Zemfira's status is somewhat closer to the status of Viktor Tsoi, who also had the East with its special mentality behind him. Of course, you need to be careful in comparisons, and it’s difficult to call Zemfira a rock star, although in essence she is a real rock and roller. But, willingly or unwillingly, she took on the role of leader. Her audience is mostly younger than herself, and the greater the responsibility of the artist. They see her not just as a singer, but as something more, which makes her, forgetting about herself, write the Latin Z (Zemfira’s “sign-symbol”) on notebooks, fences and cheeks. Write poetry. Strive for a concert at the Olimpiyskiy, which did not attract such a crowd even at the venerable Depeche Mode. Almost praying for this “sign-symbol” flashing in a huge circle hanging above the stage. Walk through life with her songs, measure yourself by them. The songs are the main thing. Undoubtedly a strong voice, at first glance, not devoid of the influence of J. Aguzarova and D. O'Riordan, with a wide range, rich in nuances. Her signature vocal "baubles" coming from an open, "rock" type of intonation. In the manner of her writing one can feel good school, traditions established by academic education. These traditions do not lie on the surface, but are latently captured in everything: in the subtle use of classical and jazz harmony, which so strikingly distinguishes Zemfira from the modern “youth pop” with its notorious “three chords”; in compositional discoveries that allow one to avoid the annoying repetition of phrases and depressing “squareness”. In a variety of arrangements, in an unexpected mixture of stylistic components, covering a variety of layers musical culture: from bossa nova to grunge, from romance to new wave. The first impression from listening to her songs was freshness. It was as if a spring wind was blowing. And at the same time - familiarity, as if I had already heard this melody somewhere inside myself. And the poems seemed to float in the air, they seemed to be taken from ordinary life, with all her words (remember the same “comebacks”, with light hand Zemfira released into circulation). But I so wanted to listen and listen attentively to these phrases with dangling endings, to these lines playing with phonemes, rhythms and meanings. Get to the bottom of it. Everyone has their own. A college school, a restaurant school, a sports school - in everything Zemfira is a professional, not a self-taught genius. Zemfira has amazing command of her voice, and in “Olympic” she showed it in all its glory: in more than two hours, not only not a single wrong, dead note, but also not a shadow of fatigue. At this concert, the audience got their due in full. All songs from both albums - old and new - were performed, plus some unreleased ones. "Rockets" - twice. The speech consisted of three parts; During breaks, psychedelic “adventures” were broadcast into the hall from huge screens. Zemfira rushed around the stage, ran up to the drum kit to desperately hit the cymbal in “Snow”, with a practiced movement took an acoustic guitar from the hands of a concentrated technician, sang while lying on the floor, changed into a dress, then into a heavy leather raincoat, then into a blouse with large yellow daisies... The 100% “live” performance turned on the listeners. The band's musicians also showed themselves, playing two virtuoso instrumental compositions. The audience's delight knew no bounds when, at the very end, a real piano and string quartet appeared before their eyes, to the accompaniment of which Zemfira sang the dreamy "London". Zemfira knows how to save money and take care of herself. Or rather, she learned this too. Because with the release of her first album, her burning was so strong that it became scary. There are many sad examples of how such an irrevocable burning of oneself ends, such an opening of the soul, when every emotion seems to be torn out of the heart by the roots in order to give it to the listener. “Time, you see, I’m burning,” Zemfira sang in “Arivederchi,” and everyone understood this. But, thank God, it passed. It seems to have passed. Perhaps, from the first listen, the album "Forgive Me, My Love" is disappointing. Not the quality of the music, not the level of performance. It seems that something important, special, has been lost that made Zemfira a symbol of the current younger generation, gave her songs a sacred meaning. What made her a scandalous girl, who turned into a girl who matured in a year. Zemfira has become more mature, wiser, and has experienced difficult relationships. She loved and hated, sought and proved. And having proven it, she seemed to become calmer. But, having lost something external, Zemfira gained something internal. The fact that it is not readable immediately. After long comparisons, you come to the conclusion that the debut album with its freshness, brightness, spontaneity, with all its daisies, T-shirts, whys and refrains, the “naked and tramp” rhumbas, was still in many ways a “children’s” work, a little naive. Now - another step. Zemfira seemed to have “matured”; she had a new, more stable sense of the world. She stands firmly on the ground, never stopping her flight. The singer's voice sounded more gentle and lyrical. The grunge-punk layer has almost disappeared from the sound, replaced by detail, even sophistication of arrangements with an emphasis on multi-timbre keyboards, with a more clearly outlined retro slant (including a la Doors in “Zero”), with a special emphasis on instrumental parts (guitar “finishing” in “Do you want?”). Although, although... Other melodies instead of the “expected” ones seem too familiar. The structure of the