What can be painted with paints. How to paint with acrylic paints What can be painted with paints on paper in stages

It is not only children who dream of learning to draw, especially since many adults have talents that remain unrealized. There are various easy techniques for drawing with paints for beginners. The easiest way to learn how to create is with gouache, you can also use watercolor or oil paints, but certain skills are required to work with the latter.

Artist's kit - components

To learn how to paint, you cannot do without paints. It is better to buy high-quality paints right away, because too cheap ones are worse, therefore, the learning process will be less productive. A beginner should not spend money on a professional set: to start drawing from scratch, it is enough to have basic colors:

  • white titanium;
  • yellow (lemon, medium yellow, yellow ocher);
  • red (carmine, cadmium);
  • blue;
  • emerald and light green;
  • black.

The easiest way is to work with gouache, but an adult or schoolchild can easily cope with watercolors. The ideal option is not an ordinary nursery, but watercolor for artists, which is of the best quality. Budget sets of 24 colors cost 400-500 rubles. In principle, five tones (red, blue, yellow, white, black) are enough for an artist, and the rest can be created by mixing. To combine paints, you need to immediately buy a palette. Form, material can be any. On sale there are round, oval, square palettes, wood products, plastic. The size of the palette is also up to the user's choice.

It is equally important to choose a good brush. For beginners, three different sized brushes are enough. You can also additionally buy a thin brush for performing bitmaps, small details. The most popular of all are squirrel brushes - they perfectly absorb water, give it away longer, therefore they paint without spots, stripes. A brush like this is great for glazing or for creating clear contours.

A round brush with a sharp tip is also suitable for a novice artist. It is also convenient for her to work out fine contours, graceful details in the technique of painting with watercolors. Be sure to include a flat wide brush for filling. It is used as a background or stripes over a large area of a canvas, a sheet of paper. Over time, fan, linear, retouching are usually added to the collection of brushes. It is important to examine the brushes for a secure connection between the pile and the handle - it must be very strong.

Other accessories in the artist's set:

  1. Paper. For watercolors, buy special low-absorbency paper that will prevent water from wetting the sheet until it is completely dry. On plain printer paper, watercolor tends to creep away. The best option is hot-pressed paper, which additionally has a very smooth surface.
  2. Thinners. Special solvents are required to dilute oil paints. Usually flaxseed oil or turpentine is used for this. It is not recommended to use organic solvents - they spoil the structure of the oil paint, remove the beautiful shine. However, to remove paint from brushes, you need to buy turpentine, white spirit.
  3. Canvas. Usually used for painting with oils or acrylics. The stores have ready-made canvases in stretchers made of linen, cotton, synthetics. Natural fabrics are dense, sag little, drawings look more beautiful on them. You can also make a canvas yourself. To do this, you need to buy a stretcher, cover it with a cloth, and then prime it. As the primer dries, drag the canvas a little tighter.
  4. Easel. It is recommended to purchase it if you plan to take drawing seriously. The easel is placed at eye level, which gives an excellent overview of the picture, helps to work correctly and quickly look for flaws. For small canvases, there are mini easels on sale.
  5. Protective varnish. It is advisable to cover the picture with varnish, this will help protect it from ultraviolet radiation, make the colors saturated.

Also, to compose an artist's set, you need to buy jars for brushes, wet wipes, cotton rags. To work with oil, you need a palette knife - a spatula for thick paint, removing dried material and applying beautiful strokes. It is also worth buying oilers with clamps (simple or double) that contain paint and are easy to attach to the palette.

Watercolor painting techniques

You need to study the various ways of drawing in stages, moving from the easiest to the most difficult. At first, most artists apply sketching, then they begin to show imagination and create their own masterpieces. It is recommended to start learning to work with watercolors with the techniques described below.

Painting with a flat brush

If the drawing is invented, you should follow these steps step by step:

  1. Draw a square, a rectangle to indicate the beginning, end of the layer. With a dark shade, draw a thin line from the upper left corner to the upper right corner.
  2. Moisten the brush with watercolor. Perform the second stroke from the lower edge of the first line, overlapping the paint that has accumulated below. You need to work quickly so that watercolors do not form, or gently wash them with a cloth.
  3. Repeat this action again with the next line. It is better to use the flat edge of the brush for strokes, which will make the bottom of the stroke more even. Discontinuous strokes must be redrawn immediately.
  4. Completely fill the intended path, repeating the steps in the same way. At the same time, it is important to observe the evenness of the tone of the paint, not to change the brand of watercolors. On paper that is too thick, strokes may be uneven. Then it is recommended to sprinkle the sheet with water a little, get wet, let it dry, only then start drawing.

