Few people know that pike caviar is no less useful than any other. It contains vitamins and minerals that have a positive effect on human health. For the preparation of pike caviar, a variety of recipes are used. It is not only salted, but also stewed, used as additional ingredients in various salads.

How to cook fried pike caviar

Ingredients:

  • Pike caviar 400 gr.
  • Flour 100-200 gr.
  • Vegetable oil for frying.
  • Salt, pepper to taste.

Sequencing:

  • Clean the ovaries with caviar from excess veins, blood and dirt. Then rinse them under cool water and let them dry.
  • Add a little salt to the flour and roll each egg in it.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and put the pike caviar on it. Fry it on both sides until golden brown. Salt and pepper each side while frying.
  • Put the prepared pike caviar on paper towels so that they absorb excess fat.

How to cook cutlets from pike caviar

Ingredients:

  • Pike caviar 500 gr.
  • Chicken egg 2 pcs.
  • Flour 100-200 gr.
  • Salt, pepper to taste.
  • Vegetable oil for frying.

Sequencing:

  • Separate pike caviar from films and veins. Rinse it under water and let it dry.
  • Mix pike caviar with chicken eggs, then add 3-4 tbsp. l. flour. Salt and pepper everything. Mix everything thoroughly afterwards.
  • Form small patties and roll them in flour.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the pike caviar cutlets on it on both sides until golden brown.


How to cook pike caviar salad

Ingredients:

  • Beef 200 gr.
  • Pickled cucumbers 200 gr.
  • Pike caviar (lightly salted) 200 gr.
  • Ham 150-200 gr.
  • Egg 2 pcs.
  • Greenery for decoration.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Mayonnaise for dressing.

Sequencing:

  • Boil the beef and cut it into small strips. Then cut the ham and cucumber into cubes. Mix everything and put in a salad bowl.
  • Put pike caviar in the salad. Salt and pepper everything, then mix thoroughly. Season everything with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
  • Boil the eggs and rub them on a fine grater. Put them on the salad, then add some caviar on top.


How to cook salted pike caviar

Ingredients:

  • Pike caviar 500-600 gr.
  • Salt 2 tbsp. l.
  • Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.

Sequencing:

  • Remove the films from the caviar and remove all impurities. Then rinse it, then pour boiling water over it for a few seconds. Then you need to drain the water and let it dry.
  • Add salt and vegetable oil to the caviar. Mix everything thoroughly.
  • Put the caviar in a container and leave in the refrigerator for a day.

How to cook eggs from pike caviar

Ingredients:

  • Pike caviar 800-900 gr.
  • Egg 1 pc.
  • Flour 4 tbsp. l.
  • Vegetable oil.
  • Salt, pepper to taste.

Sequencing:

  • Rub the ovaries through a sieve to remove the films. Then rinse it under cool water.
  • Mix pike caviar with egg. Then gradually add flour. Salt and pepper everything, then mix thoroughly.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the eggs on both sides until golden brown.

Cooked dishes from pike caviar can be decorated with herbs. For example, parsley or dill. So you can not only decorate the dish, but also give it an additional taste and aroma.
