KKM errors (excerpts from standard instructions). Procedure when error messages appear when working with a cash register with data transfer The message “The check has already been punched on the fiscal device”

This publication discusses some errors that occur when working with cash register devices “with data transfer”, and the procedure to take when error messages appear.

Procedure when error messages appear when working with cash register devices “with data transfer”

Cash registers “with data transfer” (fiscal registrars) do not have a special indication on the case that allows you to visually determine whether there is a connection between the computer and the online cash register, and what state the cash register is in: is the cash register shift open or closed.

Therefore, when working with a fiscal registrar, various service messages or error messages often appear in the program. Let's look at some of the most common situations that cause these messages, look at what they may be associated with and what actions need to be taken in a given situation.

Message "Shift not open or expired"

With this message, the system informs that the cash register shift has not yet been opened on the fiscal device.

To fix it you need to do the following:

  • save document Check by button Write down ;
  • open shift by button Open shift In chapter Bank and cash desk – Cash desk –, and the fiscal registrar will display Shift opening report;

  • close fiscal device control processing;
  • click in document Check button Accept payment and print the receipt.

Message “The check has already been punched on the fiscal device”

With this message, the program protects against double punching of the same cash receipt.

For example, if you need to fix errors in document Cash receipt transaction type Payment from buyer, for which a check has already been punched, you must:

  • based on document Cash receipt enter document Cash withdrawal type of transaction Return of payment to the buyer, for the same amount as the foundation document;
  • hold a document Cash withdrawal ;
  • punch a check with the type of transaction Return to buyer;
  • generate a new correct document Cash receipt .

The message “An error occurred when connecting the equipment: The device could not be connected. Port not available"

This message indicates that the program has no connection with the cash register.

Let's look at the reasons why this error may occur and how to correct them.

  • First of all, you need to check whether the fiscal device is turned on and whether power is supplied to it.
  • It is necessary to check whether the fiscal registrar is connected to the computer. If the fiscal registrar is connected to a computer (via wired or wireless) local network, you should make sure that the network is working;
  • You should check the fiscal registrar connection settings specified in the program.

In this example, the connection port COM6 is specified in the settings. If you search for equipment using the KKM utility , it can be seen that the fiscal registrar uses the COM5 port for connection.

After correcting errors, you must run Device test in the cash register card through the section Administration – Connected equipment – CCP “with data transfer” and make sure that the program has a connection with the fiscal registrar. If the test is successful, the program displays a message "Test completed successfully".

Message “Cashier shift exceeded 24 hours”

Since, according to legal requirements, the duration of a cash register shift cannot exceed 24 hours, the system will not allow cash transactions to be performed until the previous cash register shift is closed using the button Close shift through processing Fiscal device management In chapter Bank and cash desk – Cash desk.

Message “An error occurred while performing the operation: The shift is open - the operation is impossible”

With this message, the system informs that the fiscal registrar is in open shift mode.

To correct the situation, you need to close processing Fiscal device management and proceed to the generation of documents from which cash receipts will be punched. No other special steps are required.

Troubleshooting

The cash register does not respond to keyboard presses:

When pressing the keys nothing appears on the display:

The cash register is turned off - turn on the power.
A command is being processed - wait for the current operation to complete.
The cash register is waiting for confirmation of the operation (on the cash register display: “С–00”) - confirm the operation (key [ 00 ]) or refuse to perform the operation (key [ WITH]).
The cash register is waiting for the section number to be entered (on the display of the cash register in the left digit is the symbol “ With"") – enter the section number or refuse to perform this registration (key [ WITH]).
The cash register has displayed an error code (on the display of the cash register in the leftmost segment – “E”, in the three rightmost segments – XXX – error code): press the [ key WITH].
The cash register is out of order - contact the service center that services this cash register.

The cash register does not enter the mode:

The mode is blocked (for example, the FC buffer is full - the cash register has blocked entry into the registration mode, the FC buffer is not full - the cash register is blocking attempts to print the FC).
Invalid mode number or password - check the mode and password.

The cash register constantly asks for a password (immediately after turning on the power):

The cash register is blocked, so an attempt was made to enter the tax inspector mode, but the wrong tax inspector password was entered - enter the correct tax inspector password.

Nothing is printed on the receipt, the paper is rewound normally:

The thermal paper is not loaded into the cash register machine, or thermal paper that does not meet the technical parameters - replace the paper.
Thermal paper is not loaded correctly - Load the thermal paper correctly.

The cash register displays error E 103 (No paper), but there is paper:

The paper has formed a “wave” - rewind the paper roll so that there is no “wave”.
The printer is out of order - contact the service center that services this cash register.

The printer does not feed paper when you press the [ key. ]:

Printer lever raised - lower printer lever.
The paper is “stuck” - release the paper.
A command is being processed - wait for the current operation to complete.
The cash register is out of order - contact the service center that services this cash register.

When you turn on the power supply of the cash register, nothing appears on the display, the cash register beeps (several times per second), the red indicator lights up:

Battery KKM FULLY discharged - charge the battery.

Note:This effect can appear not only when the cash register is turned on, but also when printing a receipt when the red indicator of the cash register is on.

Initializing tables

Attention! The operation is possible only during a closed shift and only during the first turn on after replacing the core (“CLOCK FAILED!”). To write default values to all fields of all rows of all tables:
1. Turn on the power supply to the cash register.
2. Enter the table initialization mode - sequentially dial [00] and [x].
3. Enter the operator password with system administrator rights - “30”.
4. Confirm entering the password with the [OPL] key.
5. Confirm initialization with the [OO] key.

Technological zeroing of cash registers

Attention! The operation is possible only during a closed shift and only during the first turn on after replacing the core (“CLOCK FAILED!”). Technological reset of cash register is an operation that performs general clearing and initialization of tables:
1. Turn on the power supply to the cash register.
2. Enter the technological zeroing mode - sequentially dial [0] and [PS].
3. Confirm the reset with the [ 00 ] key.
4. The cash register performs general clearing and initializes tables (these operations take several minutes).

Note:During initialization and technological zeroing, the check cliche is deleted, therefore, upon completion of the initialization process or technological zeroing, the cliche must be restored.

4 KASBI 02F Possible malfunctions and ways to eliminate them During operation, constant monitoring of the condition of the machine is carried out. If any discrepancy or error is detected in the operation of the equipment, a sound signal is issued and a corresponding message is displayed on the indicator. Any pressing of keys not described in the operating algorithm of the machine, violation of the sequence of key pressing, or pressing of two or more keys at the same time does not cause the machine to lock and does not produce any action. To identify possible malfunctions, the machine is equipped with a self-test. When you turn on the cash register, the information is verified and the hardware is tested: checking the keyboard; checking indicators; proper operation of the RAM; reliability of the control information block in the RPOM; reliability of information in program ROM; connection and reliability of information in the MFP Note - Any write operation to the MFP drive and RPOM is accompanied by a control reading with comparison during the entire operating time of the cash register. If one of the tests is completed, the name of the malfunction is displayed on the indicator; if this occurs, the machine is blocked. ATTENTION! If the machine is blocked, you should contact a technical service center (TSC) specialist.