At the end of the work, you need to rinse the brush, squeeze it dry, remove with it all the clots of paint at the bottom of the last stroke, avoiding discoloration of the picture. To add texture to the picture, you can leave it to dry at an angle.

Gradient

First, you also need to work out a square, a rectangle (in the future, this will be the drawing required by the artist). Then you should take the following steps:

  • dip the brush in a dark shade of the required color, draw a vertical or horizontal stroke;
  • wipe the brush with a cloth, paper napkin, dip in a lighter shade of the same color, draw a stroke overlapping part of the previous one;
  • rinse, wipe the brush, make another stroke (lighter, darker or completely different color);
  • repeat until the shape is full;
  • rinse the brush, dry it, pick up the rest of the paint.

With the help of a gradient, you can create very interesting transitions that form the basis of a future picture.

Watercolor glaze

The glaze technique requires the artist's imagination, with its help a landscape, an image of autumn and summer, and a landscape come out well. Description of the technique on the example of the landscape:

  • complete the sky above, the river below using blue watercolor;
  • dilute the paint with water, draw a waterfall;
  • perform pink clouds in the sky;
  • draw the bottom of the picture and the mountain in yellow;
  • let all layers dry well;
  • using dark blue to shade the horizon of the mountain and its top, it can also be used to beautifully decorate a waterfall;
  • make the banks of the river orange, shade the sky a little;
  • as the drawing dries, draw the bubbles on the waterfall in purple;
  • you can draw trees along the banks of the river - the trunks are brown, the leaves are green;
  • shade blue sky, water;
  • to draw the grass in blue, green;
  • you can depict trees and fruits under them.

The point of glazing is that all layers of paint interact with each other, overlap one another and, when overlapped, give even more interesting effects.

"Wet" technique

Before drawing, you need to moisten a sheet of paper with water. Of course, paper needs to be thick, not sagging. Wetting is carried out with a sponge, having previously squeezed it out. The moisture should be evenly distributed over the sheet and not shine, otherwise there is too much water on it.

  • first, draw the background, choosing any light shade;
  • make a drawing of a vase;
  • draw leaves in a vase using yellow, red, orange;
  • apply each new shade after partial drying of the previous one; blurred lines create very interesting effects;
  • at the end of the work, you can place accents with brown, dark brown, burgundy, perform shadows;
  • with a wet clean brush, perform some blurring of the borders, but do not overdo it in order to exclude a sloppy look of the picture.

You should not combine cold and warm tones in one drawing, this will give visual dissonance.

Dry brush drawing

Drawing in this technique is not difficult. The paint should be taken on a dry brush, then a smear should be carried out on paper. Beforehand, it is recommended to sketch with a pencil. At first, the sketches will be rather rough - for example, the outlines of the sky, trunks and branches of trees, a river. After the first layer dries, add details, create shadows, draw texture. Then they make a background around them, place the necessary accents.

When painting, you need to change the pressure on the brush, which will allow you to add or remove texture. It is important that the brush does not remain too wet after rinsing and blotting. Otherwise, the paint will not give the effect of texture, it will look flat.

No excess moisture

The technique is well suited for drawing clouds, streams of light. Before starting work, you need to prepare several sponges or sponges for the face. First, strokes are performed with a dry or wet brush, then they are rubbed with sponges. It is important not to rub the sheet hard to avoid damaging the paper. Highlights can be done with paper towels. After that, if necessary, the contours of the drawings and accents are drawn with a thin dry brush.

Discoloration of dried paint

In this case, the clarification of the already dried pattern is performed. The desired areas need to be moistened with a cloth, wipe gently with a dry brush. It is best to use brushes with stiff bristles, which can scrape off the paint a little. Actions must be careful, otherwise there is a risk of damaging the paper. Instead of using a cloth, it is permissible to sprinkle the paper with a spray bottle, and then dampen the moisture with a paper towel. Another option is to gently rub the drawing with sandpaper, then you do not need to wet it first.

Gouache for beginners

Usually it is recommended to learn to paint with gouache even in childhood - from 4-6 years old. It is very easy to apply, does not float, and is much easier to work with than watercolor. Gouache drawings can be very diverse - nature, animals, flowers and trees, fruits, etc. Adults paint real landscapes with gouache.

