  • thick jar of sour cream;

Ingredients:

  • gelatin – 20–25 g
  • milk – 250 ml
  • water – 100 ml
  • sugar and vanillin to taste
  • fruits if desired (you can do without them)

Preparation:

Prepare the jelly according to the instructions on the package, BUT reducing the amount of water to 150-180 ml. Pour the prepared jelly into molds and let it harden in the refrigerator. If desired, you can make jelly from homemade compotes (1 half tablespoon of gelatin per 1 cup of compote). When the jelly is ready, proceed to the milk jelly.

For milk jelly, dissolve gelatin in 100 ml of water, leave for 10-15 minutes to swell. Boil the milk and cool slightly, add the swollen gelatin, sugar and vanillin (to taste) to the milk, mix well. Heat the milk mixture on the stove, BUT DO NOT BOIL, otherwise the milk will curdle. Remove from the stove and cool. If necessary, you can strain.

Prepare a mold for the Broken Glass cake. Peel and cut the fruits. I had one orange and two small kiwis. Don't overdo it with kiwi. Pineapple and kiwi break down gelatin.
Place in layers: fruit and colorful jelly. Then pour the COOLED milk jelly over everything and put it in the refrigerator until completely hardened - at least 4 hours. I put it on overnight.

Before serving, dip the cake pan in hot water for a few seconds, then turn the cake over onto a flat plate. Decorate the cake with fruit.

Ingredients:

  • jelly of different colors – 3 bags
  • gelatin – 20–25 g
  • sour cream – 500 ml
  • water – 100 ml
  • sugar and vanillin to taste
  • biscuit or any cookie

Preparation:

Prepare jelly. We do everything the same as for jelly cake with milk. Pour the jelly into molds and refrigerate until completely set.

My biscuit was prepared in advance. If it is not possible to make a biscuit yourself, you can use any soft biscuit.
Cut the cooled biscuit into cake layers. Set aside one cake layer (the bottom one) for the cake, cut the other into cubes. The cookies can simply be broken into pieces.

When our multi-colored one completely hardens. You can have jelly with sour cream.

Pour gelatin with water, leave to swell, then heat it on the stove, BUT DO NOT BOIL! The gelatin should dissolve. Beat sour cream with sugar and vanilla. Pour in the cooled gelatin in a thin stream, whisking continuously.

The mass begins to set almost immediately, so you need to hurry up with assembling the cake.

Place in the mold in layers: a layer of sour cream jelly, a layer of multi-colored jelly and pieces of biscuit (or pieces of cookies). Fill out the form to the top.

We put it on top sponge cake and press lightly. Place the cake in the refrigerator for several hours, or better yet, overnight!

Before serving, dip the cake pan in hot water for a few seconds, then turn the cake over onto a flat plate.

  4. Pour slightly cooled gelatin into it and mix everything.
  5. Peel the fruits from membranes and seeds, cut the kiwi into slices, and cut each tangerine slice in half.

  1. Crumble the biscuit with your hands into a round silicone mold where it was baked.
  2. Distribute evenly over the bottom.
  3. Place the jelly cubes, stirring them and pressing them lightly into the dough.
  4. Then place a layer of chopped fruit, and on top, break the second half of the sponge cake with your hands.
  5. Place the remaining jelly and fruit on top.
  6. Pour in sour cream mixed with gelatin.
  7. Gently smooth with a spoon and refrigerate overnight.
  8. Turn the finished cake over onto a plate and decorate with any fresh fruit on top.

  3. While the cake is soaking, rub the cottage cheese through a sieve.
  4. Soak gelatin in cold water, leave for 15 minutes.
  5. Whip the cream in a mixer, melt the chocolate in the microwave.
  6. Place the swollen gelatin leaves in warm orange juice, stir until the gelatin dissolves.
  7. Beat 2 egg whites separately to strong peaks, mix cottage cheese with sugar and place in a mixer bowl. Whisk it too.
  8. Pour the now cooled chocolate into it, stir, add orange juice with the addition of gelatin.
  9. Add the whites and whipped cream into the curd mass in parts, mix everything with a wide spatula by hand, preferably in one direction.
  10. Pour the jelly pieces into the prepared soufflé and stir.
  11. Place this mixture on the crust and smooth with a wide spatula.
  12. Before this, you need to put a pastry ring in the mold to make it easier to take out our dessert.