compositions has become simpler and clearer. The lyrics sometimes almost break into cute girly pop platitudes. But at the same time, poetry and living air do not disappear from what Zemfira creates. Of course, the second album in many ways continues what was started by the first: there are strong emotions, elements of shocking (“I Hate”, “Looking for”), and acute social problems (this time we're talking about about drugs - “The sensors are off scale”), and biting banter (“Ripe”), and the theme of love-death (“Do you want it?”). New - the image of family, home, homeland. “Mom is reading Nabokov on the subway / I’m sitting next to / Tied with a rope / It’s been proven to mom / The most important thing” (“Proved”) - such autobiographical details say a lot about the character of the artist herself. And loneliness still cuts me: “If I could stick portraits deeper into my heart / I’ll leave my cigarettes as a souvenir...” (“Cigarettes”). For a cigarette, as you know, to a person best friend, comrade and brother. And the hope for happiness, for simple female happiness within the framework of a single Universe, is still strong (“Forgive me, my love,” “Don’t let go”). Now Zemfira has gone on a large-scale tour in support of the new album. On August 26, her birthday, the singer plans to give a concert in her native Ufa. Of course, new trends in Zemfira’s work can attract a new audience to her - more mature, with traditional tastes. Zemfira has become closer to the establishment, and therefore we can be calm about the future of the national stage. It's in good hands. The artist still has a long way to go: with such data, she will not become a “hero of yesterday.” The Z sign will not turn into zero. The general excitement surrounding her name, from which the people are already tired, will subside a little. And then Zemfira will have access to open space. Perhaps this will be the Big Jazz space. Perhaps - international recognition, which is now increasingly being awarded to stars from the East. Source: "Audio Video Salon" magazine.
Version 2 “Once upon a time there lived a worm, a lazy worm “Some kind of stupid song,” Zemfira laughs, having difficulty imagining a barrel of worms. History: 1997 History: 1998 History: 1999 Despite the fact that the album was released in May 1999, the Zemfira group announced the start of a concert tour only on September 1, 1999. In the summer of 1999, “Zemfira” refrained from performing and gave only one concert - in Ufa, during which the video for the song “Why?” was filmed. The tour started on September 1 as part of a large group concert in honor of the birthday of Yes! magazine. On this day, the Zemfira group performed as the headliner. This was the musicians' first appearance in front of such a large audience and only the fifth concert in their lives. After Moscow, the group went on a long and intense tour, which covered many cities in the country and neighboring countries and lasted until January 2000. About the first concerts of the group, held in Eastern Siberia and in the Far East, Zemfira says this: “We were just trying: a) to get along with each other; b) play the right notes in the right places; c) don’t be shy, after all, about people (understand that the stage is a common place where you need to work).” History: 2000 © www.zemfira.ru Other source: History: 2001 History: 2002 History: 2003 History: 2004 History: 2005 History: 2006 September 27, 2007 Zemfira - about the new album: “This album is a reflection of me today. I turned thirty, and as a result of some internal storms, I realized a lot. Yes, the album is very positive! If Vendetta was restless, I was looking for something, then here I found it. The relationship between these albums is like that between Queen's "A Day At The Races" and "A Night At The Opera". A period of misunderstanding is a period of understanding.” The album “Thank You” is a clear, live sound without any synthetics. All main parts were recorded current composition singers: Zemfira Ramazanova (voice), Dmitry Shurov (piano), Konstantin Kulikov (trumpet), Dan Marinkin (drums), Alexey Belyaev (bass), Yuri Topchiy (guitar). The release of the album was preceded by the appearance of the radio single “Boy” and a video for the song “We Are Breaking,” filmed by Renata Litvinova and which became a top topic in the Russian media. The release of the album “Thank You” is unprecedented for Russian show business promotion. The album comes out outside the sphere of influence of any record companies and production centers. It was published by the Kommersant Publishing House and will be sold from October 1 along with the first issue of the new Citizen K magazine - a publication about fashion, music, and style. During the tour, Zemfira organizes special autograph sessions in Euroset salons. A special maxi-single “10 Boys” will be sold at the concerts, which includes 10 remakes of the song “Boy” sent to the singer during a competition held on the Internet. During the same period, Zemfira intends to release a film filmed by Renata Litvinova during a concert at the Green Theater in the park. Gorky June 8, 2007. Then the singer will begin preparing her next release - a collection of “B-sides”, which will be released under a contract with Real Records. Zemfira is “the breakthrough voice of the generation,” as Ogonyok magazine called the singer, a Russian rock singer, lyricist, composer and music producer. Zemfira set a direction in Russian rock, which journalists defined as “women’s rock.” Zemfira Ramazanova at one time discovered in Russian rock music new page. The press calls her style “female rock,” and the popularity of the singer, who rapidly soared to the top of all radio stations, has not