Clamps make this procedure easier. Muscular shell. How to remove muscle clamps

The technique for removing internal clips will help you to permanently get rid of various internal clips, blocks and negative installations in your address.

To release muscle and internal clamps, use the following psychotechnics.

Stand up straight, focusing your attention on your right or left hand. Strain it to the extent possible. After a few seconds, you need to relieve tension and relax your hand. Do similar exercises with the second arm, with both legs, lower back, neck.

2. "Puppet"

Imagine that you are a puppet doll. After the performance, you were hanged in a closet on a carnation. It should be imagined that you are suspended by different parts of the body: by the finger, neck, ear, shoulder. The body at the same time should be fixed only at this point. And everything else is relaxed and loose. This exercise can be performed at an arbitrary pace. Both with closed and open eyes. Not bad, if someone from the side would be watching your degree of relaxation.

3. "Rollout voltage"

The participant needs to strain his left hand to the limit. Then, gradually relaxing it, transfer the tension to the right hand. After that, completely relaxing the already right one, transfer it to the right foot, then to the left. And then on the neck, back, lower back.

4. "Spaghetti"
Want to turn into pasta? To do this, relax your hands: from forearm to fingertips. You need to swing your arms in different directions. And while controlling their absolute freedom.

Next, free your hands from your elbow to your fingertips, continuing the chaotic rotation. The elbow joint must be kept closed, but completely free fingers and hands. They should be rotated, feeling springy vibration. The fingers should be free and flow like boiled spaghetti.

5. "Fire and ice"

In this exercise, you must alternately strain and relax the entire body. At the command of Comrade “Fire!” You begin to make intensive movements with your whole body. The degree of their intensity and smoothness you choose. A friend gives the command: "Ice!". And you should be stuck in the position in which the team of your friend froze you. In this case, you need to strain the entire body to the limit. Your comrade alternates these commands several times, changing the execution time of both at their discretion.

6. "Relaxation account"

Accept the starting position - standing, feet shoulder-width apart, and arms pointing up. Comrade considers. During the counting party must gradually relax all parts of the body. At the expense of "one" you need to relax your hands. On the "two" elbows. On the count of "three" relax your shoulders and arms, on the "four" - your head. And at the expense of "five" it is necessary to completely relax the torso, which should be kept only on the legs. On the count of "six" complete relaxation. You sit "to the point." Next on your buddy's cotton get up.

In addition, the leader at different speeds can give a command to relax. At the same time checking the quality of relaxation of each part of the body of the participant. For example, at the expense of "one, two" shook his hands and checked the degree of relaxation.

7. “Growing up”

Squat, bend your head to your knees and clasp them with your hands. The facilitator says: “Imagine that you are a small sprout that has just appeared from the ground. You get up and gradually straighten, open and rush up. I will help you grow by counting to six. Try to distribute the stages of your growth evenly. ”

If in the future you want to complicate this exercise, the leader can increase the length of growth to 15–20 stages.

8. "Stretched and broke"

You must stand up straight. Hands and the whole body rush up, but the foot is completely flat against the floor. Do not tear off your heels.

The leader says the following: “We stretch, stretch up. Higher and higher. Mentally tear off the heels from the floor (nor should they be on the floor) to become even higher. Now imagine that your hands have broken and hung limply. Then the arms break in the elbows and shoulders. His shoulders fell, his head hung, and broke at the waist, his knees buckled. They fell to the floor, lying relaxed, comfortable on the floor. Listen to yourself: is there any tension left? Relax this place. ”

During this exercise, the facilitator necessarily draws the participant’s attention to the following components:

show the difference between the execution of the command “broke hands” and “lower brushes” (their relaxation is achieved in the first case)

when the participant is already lying on the floor, the presenter should bypass everyone, check whether the body is completely relaxed, indicating the locations of the muscle clamps

9. "Clips in a circle"

You walk in a circle and, on command, strain your left arm, left leg, right arm, right leg, lower back, both legs, your whole body. The body tension must first be weak and gradually increase to the limit. In a state of extreme stress, you need to walk for at least 20 seconds. Then, at the command of a friend, you should completely relieve tension. That is, completely relax the tense area of the body.

On the instructions of the lead participant, at the end of each part of the exercise, he listens to the sensations of his body. At the same time, he continues to calmly walk in a circle, remembering in this part of the body the usual tension for himself (that is, his usual clamp). After which, you should gradually strain the body again in this place. Bringing the clip to the limit, reset after 17-20 seconds.

10. "Plasticine dolls"

Exercise consists of three stages. During it, the participant needs to turn into a plasticine doll. For the first leading cotton, the participant must become a doll, which was kept in a cold place for a long time. In this regard, the clay lost its softness and plasticity: it is tough and hard.

The second clap means getting started with dolls. The leader must change the poses of the dolls. A participant needs to remember that the frozen form of dolls complicates his work. He must feel that the material resists.

On the third clap the last stage begins. It is necessary to imagine that the room suddenly turned on a lot of heating devices. Dolls are softened. It should be noted that this is a process, not an instantaneous reincarnation. First, you must gutter those parts of the body, which took less clay. These are neck, fingers, arms, and then legs.

In the final part of the exercise, the dolls “flow down” to the floor and turn into a shapeless plasticine mass. In turn, this is an absolute muscle relaxation.

Relieving tension and clips helps improve performance, increases self-confidence and improves mood. For dynamic relaxation, raise your right hand, and then squeeze and unclench the brush for one and a half minutes. Hold your hand raised for another minute and a half, then lower it and relax as much as possible so that it hangs with a whip. Do the same exercise with your left hand, ensuring that you get maximum relaxation in both hands. Without straining your upper limbs, lift your right knee to the waist 50-70 times, then take a sitting position and relax your right leg and arms. Stand up and do the same exercise with your left foot.

