What to take with you in nature: useful tips

If you decide to join a multi-million army of tourists who prefer to rest on a river, lake or in the forest, your first thought will most likely be: "What should you take to nature?" In this article, we'll be happy to provide you with helpful tips. They may be useful to your friends and acquaintances, so be sure to share this information with them.

Hiking: what to take with you in nature

Shoes are the most important element for walking! It should be comfortable, well-worn, with a thick grooved sole. Further clothing: sports, not restricting movement. It should cover your arms, legs and head, that is, you should have a light jacket or windbreaker, tight pants, a cap or bandana. You also need a backpack, it is assembled in advance, and all things are packed so that they do not rest on your back. The backpack should contain the following: a sleeping bag (if there will be an overnight stay), insect repellent, a swimsuit or swimming trunks (if you plan to stop at the river), dishes (knife, spoon, plate, mug - all either plastic or metal), one pot (on all), food supply for the entire trip (plus a small supply), first aid kit (iodine, bandage, pain reliever, etc. - one for all), water supply (taking into account whether you can replenish it or not). And do not forget about such useful little things as matches, a needle and thread, napkins. You can, of course, take something else, but keep in mind: each gram of excess weight will have to be carried on yourself. Therefore, on a hike you need to take a minimum of things, only what you cannot do without.

A picnic trip by car: what to take with you in nature

Everything is very simple here - you can take anything that fits into the trunk of your car. Grill, pickled meat and folding furniture are welcome. There is a first-aid kit in every car, but you will have to take care of drinking water in advance: you need to take about 3-4 liters per person (taking into account that you will wash your hands or food), and this should be enough for a five- or six-hour rest.

Two-day vacation: what to take with you to nature

If you decide not to limit yourself to a picnic, but to spend all weekend in the bosom of nature, you should be more sensible about loading the trunk. So, we take with us a tent, a couple of blankets, several polyurethane rugs (protection from evening and morning dew), food supply, dishes, an ax, a small supply of firewood, change of clothes (shoes), bathing suits, towels, personal hygiene products, matches, something for mosquitoes. Do not forget about the supply of water (5 liters per day per person), a small supply of firewood is welcome.

What products to take to nature

In addition to water, you need to take with you cereals (rice, buckwheat, millet), noodles, several cans of stew, sugar, salt (required), bread, fresh fruits and vegetables, coffee and tea. This is a minimal set of products to which you can add different goodies. But what you should not take is perishable and dairy products, cakes with cream, ready-made salads from home (these will quickly deteriorate, so cook on the spot). All these restrictions do not apply if you have a cooler bag, in which case the list of delicacies is limited only by its volume.

So, we told you what to take with you to nature, taking into account the format of the proposed vacation. And the last thing. Try to eliminate or minimize drinking. There are too many potentially dangerous factors in nature: open water (river, lake, sea), fire, animal burrows (you can easily so do not add another one to them.