only not declined in eighteen years, but continues to confidently win more and more new fans. Zemfira was born in Ufa into an intelligent Tatar-Bashkir family. Her father Talgat Talkhovich taught history, and her mother Florida Khakievna worked as a specialist in physical therapy. The girl had an older brother named Ramil, with whom the singer developed a close and trusting relationship. Zemfira's talent for music was revealed very early; from the age of five, the future singer studied at a specialized music school, where she studied piano and was a soloist in a student choir. Then she performed on local television with a children's song. The girl was seven years old when she wrote her first song, performing it at her mother’s work. During her school years, Zemfira was fond of the work of the Kino group: as the singer herself claims, the songs and Thom Yorke largely influenced her development as a musician. At school, Zemfira was seriously involved in basketball. Despite the fact that the girl was the lowest on the team, she became the captain of the Russian junior team. Thus, in the last grades she was faced with a dilemma: sports or music. Zemfira chose the latter and entered the Ufa School of Arts in the pop-jazz vocal department. In parallel with her studies at the university, the girl began to earn extra money, performing popular songs in Ufa restaurants. However, she quickly became bored with such activities, and in 1996 Zemfira got a job on the radio: she recorded commercials for the Bashkir branch of the Europe Plus radio station. Then she recorded her first demos. MusicZemfira's biography changed dramatically in 1997, when at the annual rock festival "Maxidrom" a cassette with her songs fell through familiar journalists into the hands of the then producer of the Mumiy Troll group, Leonid Burlakov. Leonid decides to give the talented performer a chance, and at the end of 1998, Zemfira records her first album, “Zemfira,” at the Mosfilm studio. The mixing of the first album was done in the British capital under the leadership of Mumiy Troll, the frontman and leader. The band's guitarist and drummer also took part in the recording. The release of the disc took place in May 1999, while individual songs - “AIDS”, “Rockets” and “Arivederchi” - entered the rotation of radio stations back in February. Thus the public was prepared for the birth nova. The composition “Arivederchi” has gained deafening popularity, but due to the complex name, fans often call this track “Ships” after the first word of the chorus. The presentation of the album took place on May 8 at the 16 Ton club. The stage was designed in a spring style, and the singer wove flowers into her hair. Zemfira used the flower in her hair to tell fortunes while singing the song “Daisies.” The album also included the songs “Rumba”, “T-shirts” (also often signed as “Anechka”), “Forecaster”, “Why” and others. The album was a resounding success, selling more than seven hundred thousand copies in the first six months. Video clips were shot for three songs: the Riga video for the song "AIDS", which was never released on wide screens, "Why" - a concert video from the singer's Ufa performance, as well as the video work "Arivederchi", which immediately won the hearts of thousands fans with her extraordinary approach to editing and directing (Zemfira’s face in this video was shaded, there were rumors that the singer was a side project of Lagutenko himself). The compositions “Snow” and “London” were also released as separate singles. The first tour, which started three months after the album's release, also exceeded all expectations; the concerts were sold out. At the end of the tour, Zemfira becomes the headliner of the first music festival “Invasion”. Upon returning from tour, the Zemfira group begins recording a new album, which they also named after one of the songs, “Forgive me, my love.” The singer herself admits that names have always been difficult for her. Nevertheless, “Forgive me, my love” became the most popular disc of 2000 in Russia, as well as the most commercially successful of Zemfira’s entire discography. The track “Iskala” from the new album was featured in the cult film “” and was included in the film’s soundtrack album. The album also included other compositions, which critics and fans later called Zemfira’s hits: “Ripe”, “Do you want?”, “City”, “Proved”, “P. M. M. L." and "Sunrises". The album also includes the tracks “Cigarettes”, “Don’t Let Go” and “London”. A recording of a live performance of the latter composition was also released on the single “Snow/London Sky”. The singer herself becomes "Performer of the Year" according to music magazine"OM". The increased popularity was more of a burden than a joy for Zemfira, and at the end of 2000 she went on sabbatical, taking part in only one project dedicated to her musical idol -. For the "Screen Test" concert, Zemfira recorded the song "Cuckoo", which was later also included in the singles "Goodbye" and "Every Night". The next stage was Zemfira's album "Fourteen Weeks of Silence", which was released in 2002. During this time, the girl rethought a lot in her work, and the album turned out to be solid, but unlike her previous works. Zemfira completely departed from the stylistic framework once set by Burlakov, which is why she was constantly compared to Mumiy Troll, although the band’s musicians still participated in the recording of songs. The album included the songs “Webgirl”, the performer’s undisputed hit, which fans remembered under the Russian title “Girl Living on the Net”, “Fairy Tales”, “Macho” (also known as “Drunk Macho”), “The Main Thing” and others. The record's circulation exceeded one million