Relaxation of this kind is necessary to produce, repeating aloud or silently the phrase that gives the installation to calm. It may sound like this, - “I am calm. I am absolutely calm. Under any circumstances, in any situation, and I will remain absolutely calm. " Saying this formula (with closed eyes), try to clothe it in images and visualize it. Such a stress relief is useful to perform twice a day - in the morning and in the evening for 5-7 minutes. As a result of the exercises, anxiety and neuroses are eliminated, balance and confidence are gained, and internal clips are removed that impede effective human development.

One of the famous psychologists who have devoted much time to studying the process of removing clamps is Vladimir Levi. Here are a few of their types inherent in different people. For those who are focused on serious problems, for example, concerning their own health, the eyelids, nose bridge and eyebrow are constantly and strongly strained. Irritable, weeping and lonely people usually suffer from excessive tension in the jaws, lips and mouth. For insecure individuals (often young people), tonic slouch is often observed, and tension covers the shoulders, neck and neck. Restless, irritable, overly active people are characterized by clamps of the fingers and elbows. For those who talk a lot, the abdominals, diaphragm, pharynx and larynx are often excessively strained.

All the above clips are a source of bad mood, indecision, and in some cases lead to stuttering. As a rule, combinations of several clips are observed. They can be detected quite easily by anyone, which is the first step on the path of stress relief. That it is necessary to do this is beyond doubt. A person does not get tired of work, as such, but for the most part it is from internal clips and tension of emotions.

Having learned to relax, we will get rid of the “muscular armor” that binds the body, and at the same time we will deal with the “cockroaches” in our head.

The clamps in the elbows, wrists, ready to clench into fists, closed jaws - signs of a person who is too active, too restless, prone to conflicts.

And the clamps in the neck, chest and legs are often in people with low self-esteem.

Alas, not everyone can boast of psychological stability. In our difficult times, balanced people are very rare. Daily stress, negative emotions, unfulfilled desires ... If they accumulate too much, they begin to form muscle clamps in our body. Do you have them? Let's check...

One person asks another:

Here you do not drink, do not smoke, those ... And how can you relax?

And I'm not straining. ”

How to remove the clips? Fun exercise

WHERE DO YOU CLIP HANG?

Throw your body in your mind, see if your hands, forearms, scapulae, legs, feet are relaxed ...

Do not forget about the muscles of the face. Is it reduced to the nose? Is the brow furrowed? Are jaws clenched? If you are reading this magazine without relaxing on the beach, you probably found at least a couple of clasps. And each one of them means something.

And that's because what happens: the clips in the mind lead to the clips in the muscles, and those, in turn, to the clips in the mind. Communication is two-way. So, having learned to relax, we will not only get rid of the “muscular armor that shackles our entire body, and we will also look at the“ cockroaches ”in our head.

And a wonderful system of exercises, tonoplasty, will help us in this. Its author is the legendary psychotherapist, doctor of medicine and psychology Vladimir Lvovich Levy. By the way, if you try to get involved in the company of friends, bear in mind that there will be no end to the general fun.

TRANS GORILLA

This exercise is very powerful in its long-lasting effect, it has two options: male and female.

Use the second option yourself.

Exercise is to train gorilla. These primates, eager for an attack on the enemy, Kolosho-maty themselves on the chest. In this way they raise their morale. So, men are invited to completely follow the example of the primates.

KAA THINKS

And this exercise contributes to a deep relaxation and quick sleep. Mark two points on the wall - one under the other. Lie down opposite this wall at a distance of 2-3 meters. Now start slowly shifting the gaze from one point to another. Slower, slower. Soon note: the eyelids were heavy and relaxed. Now you can sleep.

SMILE JUNGLE

The following exercise quickly eliminates anxiety and fear. To put it less poeticly, the “Jungle Smile” is just a grin full-length. Smile so that all your teeth are visible. Look, maybe scary, but there will be no trace of fear. Especially recommended before the campaign "on the carpet" to the authorities. By the way, after the “Jungle Smile”, performed 12 times in a row, your face will light up on the Buddha's smile. In other words, it expresses your unlimited love for all living beings, without exception.

WILD DANCES

And now - a disco! There is no need to learn any special steps - complete improvisation. You can dance with or without music, with or without partner. The main thing is sponeness. Let your legs write out freaky knees by yourself, your arms - to hang around, the body - to walk with a shake. Wild bells perfectly remove any tension, but they are especially recommended to quit smoking. How do you feel nicotine hunger - immediately to the dance!

SMILE AND ANTISMAIL

Actually, this is not so much an exercise as a good reason to think.

Just try to lower the corners of your mouth, reduce your shoulders, squeezing your chest, hang your head ... After a couple of minutes, life will seem disgusting to you once every five, than it really is, if you sit like that for 20 or 30 minutes no sample...

Now we do the opposite - shoulders straighten, chest - forward, smile to the ears. And alternate "Smile" with "Anti-File". Seven such opposite will replace the douche. You will certainly cheer up. You might even like to laugh. And laughter, as we all know, is the best tonoplasty invented by Nature herself.

KISS A CHILD

This exercise not only relaxes the muscles of the face, but also perfectly smoothes wrinkles. Imagine a baby about to kiss mom: a mouth is made up of a straw, lips are an oval. He seems to be utteringly sounding the sound: ooo-oo. In this case, the head is lifted up, the skin under the chin is stretched. In one day, wrinkles, of course, will not disappear, but if you practice “Kiss the Child” every day for 2-3 minutes, excellent results will not keep you waiting.