You can make drawings not only on paper, but also on canvas, plywood, wood, fabric, even on stones, pebbles. For this purpose, it is better to purchase not children's, but artistic gouache, which is of high quality. First, a sketch is made with a pencil, after which it is painted over. They start with dark colors, gradually moving to light ones. It is necessary to mix paints taking into account the color wheel, otherwise the result will be a gray tone.

Features of oil paints

Experienced artists appreciate oil paints, which are presented in a wide range in specialized stores. The composition of paints contains minerals, organic and synthetic components. They are diluted not with water, but with linseed oil, which gives brightness, saturation of tone. Paints dry for a long time, but the drawing can be corrected within a certain time. To dilute dried, thickened paint, a special oil is also used, which is sold in the art departments.

Types of oil paints

There are three types of oil paints:

  1. Highly artistic. Usually they are used for professional painting. The price of the material is high due to the excellent quality of the components. For decades, paints do not lose color, do not fade.
  2. Sketchy. Suitable for beginners, inexpensive, and can be used in a variety of techniques.
  3. Studio. They have an intermediate price between the two listed options, suitable for artists and beginners.

Also, oil paints are transparent, opaque. The latter are denser, do not transmit light. If the packaging is marked with a "*", such material is very resistant and lasts a long time. The more stars, the higher the quality of the paint.

Drawing rules and techniques

The oil painting looks very beautiful. The strokes look each on their own, although it is quite difficult to achieve such an effect. There are two main techniques: in one coating (alla-prima) and in several layers. For a multi-layer overlay of paints, you will have to try - work quickly, do not dilute the material, know its properties and how one tone will look over the second. Oil consumption for multi-coat applications is usually high.

A single layer drawing has its drawbacks. So, over time, strokes can crack due to the squeezing of paint, so most professionals dry the first layer and apply at least one more. This way, material costs can be reduced.

  • lighting should be good, otherwise there is a risk of making unnecessary shadows in the picture;
  • first you need to draw a contour, then make oil strokes along the lines;
  • colors can be mixed, knowing the basic principles of combining tones;
  • they usually paint pictures, starting with bright elements, highlighting the darkest and lightest points;
  • after completing the sketch, outline the contours and details, make the necessary accents;
  • the finished picture must be allowed to dry for three days, but on the second day you can make some edits;
  • after drying, the cloth should not be rubbed or touched with hands.

Acrylic paints combine the properties of oil and watercolors, they do not fade, they are not afraid of water. You can apply layers directly on top of the previous ones, without waiting for them to dry. For a start, it is better to buy a set of 6 colors, then expand to 18. It is worth painting with acrylic on paper, canvas, fabric, glass, plastic, stones. Dilute the paint with water, solvents. The following techniques are used:

  • dry - on paper, canvas;
  • wet - on a dampened canvas;
  • glazing - applying a thick layer and its subsequent shading;
  • impasto - drawing with clearly visible strokes.

To give the drawing a complete look, you can apply individual strokes with felt-tip pens, markers, pencils, pastels. First, simple pictures are performed, then they move on to still lifes, views from the window, portraits. For learning, it will be useful to apply the technique of abstraction - to make spots and add details, giving them an image.

Tips for working with acrylic are as follows:

  • you need to have a spray with water nearby to moisten quick-drying paints;
  • when adding water, you can make a more transparent material out of acrylic paint;
  • it is impossible to inject too much water, after drying, the paint may crumble;
  • before wetting the brush in paint, you need to dry it;
  • the addition of not water, but a solvent will help to slow down the drying of the material;
  • for the safety of the drawing, it is varnished.

Drawings on fabric

It is rather difficult to do fabric drawings; it is better to practice on a different basis. With experience, it is quite possible to paint on silk, synthetics, natural fabrics. First, the fabric must be washed, ironed, stretched over the frame, or placed on a flat surface. Place an oilcloth under the fabric, draw a drawing with a special felt-tip pen for fabric. Afterwards, perform art painting. The easiest way is to work with ready-made stencils, but you can make a drawing yourself. After a day of drying, you need to iron the product with an iron, after 2 days it can be washed.

Paintings on canvas

For acrylic, canvas is the ideal base. Paints must be prepared in advance, diluted with water. If mixing is planned, it is better to use a special solvent, otherwise the material will dry out quickly. The palette should be periodically sprayed with water. They begin to draw the largest details, as they draw smaller lines, they change the brushes to thin ones. The rate of dilution of paints with water to create more transparent tones is less than 20%.