discs, and the singer herself received the Triumph Award in 2003. The compositions “Infinity” and “Traffic” were released as separate singles. The year 2004 was marked by several events for Zemfira. She performed two outstanding duets: one at the Maxidrom rock festival paired with Ilya Lagutenko and the second with the group Queen at the MTV Russia Music Awards ceremony (the immortal hit “We are the Champions”). Zemfira decided to get higher education in philosophy and entered Moscow State University, but she was unable to complete her studies, music took up too much of her time. In 2005, Zemfira began collaborating with the charismatic actress and director. Zemfira was invited to create music for Litvinova's film "Goddess: How I Loved". Subsequently, Renata directed the video for the song “Itogi” and many of the singer’s subsequent works. Zemfira's song "Love is like an accidental death" was included in the film's soundtrack. In 2005, the singer presented her fourth album, “Vendetta,” which included the songs “Airplane,” “Breathe,” “Sky and Sea Clouds,” and “Let’s Leave It That Way.” The singer called the album eclectic in sound, and identified search and anxiety as the main theme. In October 2007, Zemfira’s new album “Spasibo” was released, which the singer released on her own behalf, declaring that the group “Zemfira” no longer exists, but only she, the singer Zemfira Ramazanova. The title song of the album was the composition “In the Subway,” which the performer herself described as both combative and lyrical. Before the presentation, the radio single “Boy” and a video clip for the song “We Are Breaking,” filmed by Renata Litvinova, were released. The singles prepared the audience for the upcoming album. During the tour, a special single “10 Boys” was on sale at concerts, containing ten remixes of the song “Boy”, collected from the works that people sent to the Internet competition. At the same time, the concert film “Green Theater in Zemfira” was presented, which was filmed by Litvinova during the singer’s performance at the venue of the same name in Gorky Park in Moscow. The final concert of the tour took place at the Olimpiysky. According to the singer, the concert was prepared for two years and became a major victory for Zemfira. In 2009, Zemfira released a collection called “Z-sides”, and also toured extensively in Russia and abroad. The singer is also working on the soundtrack for the arthouse film “Rita’s Last Fairy Tale,” directed by her friend Renata Litvinova. In the same year, the performer recorded the single “Australia”. In 2010, Afisha magazine compiled a list of the “50 best Russian albums of all time. The choice of young musicians." The singer’s debut album took fifth place on this list, and the album “Forgive Me, My Love” took 43rd place. Zemfira also received the award from the Russian Authors' Society "For contribution to the development of science, culture and art." In 2011, the singer released the singles “Money” and “No Chances.” Zemfira's next album became another breakthrough in the history of Russian rock. The disc "Live in Your Head" with its amazing combination of minimalism, style and precise sound said a new word in modern music. It set a new record in domestic online sales. At the end of 2013, three songs were posted on iTunes, which almost immediately topped the Russian chart. The performer was the group, this Bashkir word means “triangle”. As stated by the legend described in the official community of the group in in social networks, the band consists of guitarist Bro, bassist and drummer Luka and vocalist Rocket, represented by animated characters. Listeners recognized Zemfira's characteristic vocals immediately, and soon she herself announced the performance of her side project in the main concert hall "Russia", where the secret of the personalities of Bro and Luka was revealed: they turned out to be Zemfira's nephews, twins Artem and Artur Ramazanov. At the end of 2103, Zemfira was awarded the MTV Europe Music Awards as the best Russian performer. In 2013, 2014 and 2015, the rock singer was included in the list of “One Hundred Most influential women Russia." At the end of October 2015, Zemfira announced the start of a new concert tour “ Small man». Personal lifeZemfira's personal life throughout musical career the singer was filled with all sorts of rumors and speculation. The singer herself started this, at the very beginning announcing the upcoming wedding with the leader of the group "Dancing Minus", which was nothing more than a publicity stunt. Since then, the press has groundlessly associated Zemfira's name either with the oligarch or with the singer's director. IN last years journalists insist: Zemfira and Renata Litvinova are not just friends, supposedly the women are connected by something more. There were even rumors in the media that the stars got married in Stockholm. Friends do not comment on this information. The singer’s secretive nature and her dislike for interviews allows journalists to only speculate about her private life. In 2010, a misfortune occurred in Zemfira’s family - her older brother Ramil drowned in the river while spearfishing. A year earlier, the singer’s father, Talgat Talkhovich, died from a long illness, and at the beginning of 2015, the singer died. Since then, the girl has been trying to take care of her remaining nephews Arthur and Artem, so at the end of 2013 Zemfira created a joint musical project with them. The singer does not have her own children. A page is dedicated to Zemfira in “ Instagram", which has 188 thousand subscribers. The account is not verified, and the photos appearing on it are mainly taken at concerts and other social events.