Surely, each of you noticed that facial expressions in some people are mobile, active, a smile often shines on your face, and if a person is sad, you can understand this without words: the corners of the eyes are lowered, the nasolabial folds clearly show, the chin is trembling. For others, the face is like a fixed mask, absolutely no emotions are expressed. This is due to the absence or presence of muscle clamps and blocks that form a kind of "shell". And we are talking here not only about facial expressions, but also about landing the head, the position of the diaphragm, gait, posture. If you do not learn how to remove the muscle clamps, you can turn into a neurotic with mental rigidity.

Muscle clamps of the face, neck and back according to the theory of Reich

All our experiences — anger, sadness, joy, and fear — whether we like it or not — find their expression in our characteristic muscle movements. Negative emotions can form a “muscular shell”, the task of which is to restrain manifestations of negative experiences, not to allow it to spread due to the expected social condemnation. The three basic human impulses — anger, anxiety, and sexual desire — form, as a result of their suppression, chronic muscular clamps, depriving a person of a normal and happy life. A neurotic person with psychic rigidity can always be distinguished by physical rigidity — by the constraint of postures and movements that accompany a small range of expressed emotions. For the first time the Austrian psychologist Wilhelm Reich became involved in this issue. He revealed a number of interesting patterns. Muscle clips on the theory of Reich, there are several.

Face. Muscular clamping of the face at eye level is manifested in the "empty" expression of the eyes and a fixed forehead. It is eliminated by a circular movement of the eyes in different directions and opening their eyes. The clip "holds" unclaimed tears. Muscle clip at the level of the mouth includes the area of the chin, throat, jaw and neck. At the level of this segment manifestations of crying, anger, and indignation can be kept. The shell can be removed by imitating these emotions through appropriate movements and the uttering of crying sounds.

Neck.   The muscular clamp in the neck keeps crying, anger, crying. It is eliminated with the help of the same exercises as the previous one.

Back and chest.   At the level of this segment are involved muscles not only chest, but also shoulders, shoulder blades, arms. Holding back breathing is one of the most common ways to regulate a negative emotional state. Feelings of anger, sadness, suppressed passion are kept here. The muscular clamping of the back and chest can be eliminated both through training in rational, abdominal breathing skills, and through targeted relaxation.

What else are clips in the body

What else are clips in the body according to the theory of Wilhelm Reich?

Diaphragm.   The segment includes internal organs - the stomach, liver, kidneys. The muscular clamp in the area of the diaphragm holds strong anger. The weakening of the shell is associated with the activation of the gag reflex, since it is practically absent in people with such a clamp.

Stomach.   A muscle clip in the stomach holds emotions of fear and repressed anger.

Taz.The segment includes the muscles not only the pelvis, but also the legs. The pelvic muscular clamp keeps the desire for sexual arousal and anger. The stronger the clamp, the more the pelvis is drawn back, which makes it possible to identify people with this clamp by a characteristic mincing gait and to predict the peculiarities of character - irritability, anger. This is due to the inability to experience sexual satisfaction. Sexual aspirations are seen by the individual as vicious and base, and their suppression automatically leads him to anger.

How to relax and remove muscle facial clamps

Various activities may be suitable for relaxing muscle clamps or preventing their occurrence. For example, a general massage, a bath, dances (ballroom, “oriental”, modern, any), breathing exercises, sports activities will help to remove muscle clamps. Also, to get rid of the clamps, any physical activity is suitable, accompanied by a variety of movements.

To begin with, try to perform several exercises for the liberation and removal of facial clamps, and you will see how your mood, sense of self, and attitude towards you are changing. If you have a friendly, calm view of the world, then people stop straining and straining communicating with you, because emotions are often “contagious.”

One of the effective ways to relax muscle clamps is to massage the points of the face:

1. Points on the forehead between the eyebrows (“third eye”).

2. Points on the edges of the wings of the nose (paired).

3. Points on the midline of the face on the lower jaw between the lower lip and the upper edge of the chin.

4. Points in the temporal fossa of the eyebrows (paired).

5. Points slightly above the hairline on the back of the head, in the hole at the outer edge of the trapezius muscle.

6. Points between the external auditory canal and the edge of the mandibular articulation in the area of the ear tragus.

The massage is performed with the fingertips, strictly vertically, without rubbing, with moderate force.

Another method to remove muscle clamps is to massage the ears:

1. Auricle ripping up from the ear canal.

2. Earlobe squeezing from top to bottom.

3. Slinging the middle part of the auricle from the ear canal to the outside.

4. Circular movements of the ears in both directions with the help of palms. Press your palms firmly to your ears, creating a feeling of vacuum, and make circular movements in both directions. Sharply tear off the palm to the clap in the ear (this should not be done for those who have or are missing the eardrum eardrum).

Massage of auricles is performed 15-20 times with moderate force.

How to remove the eye muscle clamps

Before removing the muscular eye clips on your own, create a calm, peaceful atmosphere, preferably when you exercise these exercises, stay alone with yourself.

1. Vertical movement (up and down); slowly make eye movements to the crown and to the area.

2. Horizontal eye movements (left-right), trying to look a little further behind your back.

3. "Butterfly"   - translate the view in the lower left corner - in the upper right corner - in the lower right corner - in the upper left corner, and in reverse order.

4. "Eight"   - draw the eyes of a horizontal figure eight, or a sign of infinity.

5. "Strabismus".We look at the tip of the nose, then forward; on the nose - forward and sideways; on the point between the eyebrows - forward and sideways.

6. "Big Circle".   Imagine a large gold dial and slowly trace your gaze from digit to digit in both directions. Gradually increase the radius of the circle.

All exercises are performed without effort, without tension, in a relaxed atmosphere; no need to squint and open your eyes too wide. After each exercise, relax your eyes, blinking them often-often, easily-easily.

Exercises for the liberation and removal of facial clamps

It is recommended to do these exercises for removing muscle clamps and emancipation in the morning in order to “warm up the face”, and in the evening to “erase the negative”.