Drawings on paper

For the first time, you should try drawing on paper. Since the structure of the paints is dense (it is, in fact, liquid plastic), ordinary thin paper will not work. Better to take cardboard or special thick paper. Also, drawings can be performed on paper wallpaper that has already been glued to the walls. This is a popular design technique that allows you to decorate a plain material and give a room an original look.

Painting on glass

Pictures on the glass look very beautiful, they resemble a finished stained glass window. The contours of the future drawing are made with a thin marker according to the sketch, which is placed under the glass. After that, paints are applied layer by layer, forming the desired color combinations, accents, lighter and darker zones. At the end of the work, acrylic varnish is applied to the picture.

Paints give endless scope for imagination. Learning to draw is easy. Even without talent, you can make beautiful drawings with enough diligence and perseverance.

Having learned useful tips, having read about how to paint flowers and landscapes with gouache, you will be able to create amazing pictures with the help of this paint and it will be pleasant to spend your leisure time for an interesting lesson.

Drawing with paints is not only very interesting, but also informative. The landscape, executed in different techniques, calms, gives positive emotions and instills in the artist a sense of beauty.

From our lesson, you will learn how to draw a landscape in stages and what is required for this.

Landscape

Painting with watercolors or gouache provides a wide variety of landscapes.

For example, one of the most impressive subjects for a drawing is mountains. They can be either smooth, like a mountain range, or sharp. By depicting mountains, you have the opportunity to show the contrast between sky and earth, high plains and slopes.

Another significant point is the weather. It is very exciting to draw winter mountains: you can "play" with shadow and light, with different shades and reflexes on white snow. Ultramarine, yellowish, turquoise, ocher or burgundy colors are all quite appropriate on a snow cover. The main thing is to choose the right color scheme.

Summer landscape depicting mountains will be no less interesting for novice artists. Picturesque and beautiful: warm shades of grass or cold colors on pine branches, a riot of greenery and colors. At the same time, you do not need to carefully draw them - the bolder and freer the brush lies in your hand, the easier and more relaxed the picture will be.

Important: a landscape is not only nature, but also a certain atmosphere, in the creation of which we put our mood and emotions.

Where does the landscape begin?

Any drawing must begin with a layout on a paper sheet. Make the sky smaller than the earth, or vice versa. Please note that these parts do not have to be the same.

If you are drawing mountains, be sure to think about which peak will be higher and which will be lower. You should not portray the same mountains, although it happens in reality. It is best to make them different compositionally, which will add a certain dynamics to your drawing.

Pay special attention to the objects in the foreground - what is closest to the artist, that is, to you. The foreground is always drawn more diligently and in more detail than the background.

Now let's try to paint a mountain landscape with gouache.

Gouache landscape step by step: draw mountains

Stage 1
Take special paper for drawing A3 size and make a preliminary sketch, mix white and blue gouache, paint over the sky. While it is still dry, paint the clouds with white gouache, using circular motions with the brush to mix the colors. Applying this technique will make the sky cloudy and a little weird.

Stage 2
Moving on to the image of the mountains. Mix white and blue gouache, add a touch of purple and paint over the mountains completely. Stir the same color with whitewash and immediately paint over the areas of the mountains that are located in the light. In order not to disturb the aerial perspective at the base of the mountains, make the color light.

Now comes the fun part! Do you want to know how to draw a landscape in stages for beginners in a variety of ways? Then let's draw the snow-capped mountains.

Stage 3
Scoop up the whitewash with a palette knife and lightly pressing until the paint has dried, use the tip of this palette knife to make cuts on the mountain. Paint over the shadow areas in the same way, only with a bluish tint of gouache.

Important: do not use a large amount of gouache and do not mix it with water - the paint should be thick. Practice first on a separate sheet of paper and only then start drawing.

Stage 4
Mix white with blue gouache, then smooth strokes at the foot of the mountains.

Stage 5
Now mix the blue with the green and paint the forest. Add ocher or other shades of yellow and green for the forest. Use the same colors to paint the ground.

6 stage
Draw a lake by mixing white and blue gouache and add some green.

7 stage
The final step. Again, mix the blue and green paint, and then, making large strokes, paint over the future bushes.

8 stage
Using lighter shades of ocher and greens, finish off the bushes.

