Or: infuse 25-30 g of rosemary leaves with 100 ml of alcohol. Take the tincture 25 drops 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.     Take 15–20 drops of Eleutherococcus tincture ( pharmaceutical drug) 2 times a day, morning and afternoon, 30 minutes before meals. Used for neurasthenia, depression, hypotension as a tonic.

    Mix motherwort (herb), cudweed (herb), hawthorn (flowers), chamomile (flowers) equally. Pour a tablespoon of the mixture into 1 cup of boiling water, leave, covered, for 8 hours, strain. Drink 1/2 glass 3 times a day an hour after meals. The infusion is used for nervous disorders, cardiac weakness in combination with suffocation and headache.

Contraindications for the use of drugs from zamanika, aralia and ginseng are hypertension, febrile states, cardiac disorders, insomnia.

Diet for depression

It is recommended to completely eliminate tea, coffee, alcohol, chocolate, white flour products, sugar, chemical additives, and hot seasonings. Meals should be three times a day.
