Any fish, especially sea fish, has a lot of trace elements useful for the human body. Fish is very useful for children to eat, as it contains a large amount of phosphorus, which has a beneficial effect on brain development. It is recommended to eat fish dishes twice a week. I also love baked pollock. Earlier, there was even a day called fishy. On this day, in all canteens, fish dishes, soups, cutlets were prepared, they were simply fried, it fell on Thursday. I want to offer you a recipe, baked pollock with sour cream in the oven.
For cooking, you will need an oven, deep baking sheet, non-handle frying pan, or a heat-resistant glass cup.

Ingredients:

• Pollock - 600 g
• Medium carrots - 1 pc.
• Bulb onions - 1 pc.
• Potatoes are not very large - 3 pcs.
• Sour cream - 200 g
• Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. spoon
• Salt - 1 hour spoon or to taste
• Ground black pepper - 1/6 tsp
• Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons

In order to bake pollock in sour cream, rinse the fish with running water.

Cut into 4-6cm portions. Remove the insides and black film from the inside of the fish.

Baked pollock sauce

Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots,

mix and fry in vegetable oil in a frying pan.

Put sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, fish and fried carrots with onions in a deep cup.