1. "The Mask of Wonder".   Performed sitting or standing, better in front of the mirror. Simultaneously with a slow inhale, raise the eyebrows, as a surprised person does. On the free breath lower eyebrows.

2. "The mask of anger."   Frown eyebrows, squeeze lips, inflate the wings of the nose. Muscle effort builds up gradually, simultaneously with a slow breath. During the free expiration of the muscles are released from tension.

3.   "Mask grumpy."   Lower the corners of the mouth, squeeze the mouth, the muscles of the chin are tense.

4. "The mask of the trumpeter."   In doing the exercise, you should not only inflate the cheeks, but also strain the muscles. The mouth is tight, the circular muscle of the mouth is tense.

5. Exercise for the eyelids.Performed sitting. On a slow inhale, lower the upper eyelids, first lightly, then with gradually increasing effort. Then close your eyes tightly.

6. "The mask of laughter."Slowly inhale. The corners of the mouth as much as possible lift up, eyes squint, mouth opens, exposing the teeth (two fingers should fit between the upper and lower). Hold the breath. Now quickly breathe out and relax the facial muscles.

7. The sound is "eh".   It is carried out standing. The movement of the tongue is simulated when the sound “eh” is pronounced: the tongue is pressed to the roots of the upper teeth at the border with a hard palate. The mouth is ajar. Slow breath - gradual tension, free breath - relax.

Exercises are done 7-10 times, slowly, while inhaling, muscles tense up, while exhaling they relax.

Hello, dear friends!

It is very important to be able to get rid of the load and ballast that blocks the development of a person, forcing him to move backwards. In addition to past accomplishments, the person can pull the absolutely destructive installation and.

The clamps in the body become an insurmountable barrier for many individuals that decide to make their lives successful. In fact, negative emotions are a good reason, provoking a whole galaxy of various diseases.

If a person does not know how or does not want to get rid of such feelings, then very soon they will be transformed into symptoms of diseases and will affect their well-being. The accumulation of negative charges runs smoothly and quickly.

When the transition to the physical form did take place, then the person experiences a deep press of clamps. How to remove “canned” experiences from your body and heal a life filled with health?

Psychosomatics is a trend not only in medicine, but also in psychology. It is engaged in studying the influence of psychological factors on the manifestation and course of bodily diseases.

The bodily effects of a hard day or stressful situations are not hard to find. To do this, just re-acquaint yourself with your body and notice those features that you have never had to pay attention to before.

Muscle blocks in the body is an unpleasant state of constant muscle tension, and more often the whole group. The more clips are hidden in the human body, the faster his working capacity looses strength and the emotional crush. A person cannot feel comfortable with himself: she is overcome by mood swings, negative experiences, and spasm.

Fear and muscle blockade

When people feel the reaction of fear, changes already occur in the body. In response to panic and fear, the human body becomes vulnerable and reacts with the appearance of a nidus in the muscles or pain in the most problematic organ. Pain in the heart, stomach, gynecology problems - all these are common causes of a visit to the doctor.

Most often, the onset of unpleasant sensations affects the collar area. Habit to pull the head into the shoulders is a vivid example. It also reacts violently to the provocation of the diaphragm area due to intermittent breathing.

The muscles that are around the eyes are one of the first to enter into a psychosomatic reaction to the stimulus. For many people, this can be expressed in a tic attack or the "glazed eye" syndrome.

The hands or limbs begin to treacherously tremble and appear in tremor, along with a very strong back clamp, which tends to take the form of a curved arc.

In the case of systematic or even chronic muscular tension due to a constant feeling of fear or anxiety, the individual’s organism forms a muscular clamp. Such storage is dangerous in many ways at the most inopportune moment.

Have you ever felt an attack of total and uncontrollable fear when there is no threat? All because of the muscular memory of the body. When something similar to a dangerous situation appears next to you, the body out of habit is saved by compression and trembling.

Such a state of psychological and physical health is dangerous for the deepening of diseases and their development. If at the beginning the seizure can manifest mild nausea, then in the epic of its development a similar reflex can lead to paralysis of the body.

What makes the shell formed inside?

  • He eats an unreal amount of energy, so a person gets only its bit. Constant feeling of fatigue - the initial stage of the blocker;
  • in the place where the clamp has settled, squeezing of blood vessels occurs due to excessive tension in the muscular system. In this regard, the metabolism slows down, the organs do not receive nutritional supplements and oxygen. Further, the process comes to a weakening of the immunity and the culmination of the action - the disease;
  • the body of the individual becomes alien and uncontrollable. It resembles a split application that produces errors and crashes. How to get rid of the clamps on their own and what exercises as effectively as possible help to bring yourself back to normal?

1. Techniques to relax the body and soul

Relaxing muscle barricades - very helpful! Such techniques perfectly relieve tension and help restore mental balance. A person will be able to return to the state of full and effective rest and energy circulation. Of course, the study reflected on the face and soul personality.

What will you gain? Normalization of the blood supply, proper lymphatic drainage, elasticity and flexibility of the muscles. The skill of complete relaxation you need to constantly train. Meditations are fundamental techniques that transfer a person to a completely different dimension, free from problems and pain.

It's sad, but most people simply do not realize the oppressive depression due to inattention or lack of communication with their body. Make up for lost time and train about which I wrote in my article earlier.

2. Elaboration of removing clips of body parts

Mouth

The characteristic tightness of the mouth is a powerful blocking of the transmission of feelings, both positive and negative charge. A person can talk without opening his jaw, smile imperceptibly and be afraid to open his mouth widely at the time of dialogue.

I want to invite you to familiarize yourself with the exercise, which helps to remove the blocks around the mouth opening. It should be performed daily and systematically, left alone with him.

