After fifteen minutes of boiling (from the moment of boiling), the drink should be removed from heat and cooled to room temperature. After that, it is recommended to add lemon juice (from one slice), a little honey, as well as decoctions of herbs (melissa, rosehip, mint, etc.) to the finished tea. Tea should be drunk daily. In the morning, in such a drink to increase metabolism, you can add a little cloves and black pepper. During the diet, tea should be drunk before meals for thirty minutes.

Grind half a tablespoon of chopped ginger root with a blender, add to 60 g of mint and a small pinch of ground cardamom. Brew the composition with boiling water and insist for half an hour. Then cool to 60 degrees, strain and add half a glass of lemon and 1/4 cup of orange juice, as well as a small amount of honey. This tea should be consumed chilled.

Ginger root, in addition to weight loss, also has medicinal properties. For example, to normalize the functioning of the bladder and kidneys, ginger should be brewed with the addition of lingonberry leaves. But to eliminate abdominal pain and indigestion will help ginger root in combination with yarrow, mint and black elderberry flowers, which should be brewed like regular tea.

And the following ginger recipe will help warm up after a long stay in the cold, prevent the development of a cold. Combine juice from two fresh lemons with boiling water to make 300 ml. Add two teaspoons of honey and a small amount of finely chopped ginger root to the resulting liquid. The resulting volume should be divided in half, add two tablespoons of whiskey to each half.

Combine one part of celery root, ginger root and orange zest. In the resulting mixture, add two parts of the oven-baked lemon and beets. Then add three parts of chopped fresh carrots to the mixture. Mix all the ingredients well and season with vegetable oil.

  • Since ginger tea has a tonic effect, it is not recommended to use it at night, as this can cause insomnia.