Watercolor landscape in stages: painting a sunset

Next, we'll look at how to paint a sunset using watercolor. All that is required in this case is watercolor and watercolor paper. Let's get started?

Stage 1
Without making a preliminary sketch and slightly moistening the sheet with water, start writing the sky. To do this, use blue, purple, pink and orange watercolor colors. You can paint the clouds the way you like, mixing colors and creating unusual transitions.

Stage 2
Until the paint has dried, mark the background with a darker color - it should be different from the sky. And a little closer to you, using a dark purple shade, make the plan even darker. Draw also a small fluffy tree and leave the work to dry completely.

Stage 3
Use a deep purple shade to paint the trunk of the tree, adding burgundy splashes in some places. Use the same color to paint over the ground so that it looks as close as possible to the roots of a tree.

Then, with a thin brush, slowly depict tree branches, different in width and length: thick and thin, long and short. Make the twigs a little lighter in the background and darker in the foreground.

Ready! You yourself have drawn a colorful and very beautiful sunset.

There are many techniques to paint a landscape with paints. But if you are a beginner artist, then step-by-step drawing will be easier using gouache. It is easy to use: it does not have a specific odor, mixes easily with water and washes away. Any brushes are suitable for working with gouache, but it is best to give preference to ponies or synthetics.

This technique is also suitable for beginners because after making a mistake, it will be easy to fix it by painting over with another layer of paint. In addition, the next layer applied to the dried pigment will not mix with the previous one. The main difference between gouache and acrylic and oil paints is that you can paint with it more freely without fear of making a mistake.

It does not matter how you draw parts of the picture - all at once or separately. For example, you can first paint over the ground and sky with gouache, and then paint the foreground, trees and clouds.

Note: to speed up your work, apply paint to objects immediately, without leaving "for later." Agree, it is much easier to do everything in one step, and not wait until the picture "dries up".

This option for painting a landscape is no less interesting and is also quite suitable for novice artists. You can easily master the watercolor technique if you know some tricks and important rules.

- Painting with watercolors - first of all, working with layers. The paint is translucent, which means that mixing each new layer with the past cannot be avoided.
- Errors are excluded - that's what anyone who picks up a watercolor should know.
- The key to success is thick paper. The rough special surface perfectly absorbs watercolor paint and guarantees a good effect.
- Nearby objects should be painted over with bright colors, everything else should be mixed with water and pale. Unlike oil, acrylic or gouache, watercolors are written “liquid”.
- For watercolors, it is best to use brushes with natural squirrel or pony bristles.

And, of course, do not forget that painting a landscape with paints in several stages is a rather difficult task for a novice artist. This raises many questions: how to arrange everything on a sheet, how to get a certain color, how to highlight a particular object, etc. Answers come only with experience.

The best advice that can be given to all newcomers to painting is more practice - draw the most common objects. Remember that the sooner you realize that realism directly depends on highlighting some details and creating contrast, the sooner everything will work out.

So what is a landscape? This is a good training for any artist, which does not allow to get away from the main theme of the image and at the same time gives freedom of imagination.

If you are tired of ordinary watercolor and oil, try painting with acrylic paints that combine the properties of both materials. The peculiarity is that the dried paintings are not afraid of water and the sun, therefore, they always remain the same as you created them. To master this kind of creativity, use the instructions below.

Drawing with acrylic paints for beginners in stages

Acrylic is often used for arts and crafts. It is versatile, and unlike watercolor, it allows you to apply one layer on top of another, without the danger of damaging the already applied drawing. The scope for creativity is expanding - you can create any picture. The main thing is to know how to paint correctly with acrylic paints and take into account all the recommendations for this process.

How to use acrylic paints for painting

For a beginner artist, 6 colors are enough. By learning how to use acrylic, you can expand your palette to 12 or 18 shades. In addition, you will need something on which you can paint with acrylic paints. What to use:

  1. A variety of materials are suitable as a basis for paintings - wood, glass, plastic, thick paper or cardboard, canvas and even metals.
  2. Brushes can be natural or synthetic.
  3. It is allowed to use a palette knife. Even an airbrush can be used if diluted correctly with water.

It is necessary to dilute acrylic paints for painting on a palette with a special solvent or water, adding them little by little to acrylic so that the consistency becomes similar to watercolor. When applied to a picture one by one such translucent layers, a very interesting effect is obtained. For undiluted acrylic, only synthetic flat and wide brushes are suitable, but you need to paint quickly, because the drying speed of the paint increases.