So, sit on the floor. In other words - roll up into a ball, like an embryo. After complete calm, close your eyes and start doing sucking movements for more than 10 minutes. After your workout, relax and rest with your eyes closed for a couple more minutes.

Do not be afraid to show emotions. You can even cry! Why is that? Suppressed needs and feelings about affection and security begin to emerge from the depths of the body clips.

Throat and jaw

Severity at the time of swallowing or an unconscious habit of constantly swallowing saliva is the first beacon of a problem. A clamp in the vocal cords can also be seen here.

Clenched jaws block the flow of any sound. This is a signal from the body that it refuses to “release into the wild” all emotional experiences. In order to get rid of the unpleasant feeling, it is necessary to perform a simple, but very effective exercise.

Yawn in the afternoon and evening, as widely and freely opening the jaws. Be sure to sound this reflex process, without pinching the sound in the throat.

I will also advise you to use a technique that allows you to get negative emotions, rage from the inside of the body. To do this you will need a towel or any soft toy.

You need to bite and pull the towel out of your teeth, making a characteristic "dog" growl. Invest in this study all the anger and aggression. When you are tired, try to stand still and completely relax the jaws (the mouth will be open and the lower jaw as low as possible).

Sternum

The thorax clamp immediately causes breathing problems. To check for problems, it’s enough to perform this procedure: pronounce the sound “aaa” while sitting on the floor for 20 seconds. If the right amount of seconds fails to sound, then the problem is most likely present.

Correct, breathing practices, expertly recommend themselves at the time of removal of the chest clamps. I recommend that you familiarize yourself with an effective disposal method.

You need to lie across the sofa so that your feet stay on the floor. The buttocks should hang slightly off the surface. Under the lower back, be sure to place a large cushion in the form of a pillow or towel. That is, your head, and the main body will get the most open posture and remain much lower than the pelvis.

Tilt your hands over your head, with your fingers up. And here it is rarely necessary, but breathe deeply enough for about 20 minutes. If tears fill your eyes, do not be intimidated - this is a normal reaction of the body to the rejection of blocks.

Friends, stay healthy and happy!

Subscribe to the blog update and comment read! Do you know an effective technique for getting rid of clamps?

See you on the blog, bye-bye!

When we express emotions, the resource prepared by the body is used in a timely manner and the muscles relax. But most often we do not know how to express anger or fear in such a way as not to harm ourselves or people, we don’t want to know about these feelings and the feelings of our loved ones, preferring to suppress them. The body cannot be deceived, and what we hide from others and from our own consciousness remains in it in the form of tension. Such chronic tension in the muscles of the body is called "muscle shell". Gradually, it ceases to be noticed, and the person lives without even knowing about it.

Muscular shell invisibly does its evil deed:

  • he spends a large amount of energy, which means that a person is constantly experiencing its lack;
  • strained muscles pinch blood vessels, and in the places where the muscular armor is located, the tissues of the organs constantly lack nutrients and oxygen carried by the blood, metabolism is disturbed, which, in turn, leads to weakening of the organs and to various diseases;
  • the human body becomes split.

A person charged with energy radiates vigor, he is less sensitive to climate change, does not depend on weather conditions. A person who is experiencing a shortage of energy, necessarily reacts to rain, and pressure drops, and to change the length of daylight. It is known that people prone to, the worst of all feel in winter and in early spring, when even a strong body is somewhat depleted.

Unproductive energy consumption to maintain muscle shell leads to the fact that unconsciously a person seeks to save energy. To this end, he reduces his communication, fenced off from the outside world.

Movement, posture, characteristic facial expression - all this is developed gradually as a result of the most frequently used combination of tension and muscle relaxation, which has become habitual. And all this expresses our basic life attitudes, thoughts, attitudes, expectations and beliefs, which, in turn, cause a definite emotional state.

The following exercises help relax muscle clamps and are fully accessible for self-fulfillment. However, they will not help if you do them just a few times. Make it a rule to do them daily and devote to them for at least half an hour. Of course, you do not need to deal with all at once. First do them several times. Then set for yourself the sequence in which you will deal with them, and learn in turn. Later, you will understand which classes have the greatest effect and are more necessary for you.

Let's start with the upper ring of clips, which passes through the mouth and throat.

Mouth

A compressed mouth blocks all transmission of the senses. But it is the mouth that is the very first communication channel. We kiss those whom we want to express our tenderness and love.

When we forbid ourselves to feel longing for love, relying on the sad experience that tells us that love can bring only pain and disappointment, this retention of a person’s natural need is reflected in the clamping area of the mouth. The same thing happens when we forbid ourselves to express in words our feelings. A constricted mouth also leads to a violation of communication, and all together - to dissatisfaction with life.

To relax the blocks around the mouth, you need to systematically perform the following exercise.

Lie in the fetal position, that is, lying on your side, pull your knees up, fold your arms, folding them across your chest. About this position they say still "curl up". Start making sucking movements with your lips. Do this as long as possible - as long as the lips can suck. After that, relax and lie down a bit more.

During this exercise, many people begin to cry. This happens because the long-repressed longing for affection and security rises and begins to emerge. Do not hold back. A sob all over is useful. It helps to defuse the accumulated negative voltage, not only around the mouth, but throughout the body. Children always cry completely, from head to toe. And then they are taught to restrain themselves.

Jaws, Throat and Vocal Cords

The ring of tension in the throat area corresponds to the unconscious protection against forced “swallowing” of unpleasant from the outside. At the same time, this is an unconscious retention of control over the feeling of fear, protection from those feelings and reactions that, according to a person, can be condemned and unacceptable to others.

