Let's prepare the filling

So, the filling of the pie will consist mostly of pineapples. We open a can of pineapples, drain the water, if the pineapple is cut into rings, then cut the rings into small cubes.

We need a fairly deep frying pan. Keep in mind that the dough will rise during baking. We take out a deep frying pan, grease it with butter or sunflower oil, pour a glass of semolina into the pan, then put the apple and pineapple filling on the semolina, then fill it with dough.

Cut off the top and bottom of the pineapple. Stand the fruit upright and cut off the peel with a well-sharpened knife. Cut the pulp into 1 cm thick circles.

We take ready-made puff pastry - whichever you like best. At that time I had this:

First, the dough must be removed from the freezer, the dough plates are separated from each other and left to defrost at room temperature. In just 30 minutes you can start cooking. canned pineapple dessert. 😉

To do this, cut the dough into thin strips (do not roll out the dough!) And wrap the circles with strips of dough, connecting them, pressing a little, in the middle of the circle.