Painting techniques

Before painting with acrylics, you should familiarize yourself with the techniques in which the paintings are performed. Among the main methods of creating canvases are:

  1. Wet technique. It is the application of diluted paints onto a canvas moistened with warm water.
  2. Dry method. To paint a picture with paints using this technique, it is recommended to use several brushes at once, with which you can edit the composition on a dry canvas.
  3. "Glaze layer by layer". A thick acrylic layer is applied with a brush, on which the picture is then drawn.
  4. Impasto. Paintings resemble oil paintings, three-dimensional and well-distinguishable strokes.

How to paint with acrylics

You can paint with acrylic paints on different surfaces, but for each case, general instructions are suitable, following which it is easy to create a real masterpiece:

  1. Choose a surface that will serve as the basis for your future painting. Depending on its structure, select certain paints - on cans or tubes, the manufacturer gives recommendations on this matter.
  2. Decide on your drawing technique. For a watercolor effect, arm yourself with water or thinner and prepare a palette.
  3. Stock up on brushes - synthetics are suitable for undiluted acrylic, while watercolor techniques are easier to handle with natural bovine or sable bristles.
  4. Finish the painting with additional strokes using a felt-tip pen, ink, markers, gel pens, or a pencil.

On the fabric

Painting with acrylics on fabric for beginners will be a little more difficult, so it's worth some practice. Of the materials, silk or a cotton surface is more suitable - the pattern will fit better on them and will hold well. Before starting the creative process, the fabric needs to be prepared - washed, ironed, pulled on a special frame or laid out on a flat and hard surface. Do not forget to separate the front and back sides of the thing, otherwise the paint can only spoil its appearance - put cardboard or oilcloth. Then use the following instruction:

  1. Get a special felt-tip pen used to draw on the fabric and apply the pattern of your choice to the fabric. When using a simple pencil for this, keep in mind that you will need to draw a little beyond the contours so that they are not visible.
  2. Paint the fabric with art brushes, using thinner as needed.
  3. After completing the work, leave it to dry for a day, and then iron it with an iron.
  4. Wash the item only 2 days after ironing in a gentle mode with a temperature of about 30 degrees.

On canvas

For the first time, it's best to choose a smaller canvas. In addition, you will need a pencil sketch. For the basis of the future painting, use ready-made photos of drawings or rely on your imagination. On a separate sheet, throw the options and transfer it to the canvas. Then prepare your brushes, a spray bottle with water, a palette, and a rag. Start painting with the background and large details, thinking over the combination of shades. To prevent the paint from drying out, use a spray bottle - this will make the transitions between colors smoother.

On the paper

It is better to take a thicker paper, for example, intended for watercolors. Of all materials, it is more economical and suitable for beginners, since it has a shallow embossing on which it is easy to apply strokes. You can buy either an album or a folder with separate sheets of any format. You need to prepare a palette, a set of several brushes and water, if you need to dilute the paint.

Acrylic paints for painting will do the simplest. If you have already decided on a drawing, then start with a sketch too. Then start working on the background using a wide rectangular brush - the movements should be quick so that the paint does not dry out. For watercolor painting, dilute with water or paint on wet paper, and for oil painting apply neat using a brush with uneven bristles.

On glass

The most original is acrylic painting on glass. To do this, you will need:

  • toothpicks or cotton swabs for pattern correction;
  • acrylic paints and varnish;
  • brushes;
  • diluent;
  • contours to complete the basis of the picture;
  • palette.

The technique for painting on glass is as follows:

  1. Clean the glass surface by placing it for 20 min. in hot water, and then degreased with alcohol.
  2. Use a thin marker to draw the drawing, placing the sketch under the glass.
  3. Circle the lines with a special contour.
  4. Apply paint in layers to the glass, waiting for the previous layer to dry. Brush with plenty of paint and lightly touch the surface to distribute the acrylic evenly.
  5. When finished, rinse the brushes with water and cover the painting with acrylic varnish.

What can be painted with acrylic

Having mastered the technique of painting with acrylic paints, you can create any paintings, whether it be a light landscape with air clouds or a portrait of a loved one. An individual design of a T-shirt and even a wall painting will be beautiful. Standard acrylic waterproof paints for drawing beautiful patterns on nails can also be used - for example, for a French manicure. Apply them directly over the shellac. If you are creating children's toys, then acrylic is perfect for drawing eyes on a textile doll.
