    Let's prepare it in a classic way.

    We will take any mushrooms - both oyster mushrooms and champignons will do, but forest mushrooms will certainly be much tastier and more fragrant. Chanterelles, aspen mushrooms, white.

    • 300 g of mushrooms, wash well, remove damaged areas and cut into slices. Fill with 2 liters of water and set on fire.