Clenched jaws block any sound trying to break out. The same ring clamped and vocal cords. The sound of a voice creates the impression that a person is tense, it is difficult for him to give different intonations to the sound. Sometimes the voice becomes monotonous, sometimes hoarse or hoarse, and sometimes too high. This is because the muscles involved in sound formation, become inactive.

Compressed lower jaw is equivalent to the words "they will not pass." It is as if a person does not want to allow undesirable people to come to him, but he also does not want to let go of those who live in the soul. He is closed and cannot accept the changes that are inevitable in life.

When the body needs more energy, for example, when it is tired or wants to sleep, the mouth should be wide open for fuller breathing. That is why we are yawning. When yawning, the ring of tension, which includes the muscles that set the jaw in motion, is temporarily released, and this acts on the mouth, throat and throat, opening them wide to let the required air through. Therefore, to relax the jaws, you need to yawn.

Open your mouth wide and yawn. Do it in the morning, afternoon and evening.

Blocks in the jaws arise from a pent-up desire to bite, which at the psychological level means restraining the impulses of anger.

Take moderately resilient and moderately soft ball. You can use specially designed for this purpose dog toys. You can take a twisted towel. Bite with all your might. At the same time growl, tear the toy out of your own teeth, but do not loosen the bite. Embed in this process all the rage, all the anger that has gathered in your soul. When tired, relax your jaws. At this time, the lower jaw will drop, the mouth will be parted.

Here are two more ways to relieve tension in the lower jaw.

  1. Lower the lower jaw. Press down on the chewing muscles at the angle of the lower jaw. If the muscles are very tense, it can be painful. Squeeze these muscles regularly, so that they relax.
  2. Pull the chin forward and hold it in this position for 30 seconds. Move the tense jaw to the right, to the left, keeping it pushed forward. Then open your mouth as wide as possible and note whether you can open it so that the three middle fingers of the palm fit one over the other between your teeth.

During this exercise, you may feel anxiety or increasing anger. It's good. Many people are hesitant to unlock their emotions because of the fear of not coping with surging feelings. But it is the emission of feelings in special conditions (for example, when performing an exercise) that makes this process safe and very useful. For many people, the strain on the muscles of the chin does not allow them to open their mouth wide.

Jaws are energetically connected with eyes. The tension in the lower jaw reduces the flow of energy to the eyes and reduces the visual possibilities. The expression "extinct eyes" has a literal meaning: the lack of nutrients, in particular due to blockages in the jaw, affects the cornea of the eye, and it becomes less shiny. And in the opposite direction: chronically suppressed crying leads to tension in the jaw. That is why the exercise of releasing clamps is often accompanied by crying.

Because of the pent-up desire to scream in pain and fear, blocks arise in the vocal cords. Therefore, the best way to unlock the clamps in the throat is a loud and long cry.

If you have the opportunity to shout that there is urine (for example, in the woods or in the country, when there is no one nearby), shout. Shout about your suffering, your anger and frustration. It is not necessary at the same time to pronounce the words. Let it be a single sound coming out of your throat with force.

Often such a cry turns into a sob. This is due to unblocking of emotions and is very helpful. Many people can not afford to cry - the conditions do not allow, or the clamps are so strong that the cry does not work. Then you can do the following exercise.

Place your right thumb on one centimeter below the angle of the lower jaw, and the middle finger in the same position on the other side of the neck. Maintain this pressure continuously and start making sounds, first quietly and then increasing the volume. Try to maintain a high tone.

Then move your fingers to the middle of the neck and repeat the long sound of an average tone. And then repeat all the same, squeezing the muscles at the base of the neck, while making low sounds.

However, throat exercises alone cannot relieve all the blockages caused by the retention of emotions. The next belt of muscle clamps is at chest level.

Chest and breathing

For many people, the chest does not move with breathing. And the breathing itself is superficial and frequent or superficial and uneven. There are delays in inhalation or exhalation. Alexander Lowen said that chest bulging is a form of challenge, disobedience, as if the body says: "I will not let you get close to me." In other people, the chest is compressed and never fully expanded. In the language of physical metaphor, this means: "I am depressed and I cannot take from life what it offers me."

Chest belt clamps cause breathing problems. And any difficulties in the respiratory process also cause fear. When a person is not aware of the true cause of fear, he becomes anxious and looks for this cause in the outside world.

To check if you have trouble breathing, do the following exercise.

In a sitting position on a chair, say in your usual voice: “Aah”, looking at the second hand of the clock. If you are unable to hold the sound for 20 seconds, it means that you have trouble breathing.

You can relax the muscle ring around the chest with the help of breathing exercises. This type of breathing is named after Loewen, a psychotherapist who developed many different techniques of body-oriented therapy. There is a special chair for such breathing. But at home, performing a Lowen breathing can be done as described in the exercise. Experience has shown that it does not make it any less effective.

Lie across the couch so that the feet without shoes stand on the floor, and the buttocks hang slightly. Place a cushion under the waist (for example, you can roll a cotton blanket tightly with a cushion) so that the chest is maximally turned, the head and back are below the waist. Place your hands above your head, palms up.

Start deep and rarely breathe. Often you can not breathe, it will be a different breathing technique, which is performed only with an assistant, as there may be side effects. Breathe like this for 30 minutes. If suddenly you start crying, or sob with your whole body, or laugh - do not get confused. This is a good reaction, indicating the release of repressed emotions blocked in muscle clamps. When the muscle clamps relax, the energy is released and tends to exit. That is why it is so important not to restrain the occurring reactions, but to let them flow freely. After all, if you hold them back, they will not react again and will again form a muscular clamp. You may feel dizzy - lie down quietly after doing the exercise, until the dizziness passes. At first, you may want to sleep after doing this exercise - fall asleep if you have the opportunity, but only after doing the exercise. Your feelings or reactions may vary. Tingling, twitching and other sensations in the arms, legs, back may appear. Maybe you want to knock your feet. In general, sensations and reactions can be very different. Do not resist them, just watch them.

Do this exercise every day during the entire time of your self-therapy. After a while, you yourself will feel the positive impact this breathing technique has.

Diaphragm and waist

The next ring of muscle clamps is located around the diaphragm and waist. This ring splits the human body into two halves.

The diaphragm is a muscle that is involved in breathing; it shrinks whenever a person experiences fear. If fear becomes chronic, the diaphragm is in constant tension, creating breathing problems and provoking a predisposition to experiencing fear. Thus a vicious circle arises. Fear creates the diaphragm clamp, and the clamp generates anxiety.

The diaphragm is located above the waist, which connects the chest with the stomach and pelvis. Muscle clamps in this area interfere with the flow of blood and feelings to the genitals and legs, causing anxiety, which, in turn, leads to respiratory failure. And then again the same vicious circle.

There is only one conclusion from all this: it is necessary to relax the chronic clamps and release the accumulated fear.

In order to check how tight or waist your waist is, do the following exercise.

Perform this exercise standing. Place the feet parallel, knees slightly bent, the weight of the body slightly shifted forward. Raise your arms with elbows bent to the height of your shoulders. Brushes loose. Turn the body as far as possible to the left and hold in this position for about a minute. Then turn the body to the right and stay in that position for about a minute. Pay attention to the tension of the muscles of the back and waist. Are you in such a position to breathe in your lower abdomen?

If your breathing is disturbed and your muscles are too tense or you experience pain in them, it means that you have a muscular shell around your diaphragm and waist area.

To relieve chronic muscular tension in the waist, the best way is low breathing, the technique of which you already know. In addition, it is useful to systematically perform the following exercises.

  1. Lie on the floor on your back, arms out with your palms up, legs together. Bend your knees at a 90 ° angle. Turn both legs first to the left, so that the lower (left) leg is fully laid on the floor, and the right one is lying on it; legs remain bent at the knees. Then, in the same way, turn your legs to the right. In this case, the back to the waist remains pressed to the floor. Repeat the exercise up to 10 times.
  2. Now do the previous exercise, making it harder. When turning the legs, turn your head in the opposite direction. Do this exercise too, up to 10 times.
  3. Stand on all fours, knees at a 90 ° angle, keep your arms straight. Bend your back in the waist as far as possible, and then bend your back up as much as possible. Do up to 10 of these movements.
  4. Get on all fours as described in the previous exercise. Then slowly extend the straightened arms and body forward, gliding along the floor until they are almost completely flat on the floor. Your posture will resemble the posture of a cat that is smarting. Stay some time in this position and slowly pull your hands back to the starting position. Do this exercise several times (as much as master).
  5. Sit on the floor, legs slightly bent at the knees and slightly apart. Put your palms on the back of your head. Bend the torso to the left, trying to keep the elbow as close to the floor as possible (ideal if it touches the floor). Stay in this position for a while. Then slowly straighten up and repeat the same in the right direction.

Despite the fact that these exercises help to remove the clips around the waist, it is not enough to release the impulses of fear from the "clusters" of fear impulses. Fear can only be released through the release of blocked anger. The work of unblocking the emotions of anger, the most condemned in society, raises particular concerns among many people. What if it breaks out uncontrolled flow? What if the consequences are many times worse than emotional depression and depression?

In fact, it is the release of anger outwardly using special methods that makes it safe, since it no longer accumulates, but discharges in a timely manner. The locking belt clamps around the waist violates the integrity of the processes occurring in the body, making it separated. The upper and lower parts seem to belong to two different people. In some, the upper body is well developed, and the pelvis and legs are small, as if immature. Others have a full rounded pelvis, but the upper half of the body is small and narrow. Or the upper half can be rigid and elastic, and the bottom soft and passive. This development of the body speaks about the inconsistency of the "upper" and "lower" feelings.

What are the blocks in the body and how they are formed
The nature of the blocks is as dual as our human nature. To understand it more deeply, imagine the flow of energy in your body as a flow of a river, with its curves and a widening channel. Contractions, congestion, destroyed dams on it will correspond to injuries, illnesses, conflicts, preventing the flow of healthy energy., Which must be cleared - and this is one side of the blocks.
On the other hand, the river has its banks, gentle slopes, and sometimes - severe rocks, forcing it to flow in a certain direction. Here, the blocks act as massive obstacles that direct the flow of energy, restraining it, and not allowing it to overflow. Obviously they have the power! This is another property of the blocks - these restrictions, until a certain time, are necessary for us, since they direct our movement through life.

  • From the point of view of psychology, a block is a steady tension of the body, behind which stands the actual problem of a person;
  • from the point of view of functional anatomy, a block is a state of tissue, characterized by its shortening, increase in density and stiffness;
  • in terms of chiropractic, a block is a partial or total limitation of mobility in the motor segment or joint;
  • in terms of bioenergy, a block is the encapsulation of a certain part of the energy in a certain part of the body.

Nothing passes without a trace in a person’s life. Resentment, betrayal, disappointment or any other negative event leaves a mark, which manifests itself in the form of a tense zone in our body.

How do blocks appear in the human body?
When a person experiences psychological stress or various emotions (negative, positive, sexual), his body becomes tense. If such feelings have a conscious character, and the person gives them a way out, manifests them, and the corresponding reaction or action follows the emotions, then the tension from the body is removed.

In the case when a person is restrained and does not give way to the senses, and voltage is not followed by any kind of discharge, it remains in the body. It may also happen that emotions were not fully released, and the tension was partially relieved. As a consequence, blocks arise in the human body.

The body is compressed not by chance, the muscles are grouped in order to respond to external shock. After compression, stress reflection should occur in all possible ways - physically, psychologically and energetically.

It should be borne in mind that the most energy-intensive way to respond to stress is protection at the psychological level, and the least energy-consuming is reflex protection (at the level of reflexes, conditional or unconditional).

For the response in certain parts of the body, energy is accumulated, for example, in the hand for a strike. And if it was not followed, then the energy remains concentrated in this area of the body, and this causes discomfort and pain.

The block formed due to the blockage of energy remains in the human body for a long time. You can remove it, either by bringing the action to the end and releasing energy, or by using therapy, or the unit will be removed independently when the problem ceases to be relevant after a very long time.

When a person develops spiritually, he is able to re-evaluate the events of his past and remove the blocks that were caused by stress, and this entails positive changes at the physiological level. If spiritual degradation of the personality occurs, then the negative processes in the body caused by the blocks become chronic.

How blocks in the human body evolve
At first, a block in the body is perceived by the body as something foreign. At the same time, a person feels unpleasant, uncomfortable and painful sensations. We are able to accurately distinguish the boundaries of the block and therefore often associate such pain with a foreign object inside us, for example, a stone or a knife.

Over time, the state of the block changes, and it becomes invisible to humans. This usually happens after the event that caused it to lose its relevance or becomes addictive.

A person can get used to insults, humiliation, insults and other unbearable situations of a personal plan, accumulating more and more blocks in his body. The reasons for the blocks can also be fear or a negative character trait that a person does not struggle with, believing that it cannot be changed or becomes accustomed to it.

Having suffered a psychological shock and having become accustomed to the block, a person develops certain beliefs and attitudes towards the world around him, and this affects his entire future life, and blocks become an integral part of his personality.

It is also worth noting that the blocks rarely settle alone, and if one appears, then others will arise, and together they add up to a network of blocks, which becomes the basis of this personality.

Blocks in the human body do not appear in random places, but only in those where the energy is blocked directly. For example, if a person has restrained desire to speak, then the energy is stalled in the area of the larynx, lips and cheekbones, causing unpleasant sensations in these areas. If he suppressed sobs, then the energy will gather in the forehead, eye and squeeze the chest. If a person undertakes a business that he wanted to give up, then he feels a aching pain in his shoulders and stomach.

Restraining emotions and experiences, a person creates blocks in himself. And when he gets into a similar situation, he behaves in the same way, and the new blocks overlap each other.

Most often, we do not know how to express anger or fear in such a way as not to harm ourselves or people, we don’t want to know about these feelings, preferring to suppress them. The body can not be deceived; that which we hide from others and our consciousness remains there in the form of tension. This chronic tension in the muscles of the body is called "muscle shell." Gradually, it ceases to be noticed, and the person lives without even knowing about it. These exercises help relax muscle clamps.

When we express emotions, the resource prepared by the body is used in a timely manner and the muscles relax. But more often than not, we do not know how to express anger or fear in such a way as not to harm ourselves or people; We do not want to know about these feelings and the feelings of our loved ones, preferring to suppress them.

Muscular shell invisibly does its evil deed:

  • he spends a large amount of energy, which means that a person is constantly experiencing its lack;
  • strained muscles pinch blood vessels, and in the places where the muscular armor is located, the tissues of the organs constantly lack nutrients and oxygen carried by the blood, metabolism is disturbed, which, in turn, leads to weakening of the organs and to various diseases;
  • the human body becomes split.

A person charged with energy radiates vigor, he is less sensitive to climate change, does not depend on weather conditions. A person who is experiencing a shortage of energy, necessarily reacts to rain, and pressure drops, and to change the length of daylight. It is known that people prone to depression feel worse in the winter and early spring, when even a strong organism is somewhat depleted.

All this expresses our basic life attitudes, thoughts, attitudes, expectations and beliefs, which, in turn, cause a certain emotional state.

The following exercises help relax muscle clamps and are available for self-fulfillment.

About this pose they say still "curl up".

Then they are taught to restrain themselves.

  2. Jaws, Throat and Vocal Cords
The ring of tension in the throat area corresponds to the unconscious protection from forced “swallowing” of unpleasant from the outside.

Here are two more ways to relieve tension in the lower jaw:

1. Lower the lower jaw. Press down on the chewing muscles at the angle of the lower jaw. If the muscles are very tense, it can be painful. Squeeze these muscles regularly, so that they relax.

2. Pull the chin forward and hold it in that position for 30 seconds.

Then you can do the following exercise:

Place your right thumb on one centimeter below the angle of the lower jaw, and the middle finger in the same position on the other side of the neck. Maintain this pressure continuously and start making sounds, first quietly and then increasing the volume. Try to maintain a high tone.
Then move your fingers to the middle of the neck and repeat the long sound of an average tone. Then repeat all the same, squeezing the muscles at the base of the neck, while making low sounds.

However, throat exercises alone cannot relieve all the blockages caused by the retention of emotions. The next belt of muscle clamps is at chest level.

Any difficulties in the respiratory process also cause fear. When a person is not aware of the true cause of fear, he becomes anxious and looks for this cause in the outside world.

To check if you have trouble breathing, do the following exercise:

In a sitting position on a chair, say in your ordinary voice: “Aah”, looking at the second hand of the clock.

If suddenly you start crying, or crying with your whole body, or laughing - do not get confused.

  4. Exercises for diaphragm and waist

Then again the same vicious circle.

There is only one conclusion from all this: it is necessary to relax the chronic clamps and release the accumulated fear.

In order to check how tight or waist your waist is, do the following exercise:

In addition, it is helpful to systematically perform the following exercises:

Despite the fact that these exercises help to remove the clips around the waist, they are not enough to release the impulses of fear from the "clusters" of fear.

Such a development of the body indicates the inconsistency of the "upper" and "lower" feelings.
